Definitions
- the invention relates to a two-wing building closure after Preamble of the appended claim 1.
- a building closure is known in the form of a double-leaf door from EP 0 571 735 A1, which will be discussed in more detail below.
- Locking device with a secure lock and in particular Unlocking in case of panic or emergency, also for building locks with great height or high mechanical Requirements, such as fire protection and / or fire doors, is possible, whereby preferably also rotary leaf drives with such Locking device can be combined.
- a drive bolt lock is arranged on the passive leaf cooperates with an upper and a lower locking rod, wherein the locking bars retracted against the pressure of a strong spring are arranged by means of a in the drive bolt lock Holding device in the open position with the passive leaf open be held.
- the upper locking rod is opposed the pressure of a weak spring provided on the locking rod a little further down, so against the closing movement of the Locking rod movable, the movement becomes upward Lock rod but hindered by the holding device.
- the upper opening area of the locking opening is a bolt arranged by a medium-strong spring biased out of this Opening protrudes.
- the Lock rod must consist of at least two longitudinally movable to each other Parts be built up so that a downward movement to trigger the Holding device while holding in the open position is possible.
- the force of the strong spring must be so strong that it is greater than the sum of the other two springs since the locking rod against their forces are moved up into the closed position got to. But this also means that the locking rods are returned in the opening position to open the passive leaf only relatively stiff is possible.
- the weak feather which must be weaker than the feather of the Bolt, especially weak. Then you can Holding mechanism very slightly unwanted when the active leaf is open trigger, for example when the upper end of the upper locking rod is inadvertently touched during cleaning or maintenance work. In in such a case, both the upper and the lower Lock rod with the force of the strong spring driven out what can damage the building, not to mention that it will be difficult to close the locking bars to close the To move the passive leaf back into the open position.
- the two-wing building closure has the top Locking element not a locking rod, but a resilient one Snap on when closing in the corresponding opening does not click into place as the lower fixed locking rod of the inventive and both locking rods of the building closure according to EP 0 571 735 A1, but snaps into place. Triggering the holding device does not take place via a movement of the closure element over the Opening position further down, but simply over the Catch movement of the catch, over the upper locking rod is transferred to the holding device.
- the locking device has consequently, a drive bolt lock that with a upper closure and a lower closure connected is, the upper closure is a snap which is movable over an axial length Lock rod is moved, and the lower one Closure is a rigid locking rod, which in a corresponding opening at the bottom snaps into place.
- This locking device has the advantage that the trap from the Lock slot is pressed and both wings undamaged can be opened.
- the drive bolt lock can be used when the active leaf is closed be blocked by the bolt, so that a Opening the building closure is not possible.
- this locking device according to the invention with an anti-panic wing lock be combined so that when pressed of the driving bolt lock latch and bolt of the active leaf lock be pushed back and both wings are unlocked, especially without damage caused on the locking elements.
- the movable locking rod or the catch have a spring with which the catch is held in its closed position.
- the deadbolt lock has two slides, which with the Locking rods are coupled.
- the slider is horizontal are arranged in the drive bolt lock.
- the sliders are particularly perpendicular to the Locking rods arranged so that the movement of the Slide from a horizontal direction in one vertical direction, namely the axial direction of the Lock rods is transmitted.
- the driving bolt lock has the holding device, the at least the lower locking rod when opening of the passive leaf holds in the open position.
- the holding device is preferably geared connected to the upper locking bar, the holding device when transferring the passive leaf in the closed position by the catch movement of the snapper is triggered. This takes place via the upper locking rod. It is also contemplated that over the catch movement triggered the lower locking rod becomes.
- Locking device has the particular advantage that the drive bolt lock when locked The active leaf cannot be operated. When opening the building closure a Damage to the lock in the active leaf avoided.
- the locking device thus a driving bolt lock, which acts as an upper closure a springy snap and as a bottom closure has a locking rod that when opened in the open position of one arranged in the drive bolt lock Holding device is held.
- the holding device is due to the closing of the passive leaf occurring snap movement released, see above that the lower, spring-loaded locking rod is transferred to the closed position. It is in the area of the lock bolt in the active wing and the lock latch has two horizontally acting sliders in the Driving bolt lock provided with the locking rods are coupled that these during the opening movement the lock latch and the lock bolt counteract.
- the trap becomes with an unlocked active leaf pressed out of the closing slot, so that active wing and Inactive leaf can be opened undamaged.
- the locked active leaf is the driving bolt lock blocked by the bolt and cannot be operated become.
- the Active wing lock has a device, for example can be operated in the event of panic and with which the latch and bolt of the active wing lock through the passive leaf via the passive leaf driving bolt lock to be pushed back to both wings to unlock.
- the lower locking rod of the passive leaf has an electric drive. So trained can the locking device in combination can be used with rotary leaf drives.
- a further development of this configuration provides that the electric drive of the lock system and the Electric drive of the door are electrically coupled, so that both locking devices via a trigger element can be operated.
- the electric drive is preferably on a movable in the direction of movement of the locking rods Carrier arranged, the manual at least for Loosening the lower locking rod is movable. hereby can the two-wing building closure also in Panic caused by a purely mechanical opening device be opened, for example also the catch is triggered by this movable carrier can be. It is an opening of the Swing door also possible when the energy supply is interrupted.
- a two-leaf door 1 shown in FIG. 1 consists of a passive leaf 2 and a active leaf 3, the opposite each on a frame are pivotally arranged. From the frame the mark head area 4 is shown in FIG. Furthermore, a bottom surface is indicated in FIG. 1 and marked with the reference number 5.
- a drive bolt lock 8 and the Active leaf 3 a lock 9, which is known in itself Way has a latch and a latch, which are not shown in Figure 1.
- To the Driving bolt lock 8 is a movable locking rod 10 and a rigid locking rod 11 gear connected, the locking rod 10 itself from the drive bolt lock 8 up towards the Frame head area 4 and the locking rod 11 after extends down towards the bottom region 5.

- the locking rod 10 is referred to as snap element 13 in the following arranged.
- the snap element 13 snaps when closed Inactive leaf 2 in a corresponding Opening in the frame head area 4.
- a spring element 12 is arranged, which brings the locking rod into the locking position.
- the lower, rigid locking rod 11 engages when closed Inactive leaf 2 in a floor area 5 arranged and correspondingly trained opening one, so that the passive leaf 2 in its closed Position by the snap element 13 and the rigid Locking rod 11 is locked.
- Holding device arranged with which the lower locking rod 11 with the active leaf open 2 in the open position, d. H. in a hoisted Position is held in which the movement of the passive leaf 2 around its pivot axis one protruding beyond the lower edge of the passive leaf 2 Locking rod 11 is affected.
- the Holding device is also on the locking rod 10 connected to the snap element 13 in the type that when closing the passive leaf 2 that Snap element 13 into the corresponding opening in the Frame head area 4 snaps in and the catch movement via the locking rod 10 on the drive bolt lock 8 is transmitted from where the holding device is activated so that the lower locking rod 11 is released and their locking position, d. H. is transferred to a position in the lower locking rod 11 in the corresponding Opening in the base area 5 engages.
- the door 1 described above enables at unlocked active leaf 3 a pushing out of Latch from the closing slot so that both wings 2, 3 can be opened without damage.
- at closed active leaf 3 is the driving bolt lock 8 blocked by the bolt of the lock 9, so that the latch lock 8 for the purpose of undesirable Opening door 1 cannot be operated.
- the Door 1 described above can also have a device that opens the closed Wing 2, 3 allows in the event of dangers.
- the drive bolt lock 8 when operating the drive bolt lock 8 the latch and bolt of the anti-panic lock 9 pushed back in the active leaf 8, see above that both wings 2 and 3 are unlocked.
