Description

"Verpackung für ein pulver- oder tablettenförmiges Produkt"
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für ein pulver- oder tablettenförmiges Produkt mit einem das Produkt umschließenden, gegen unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen geschützten Aufnahmebehältnis.
Für bestimmte Produkte mit beispielsweise ätzender Rezeptur (z.B. Maschinengeschirrspülmittel) sind Verpackungsbehältnisse mit kinderge¬ sicherten Verschlüssen gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Dies gilt sowohl für pulverförmige als auch für tablettenförmige Produkte.
Aus der EP 0 227 557 A1 ist eine gattungsgemäße Verpackung mit einem kindergesicherten Deckel bekannt. Dabei ist am eigentlichen Verpackungs¬ behältnis ein Deckelrahmen aus Kunststoff angeformt, der mit dem Verpackungsbehältnis fest verbunden ist, wobei in den Deckelrahmen eine Deckelscheibe aus Karton eingelegt ist. Diese Deckelscheibe läßt sich mit zwei überlagernden Bewegungen aus ihrer Arretierung wippen. Das Produkt selbst ist innerhalb eines Beutels im Verpackungsbehältnis angeordnet.
Weiterhin ist eine gattungsgemäße Veφackung bekannt, welche aus einer Rechtecktrommel besteht, die kraftschlüssig mit einem Deckel verbunden ist. Auch bei dieser Veφackung ist das Produkt in einem zusätzlichen Beutel angeordnet, der im eigentlichen Verpackungsbehältnis aufgenommen ist. Beide bekannten gattungsgemäßen Veφackungen sind kostenaufwendig und in ihrer Handhabung gewöhnungsbedürftig. Darüber hinaus ist der Verpackungsaufwand relativ groß.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es demgegenüber, eine kindergesicherte Nachfüllveφackung für ein pulver- oder tablettenförmiges Produkt zu schaffen, welche einen geringen Veφackungsaufwand aufweist, dennoch aber zuverlässig gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes öffnen geschützt ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Verpackung der eingangs bezeichneten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Aufnahmebehältnis als geschlossener Aufnahmebeutel aus einer reißfesten Kunststoffolie ausge¬ bildet ist.
Dabei wird eine Kunststoffolie verwandt, die so stabil ist, daß Kinder nicht in der Lage sind, diese mit den Fingern oder mit den Zähnen aufzureißen. Es ist vielmehr erforderlich, die Packung mit einem Hilfswerkzeug, wie einer Schere oder einem Messer, zu öffnen. Hierzu eignet sich beispielsweise eine mehrschichtige Verbundfolie aus verschiedenen Polyethylenmaterialien oder anderen vergleichbaren Produkten. Nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen dieser Nachfüllverpackung wird diese unbrauchbar und es ist zwingend erforderlich, den Inhalt in ein beim Anwender vorhandenes kindergesichertes Dauer¬ gebrauchsbehältnis umzufüllen. Anschließend kann dann der leere Aufnah¬ mebeutel entsorgt bzw. recycelt werden. Insbesondere für tablettenförmige Produkte ist vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß die Veφackung zusätzlich ein faltschachtelförmiges Innenbehältnis aufweist, in welchem das Produkt aufgenommen ist und welches vom Aufnahmebeutel dicht umschlossen ist. Durch dieses zusätzliche faltschachtelförmige Innen¬ behältnis, das jedoch den Verpackungsaufwand nur geringfügig erhöht, läßt sich ein sicherer Transportschutz für die tablettenförmigen Produkte gewähr¬ leisten, insbesondere dann, wenn diese sortiert im faltschachtelförmigen Innenbehältnis angeordnet werden.
Um nach dem Auftrennen des Aufnahmebeutels mit einem Hilfswerkzeug das Innenbehältnis einfach öffnen zu können, ist dabei vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß das faltschachtelförmige Innenbehältnis mit Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien zum öffnen desselben versehen ist. Ist das Innenbehältnis quaderförmig, sind vorzugsweise die Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien in etwa mittiger Höhe sich über die drei Seitenwände erstreckend angeordnet und gehen jeweils endseitig in eine Falt- bzw. Rillinie der vierten Seitenwand über. Auf diese Weise ist das öffnen des Innenbehältnisses besonders einfach, außerdem wird das Innenbehältnis dabei weitgehend zerstört, d.h. zweigeteilt, so daß der Benutzer gezwungen wird, das Produkt in ein kindergesichertes Dauergebrauchsbehältnis umzu¬ füllen.
Weiterhin ist vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß die Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien von fensterförmigen Ausstanzungen unterbrochen sind. Durch diese Ausstan¬ zungen wird das Öffnen des Innenbehältnisses noch weiter erleichtert, gleichzeitig ist es möglich, bei Verwendung einer wenigstens bereichsweise transparenten Kunststoffolie für den Aufnahmebeutel einen Einblick auf das Produkt von der Außenseite der Verpackung zu ermöglichen. Um eine besonders stabile und damit noch schwerer zu öffnende Veφackung zu erreichen, ist weiterhin vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß der Aufnahmebeutel durch Anschrumpfen bzw. Evakuieren fest am Produkt bzw. dem Innen- behäitnis anliegt.
Um einen besonders stabilen und reißfesten Aufnahmebeutel zu erhalten, ist vorgesehen, daß der Aufnahmebeutel aus einer mehrschichtigen Kunst¬ stoffolie besteht. So kann beispielsweise eine Verbundfolie mit einer 30 μm SHT-LDPE-Folie (SHT-LDPE: Super Hot Tech Low Density Polyethylen = Polyethylen niedriger Dichte mit besonders guter Siegelfähigkeit) und einer 130 μm mehrschichtigen PE/PA-Folie eingesetzt werden, insbesondere in Verbindung mit einem faltschachtelförmigen Innenbehältnis. Wird nur ein Aufnahmebeutel ohne zusätzliches Innenbehältnis verwandt, so kann bei¬ spielsweise eine Verbundfolie aus 20 μm OPP (orientiertes Polypropylen), 50 g/m^ Tyvek (gesponnenes Polyethylen, Markenname der Firma Du Pont) und 70 μm SHT-LDPE verwendet werden.
Die Erfindung sieht besonders vorteilhaft ein Verpackungssystem vor, das aus einer vorbeschriebenen Veφackung als Nachfüllverpackung und einem Dauergebrauchsbehältnis besteht. Die kindergesicherte Nachfüllveφackung wird dabei durch das öffnen zerstört, so daß der Inhalt (zwangsweise) vom Anwender in ein kindergesichertes Dauergebrauchsbehältnis eingefüllt werden muß.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert. Diese zeigt in: Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung eine erste Ausfüh¬ rungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Veφackung mit einem bereichsweise dargestellten Aufnahmebeutel und einem Innenbehältnis,
Fig. 2 das öffnen der Verpackung nach Fig. 1 nach Ent¬ fernen des Aufnahmebeutels,
Fig. 3 einen Faltschachtelzuschnitt für das Innenbehältnis nach Fig. 1 und 2 und
Fig. 4 in Seitenansicht eine alternative Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Veφackung.
In den Fig. 1 bis 3 ist eine erste Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung dargestellt, die vorzugsweise für tablettenförmige Produkte, z.B. Geschirrspülmittel, geeignet ist. Diese Verpackung weist einen in Fig. 1 nur angedeuteten geschlossenen Aufnahmebeutel 1 aus einem reißfesten Kunststoff und beutelinnenseitig ein faltschachtelförmiges Innenbehältnis 2, welches vorzugsweise quaderförmig ist, auf.
Dabei ist der Aufnahmebeutel 1 eng am faltschachtelförmigen Innenbehältnis 2 anliegend, beispielsweise angeschrumpft. Der Aufnahmebeutel 1 besteht aus einer reißfesten Kunststoffolie, beispielsweise einer Verbundfolie mit 30 μ m SHT-LDPE und 130 μm mehrschichtigem PE/PA. Ein solcher Aufnah¬ mebeutel 1 läßt sich nicht unbeabsichtigt öffnen, d.h. insbesondere nicht von Kindern ohne Werkzeug, vielmehr ist es erforderlich, zum öffnen bzw. Zerstören des Aufnahmebeutels 1 eine Schere oder ein ähnliches Hilfsmittel zu benutzen.
Das faltschachtelförmige Innenbehältnis 2 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Kartonzuschnitt, wie dieser in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist. Dieser Kartonzuschnitt 3 weist zunächst in üblicher Weise nebeneinander über Faltlinien 4 angelenkte Seitenwände bzw. Seitenwandteile 5, 6, 7, 8 und 9 auf, wobei an den Seitenwänden bzw. Seitenwandteilen 6, 7, 8 und 9 Kopflaschen 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a bzw. Bodenlaschen 6b, 7b, 8b, 9b in üblicher Weise angelenkt sind.
Etwa in mittiger Höhe erstrecken sich über drei Seitenwände bzw. Seitenwandteile 5, 6, 7, 9 Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien 10, die vorzugsweise von ggf. unterschiedlich großen fensterförmigen Ausstanzungen 11 unterbrochen sind. Diese Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien 10 gehen jeweils endseitig in eine Falt- bzw. Rillinie 12 in der vierten Seitenwand 8 über.
Dieser Faltzuschnitt 3 wird in üblicher Weise durch entsprechendes Einklappen der Seitenwandteile sowie Kopf- und Fußlaschen und geeignete Verklebung der Laschen zu dem quaderförmigen Faltschachtel-Innenbehältnis 2 zusammengesetzt, wobei dabei in geeigneter Weise eine Befüllung des Innenbehältnisses 2 mit tablettenförmigem Produkt in einer Veφackungs- maschine erfolgt. Diese tablettenförmigen Produkte sind in Fig. 1 durch eine fensterförmige Ausstanzung 11 erkennbar und mit 13 bezeichnet. Dabei ist das Innenbehältnis 2 vorzugsweise so dimensioniert, daß die tabletten¬ förmigen Produkte 13 derart geordnet in das Innenbehältnis 2 eingegeben werden können, daß diese dicht an dicht benachbart aneinanderliegen und randseitig an die Veφackungswände anstoßen, d.h. fest in dem Innenbe¬ hältnis 2 angeordnet sind. Anschließend wird dann das gefüllte Innenbehältnis 2 mit dem Aufnahmebeutel 1 dicht geschlossen.
Soll nun eine solche Nachfüllverpackung geöffnet werden, ist es zunächst erforderlich, den Aufnahmebeutel 1 zu öffnen, wozu eine Schere, ein Messer oder dergl. erforderlich ist. Ist der Aufnahmebeutel 1 entfernt, läßt sich aufgrund der Ausbildung der Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien 10 sowie der fen- sterförmigen Ausstanzungen 11 das Innenbehältnis 2 leicht durch Ausein¬ anderbrechen entlang der Linien 10 und Schwenken um die Falt- bzw. Rillinie 12 in der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Weise öffnen. Es entsteht somit eine mittig auseinandergebrochene Packung, die als Gebrauchspackung nicht mehr verwendet werden kann. Das Innenbehältnis 2 kann dann entlang der Falt¬ bzw. Rillinie 12 auf einfache Weise halbiert werden und der Behälterinhalt, d.h. die tablettenförmigen Produkte 13, werden dann in ein kindergesichertes Dauergebrauchsbehältnis umgefüllt.
Die Bestandteile der Nachfüllverpackung, d.h. der zerstörte Aufnahmebeutel 1 und das ebenfalls zerstörte Innenbehältnis 2, können dann getrennt entsorgt werden, ohne daß dabei umfangreicher Veφackungsmüll entsteht.
In Fig. 4 ist eine alternative Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung dargestellt, die vorzugsweise für pulverförmige Produkte be¬ stimmt ist. Diese Verpackung besteht aus einem Aufnahmebeutel 14 in Form eines Schlauchbeutels, der mit einer Rückennaht 15 und Kopfschweißnähten 16 verschlossen ist, wobei selbstverständlich die letzte Schweißnaht erst dann gelegt wird, wenn der so gebildete Aufnahmebeutel 14 mit Produkt gefüllt ist. Dieser Aufnahmebeutel 14 ist so stabil und einreißfest, daß er von Kindern nicht geöffnet werden kann. Dabei besteht dieser Aufnahmebeutel 14 vorzugsweise aus einer Verbundfolie mit beispielsweise 20 μm OPP, 50 g/m2 Tyvek und 70 μm SHT-LDPE.
Ein solcher Aufnahmebeutel 14 läßt sich nur mit einem Werkzeug, beispielsweise einer Schere, öffnen und kann dann nicht mehr eigenständig als Aufnahmebehältnis verwendet werden, da er nicht als Standbeutel ausgebildet ist. Es ist deshalb eine Umfüliung in ein kindergesichertes Dauergebrauchsbehältnis vorzunehmen.
Ein solcher Aufnahmebeutel 14 läßt sich ebenfalls auch für lose geschüttete tablettenförmige Produkte anwenden, wobei dann vorzugsweise ein Schrumpfen bzw. Evakuieren des Aufnahmebeutels 14 nach Füllung mit dem Produkt erfolgt.
Natürlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf die dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. Weitere Ausgestaltungen sind möglich, ohne den Grundgedanken zu verlassen. So kann selbstverständlich der Aufnahmebeutel gemäß Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 eine andere Gestalt aufweisen. Auch das Innen¬ behältnis der ersten Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 bis 3 kann eine andere Form aufweisen und dergl. mehr. Wesentlich ist jedoch, daß der Aufnahmebeutel 1 bzw. 14 aus einer reißfesten Kunststoffolie besteht.

Claims

Ansprüche:
1. Verpackung für ein pulver- oder tablettenförmiges Produkt mit einem das Produkt umschließenden, gegen unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen geschützten Aufnahmebehältnis, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmebehältnis als geschlossener Aufnahmebeutel (1 ,14) aus einer reißfesten Kunststoffolie ausgebildet ist.
2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese zusätzlich ein faltschachtelförmiges Innenbehältnis (2) aufweist, in welchem das Produkt (13) aufgenommen ist und welches vom Aufnahmebeutel (1) dicht umschlossen ist.
3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das faltschachtelförmige Innenbehältnis (2) mit Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien (10) zum öffnen desselben versehen ist.
4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien (10) des quaderförmigen Innenbehältnisses (2) in etwa mittiger Höhe sich über drei Seitenwände erstrecken und jeweils endseitig in eine Falt¬ bzw. Rillinie (12) in der vierten Seitenwand übergehen.
5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien (10) von fensterförmigen Ausstanzungen (11) unterbrochen sind.
6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmebeutel (1,14) durch Anschrumpfen bzw. Evakuieren fest am
Produkt bzw. dem Innenbehältnis (2) anliegt.
7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmebeutel (1,14) aus einer mehrschichtigen Kunststoffolie besteht.
8. Verpackungssystem gekennzeichnet durch eine Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden als Nachfüllverpackung und ein Dauergebrauchsbehältnis.
