Abstract

Eine Verkaufsverpackung für Gerätebatterien besitzt ein aus transparenter Kunststoff-Folie geformtes Trägerteil und ein Aufnahmeteil, welches mit einem in die Folie eingeprägten der Form der Batterie angepaßten Aufnahmebehälter versehen ist. Trägerteil und Aufnahmeteil sind durch druckknopfartige Ausnehmungen bzw. Vertiefungen lösbar miteinander verbunden Trägerteil (1) und Aufnahmeteil (2) sind zusätzlich an mindestens einer Stelle, insbesondere an einer Ecke (11) der Verpackung, miteinander verschweißt. <IMAGE>

Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Verkaufsverpackung mit aus transparenter Kunststoff-Folie geformtem Trägerteil und Aufnahmeteil, welches einen in die Folie eingeprägten der Form der Batterie angepaßten Aufnahmebehälter besitzt, wobei Trägerteil und Aufnahmeteil durch druckknopfartig ineinandergreifende Ausnehmungen bzw. Vertiefungen lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
Verkaufsverpackungen für Gerätebatterien sind in den verschiedensten Ausführungsformen bekannt, beispielsweise ist dem DE-Gbm 91 11 279 eine Verkaufsverpackung zu entnehmen, die aus einem einheitlichen Kartonzuschnitt gefaltet ist.
Neben solchen Kartonverpackungen sind insbesondere sogenannte Blisterverpackungen bekannt, bei denen besonders präparierte Blisterkarten und zusätzliche Blisterhauben aus beispielsweise einer Hartkunststoff-Folie verwendet werden. Das zu verpackende Produkt wird in die Blisterhaube eingefüllt und die dann aufgelegte Blisterkarte wird unter Hitze- und Druckeinwirkung mit der Blisterhaube versiegelt bzw. verschweißt. Solche Verpackungen erfordem erhebliche Form- und Werkzeugkosten und insbesondere kann das in ihnen enthaltene Produkt ohne vollständige Zerstörung der Verpackung nicht entnommen und beispielsweise geprüft werden.
Daneben sind Blisterverpackungen bekannt, bei denen die Blisterhaube und die Trägerkarte durch druckknopf-ähnliche Erhebungen und Vertiefungen der beiden Teile lösbar miteinander verbunden sind. Derartige Anordnungen besitzen allerdings den Nachteil, daß die Verpackung leicht geöffnet werden kann und daß das in ihnen enthaltene verpackte Material diebstahlgefährdet ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verkaufsverpackung für Gerätebatterien anzugeben, aus der die verpackten Gerätebatterien nicht ohne weiteres entfernbar sind, die aber andererseits einen Zugang beispielsweise zur Prüfung oder Vorführung der Gerätebatterie ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß bei einer Verpackung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Art durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs genannten Maßnahmen gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Verpackung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung liegt ein tiefgezogener Kunstoff-Blister mit separater, in sich eingefalteter Blisterkarte aus Papier oder Karton zugrunde. Die Verpackung wird durch Umfalten des Blisters, Einlegen der Produkte sowie der Blisterkarte, komplettes Zufalten und Einrasten über Druckknöpfe sowie durch das Verschweißen der oberen Ecken ohne weitere Zusatzmaterialien hergestellt
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung, bei der das Trägerteil und das Aufnahmeteil neben den lösbaren Druckknopfverbindungen zusätzlich noch mit einer Verschweißungsstelle versehen sind, ist es möglich, die Verschweißungsstelle beispielsweise abzuschneiden, so daß das Produkt herausgenommen und geprüft bzw. dem Kunden vorgeführt werden kann und danach die Verpackung sicher wieder zu verschließen ist. Diese zusätzliche Verschweißungsstelle macht das Produkt wesentlich diebstahlsicherer und ermöglicht dennoch zur Vorführung beim Verkauf die Öffnung der Verpackung, ohne daß diese zerstört wird.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, eine oder mehrere Ecken der Verpackung mit dieser zusätzlichen Verschweißungsstelle zu versehen, insbesondere können die beiden oberen Ecken der Verpackung eine solche zusätzliche Verschweißung besitzen, die dann zur Öffnung der Verpackung leicht abgeschnitten werden können. Da sich die verschweißten Ecken nicht zerstörungsfrei öffnen lassen, ist hiermit ein Orginalitätsverschluß gewährteistet
Im oberen Bereich trägt diese Verpackung eine übliche Ausnehmung zum Aufhängen der Verpackung. Im unteren Bereich der Verkaufsverpackung ist der Aufnahmebereich für die Gerätebatterie erfindungsgemäß so ausgeformt, daß er eine auch Standfläche bildet und damit eine auch standfähige Verpackung erreicht wird.
Im Folgenden ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung anhand der Figur näher erläutert.
Die Figur stellt die bevorzugte Ausführung der neuen Verkaufsverpackung und deren Herstellungsgang im vortetzten Stadium der Fertigstellung vor dem Zusammenklappen und Verschweißen dar. Wie aus der Darstellung ersichtlich ist, besteht die Verkaufsverpackung bzw. der Blister aus einem in eine transparente Kunststoff-Folie eingeprägten Trägerteil 1 und Aufnahmeteil 2, die entlang der Faltlinie 3 in Form eines Filmscharniers 3 aufeinandergefaltet werden und einer in sich ein- oder mehrmals gefalteten Blisterkarte 9. Die Blisterkarte 9 ist über die Knicklinie 12 einfach bzw. über Knicklinie 13 mehrfach in sich gefaltet. Die Blisterkarte 9 ist auf der Vorderseite und auf der Rückseite ein- oder mehrfarbig bedruckt, vorzugsweise auf der Vorderseite mehrfarbig und auf der Rückseite einfarbig. Gegebenenfalls können entsprechende Produktinformationen auch direkt auf die Blisterfolie gedruckt werden. Die eingefaltete Blisterkarte entspricht in ihren äußeren Abmessungen der Blistergröße der verschlossenen Verkaufsverpackung. In das Trägerteil 1 sind Erhebungen 4 eingeprägt, die druckknopfartig in entsprechende Vertiefungen 5 des Aufnahmeteils eingreifen. Am oberen Rand von Trägerteil 1 und Aufnahmeteil 2 ist eine Öffnung 10 zum Aufhängen der Verpackung eingearbeitet.
Zur Fixierung der Blisterkarte 9 in der verschlossenen Verkaufsverpackung sind Ausstanzungen 14 für die Arretierung in den Druckknöpfen 4 des Blisters vorgesehen.
Anstelle des Scharniers 3 oder eine anderen geeigneten Materialschwächung als Knickkante kann der Blister auch aus 2 Teilen zusammengesetzt sein.
Zur Versteifung der Verpackung empfiehlt es sich, rundum eine Sicke 15 anzubringen.
In das Aufnahmeteil 2 ist der Aufnahmebehälter 6 für die Gerätebatterie 7 eingeformt. Der untere Bereich des Aufnahmebehälters ist dabei so gestaltet, daß er eine Auflagefläche 8 bildet, die es ermöglicht, die Verpackung auch aufzustellen.
Die erfindungsgemäße zusätzliche Verschweißung erfolgt vorzugsweise an einer Ecke der Verpackung, insbesondere sind dazu die beiden oberen Ecken 11 der Verpackung geeignet. Die Verschweißungsecke 11 kann bei dieser Anordnung dann leicht abgeschnitten werden, um die Verpackung zu öffnen. Durch die verschweißten Ecken ist ein Orginalitätsverschluß vorhanden, der entfernt werden kann, wodurch die Verpackung über die Druckknöpfe geöffnet, das Produkt entnommen und anschließend wieder zurückgelegt und über die Druckknöpfe wieder verschlossen werden kann. Die Verpackung kann aufgrund ihrer Aufhängeöse sowohl hängend als auch aufgrund des angeformten Standfußes stehend präsentiert werden.
Eine Gebrauchsanleitung ist in die Packung dadurch integrierbar, daß die Blisterkarte mit Vorder- und Rückseite bedruckt und mehrfach ineinander faltbar ist. Somit kann ein separates Beschriftungs- bzw. Gebrauchsanleitungsbooklet entfallen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Verkaufsverpackung erfüllt sowohl die Anforderungen des Fachhandels als auch die der Selbstbedienungsläden. Dies bedeutet insbesondere, daß die neue Verkaufsverpackung sowohl stehend als auch hängend präsentiert werden kann, einen Diebstahlschutz aufweist, für die Fachberatung öffenbar und wieder verschließbar ist, das Produkt durch die Verpackung gesehen werden kann sowie eine entsprechende Produktinformationen zuläßt.

Claims (5)

  1. Verkaufsverpackung für Gerätebatterien mit aus transparenter Kunststoff-Folie geformfern Trägerteil und Aufnahmeteil, welches einen in die Folie eingeprägten der Form der Batterie angepaßten Aufnahmebehälter besitzt, wobei Trägerteil und Aufnahmeteil durch druckknopfartige Ausnehmungen bzw. Vertiefungen lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Trägerteil (1) und Aufnahmeteil (2) zusätzlich an mindestens einer Stelle miteinander verschweißt sind.
  2. Verkaufsverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Trägerteil (1) und Aufnahmeteil (2) an einer Ecke (11) der Verpackung miteinander verschweißt sind.
  3. Verkaufsverpackung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Trägefiel (1) und Aufnahmeteil (2) an den oberen Ecken (11) der Verpackung miteinander verschweißt sind und im Bereich des oberen Randes der Verpackung eine Öffnung (10) für eine Aufhängung vorgesehen ist.
  4. Verkaufsverpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmebehälter (6) für die Gerätebatterie (7) am unteren Ende der Verkaufsverpackung so ausgeformt ist, daß er eine Standfläche für die Verpackung bildet.
  5. Verkaufsverpackung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Gebrauchsanleitung in Form einer bedruckten, faltbaren Blisterkarte (9) aufweist.
