Description

Verpackung für Zündkerzen
Stand der Technik
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Verpackung für Zündkerzen nach der Gattung des Anspruchs 1. Derartige Verpackungen werden hauptsächlich zum Verpacken von pharmazeutische Produkte enthaltende Ampullen, Flaschen o.a. verwendet. Es liegt nahe, solche Verpackungen auch für andere Gegenstände, wie z.B. Zündkerzen zu verwenden. Bei der beispielsweise aus der DE-GM 90 17 110.1 bekannten Verpackung ist nachteilig, daß diese durch den einlagigen Aufbau zwischen den beiden Hohlwänden eine geringe Stabilität aufweist, so daß sie bevorzugt als Einsatz in einer Faltschachtel Verwendung findet und daher keinen Einblick über Art und Anzahl der verpackten Gegenstände bietet. Dadurch ist zur Kontrolle auf vollständigen Inhalt der Verpackung ein Öffnen notwendig. Weiterhin ist ein ausreichender Diebstahlschütz nicht sichergestellt, da einzelne Gegenstände leicht aus einer solchen Verpackung entnommen werden können.
Vorteile der Erfindung
Die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 hat demgegenüber den Vorteil, daß durch ein zwischen den Hohlwänden angeordnetes und mit diesen einstückig verbundenes Zwischenstück nur eine Seite des PackstoffZuschnitts nach außen sichtbar ist, so daß ein einseitig gestrichener Karton für den Packstoffzuschnitt Verwendung finden kann. Ferner wird durch das Zwischenstück die Stabilität der Verpackung erhöht.
ERSATZBLÄrT(REGEL26) Durch die in den Unteransprüchen ausgeführten Weiterbildungen sind Verbesserungen der in Anspruch 1 ausgeführten Verpackung möglich.
Durch die in Anspruch 2 angegebenen Merkmale wird ein definierter Sitz und eine gezielte Führung der Zündkerzen in der Verpackung erzielt, was eine eindeutige Lagesicherung gewährleistet. Durch die Ausgestaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 wird eine Verwendung als Display- Hängepackung ermöglicht. Insbesondere wird die Stabilität der Verpackung durch das Merkmal des Anspruchs 7 erhöht. Durch die Ansprüche 8 und 10 wird ein besonderer Diebstahlschutz gewährleistet. Durch diese Ausbildung ist es nur durch offensichtliches Zerstören der Verpackung möglich, Zündkerzen aus dieser zu entnehmen. Nach Entfernen der in den Ansprüchen 12 und 13 ausgeführten, durch Perforation begrenzten Aufreißlaschen können Zündkerzen in einfacher Weise aus der Verpackung entnommen werden.

Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert.
Es zeigen Fig. 1 einen Packstoffzuschnitt für die Verpackung von vier Zündkerzen in Draufsicht, Fig. 2 den gefalteten und verklebten Packstoffzuschnitt nach Fig.l in schaubildlicher Ansicht, Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt der Verpackung mit Zündkerzen in der Ebene III-III der Fig. 2, Fig. 4 einen als Diebstahlschutz dienenden Deckel in schaubildlicher Ansicht, Fig. 5 eine als Diebstahlschutz dienende Hülse in schaubildlicher Ansicht und Fig. 6 eine mit einem Deckel oder einer Hülse versehene Verpackung für vier Zündkerzen in schaubildlicher Ansicht.
ERSÄΓZBLÄΓT (REGEL 26) Beschreibung der Ausführungsbeispiele
Ein Packstoffzuschnitt 10 (Fig. 1) besteht aus einem länglichen, im wesentlichen rechteckigen Karton, der einseitig gestrichen und bedruckt ist. Dieser Packstoffzuschnitt 10 ist durch Umklappen an einer quer verlaufenden Faltlinie 11 in einen als Rückwand 12 dienenden Abschnitt und in eine Vorderwand 13 aufgeteilt, so daß die gestrichene und bedruckte Seite des Kartons immer nach außen weist. An der Rückwand 12 sind seitlich zwei Seitenlaschen 14 ausgebildet. Die Vorderwand 13 ist durch mehrere quer verlaufende Faltlinien 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 und 22 in Abschnitte unterteilt, die zu zwei Hohlwänden 24 und 25 gefaltet sind (Fig. 2, Fig. 3) . Die eine an die Faltlinie 11 anschließende Hohlwand 24 hat zwei senkrecht von der Rückwand 12 abstehende Wandabschnitte 26 und 27 und einen zu dieser parallelen Wandabschnitt 28. Über ein Zwischenstück 30 ist die zweite Hohlwand 25 mit der ersten Hohlwand 24 an den Faltlinien 18 und 19 integral verbunden. Sie hat zwei zueinander schräg verlaufende Wandabschnitte 31 und 32 sowie einen diese verbindenden, zur Rückwand 12 parallel verlaufenden Wandabschnitt 33. Die zweite Hohlwand 25 hat einen vorzugsweise trapezförmigen Querschnitt. Über die Faltlinie 22 ist mit der zweiten Hohlwand 25 eine Lasche 34 verbunden, die auf der Rückwand 12 aufliegt und mit dieser flächig oder teilweise verklebt ist.
In den einander gegenüberliegenden Wandabschnitten 27 und 31 sind Durchbrüche 37 und 38 angeordnet. Diese setzen sich vorzugsweise in den angrenzenden, zur Rückwand 12 parallelen Wandabschnitten 28 und 33 fort. Durch die Durchbrüche 37 in der einen Hohlwand 24 ragen die Gewindeabschnitte 39 der Zündkerzen 40 in die Hohlwand 24.
Der zur Rückwand 12 und zum Zwischenstück 30 senkrechte
ERSATZBLAπ(REGEL26) Wandabschnitt 27 der Hohlwand 24 bildet einen Sitz 41 für den an den Gewindeteil 39 anschließenden Dichtsitz 42 der Zündkerze 40. Die Durchbrüche 38 in der anderen Hohlwand 25 haben einen breiten Querschnitt in dem mit dem Zwischenstück
30 verbundenen, schrägen Wandabschnitt 31 zur Aufnahme, Lagesicherung und Führung des Isolators 43 der Zündkerze 40 und einen schmalen Querschnitt im zur Rückwand 12 parallelen Wandabschnitt 33. Der schmale Querschnitt entspricht der Dicke der Anschlußelektrode 44 der Zündkerze 40. Das Entnehmen der Zündkerze 40 aus der Verpackung erfolgt durch Herauskippen des Isolators 43 aus dem Durchbruch 38 des schrägen Wandabschnitts
31 und anschließendes Herausziehen des Gewindeabschnitts 39 der Zündkerze 40 aus dem Sitz 41 des Wandabschnitts 27. In der Lasche 34 und der Rückwand 12 sind je ein deckungsgleicher Durchbruch 36 angeordnet. Dieser zum Aufhängen dienende Durchbruch 36 hat die-Form eines Kreises, eines Längsschlitzes oder vorzugsweise die Kombination von beiden.
Die wie vorhergehend beschriebene Verpackung ist an sich zum Aufnehmen und zum Vertrieb von Zündkerzen 40 geeignet. Um einen Diebstahlschutz zu gewährleisten, sind die Hohlwände 24 und 25 der Vorderwand 13 zusätzlich abgedeckt. Dazu findet ein Deckel 46 (Fig. 4) Verwendung, der die Vorderseiten der beiden Hohlwände 24 und 25, deren voneinander abgewandte Wandabschnitte 26 und 32 und die von der Rückwand 12 auf die Stirnseiten 47 der Hohlwände 24 und 25 umgefalteten Seitenlaschen 14 abdeckt. Der Deckel 46 hat angeformte Querlaschen 48 und Längslaschen 49, deren Innenflächen mit den voneinander abgewandten Wandabschnitten 26 und 32 der Hohlwände 24 und 25 sowie den Seitenlaschen 14 verklebt werden.
Um Art und Anzahl der verpackten Zündkerzen 40 zu erkennen, besitzt der Deckel 46 ein Sichtfenster 50, dessen Höhe H sich von der Faltlinie 17 der Hohlwand 24 bis zur Faltlinie 21 der Hohlwand 25 erstreckt. Zur einfacheren Entnahme der Zündkerzen 40 aus der Verpackung ist mindestens eine durch Perforation 51
ERSATZBLÄTT(REGEL26) begrenzte Aufreißlasche 52 in dem das Sichtfenster 50 in Höhe des Sitzes 41 der Zündkerzen 40 begrenzenden Abschnitts des Deckels 46 angeordnet. Vorteilhafterweise wird über dem Gewindeteil 39 jeder Zündkerze 40 eine Aufreißlasche 52 angeordnet, so daß einzelne Zündkerzen 40 aus der Verpackung entnommen werden können, ohne den Schutz der in der Verpackung verbliebenen Zündkerzen 40 zu beeinträchtigen. Weiterhin ist zur Kontrolle über der Elektrode 54 jeder Zündkerze 40 ein Fenster 55 angeordnet, dessen Umriß bevorzugt halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
Anstatt des Deckels 46 kann als Diebstahlschutz auch eine Hülse 56 (Fig. 5) verwendet werden. Die Hülse 56, die im Unterschied zum Deckel 46 auch einen Bereich der Rückwand 12 abdeckt, ist mit der Verpackung durch die auf die Stirnseiten 47 der Hohlwände 24 und 25 umgeklappten und beleimten Seitenlaschen 14 fest verbunden. Wie beim Deckel 46 sind auch in der Hülse 56 ein Sichtfenster 57, durch Perforation 58 begrenzte Aufreißlaschen 59 und Fenster 60 ausgebildet. Durch die gleiche Ausbildung der o.g. Merkmale wird ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild der mit dem Deckel 46 oder der Hülse 56 versehenen Verpackung (Fig. 6) erzielt.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Verpackung für wenigstens eine Zündkerze (40) aus einem aus Karton bestehenden Packstoffzuschnitt (10) mit einer ebenen Rückwand (12) und mit einer Vorderwand (13) sowie mit zwei von der Vorderwand (13) gebildeten Hohlwänden (24, 25) mit einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten (27, 31) , die Durchbrüche (37, 38) zur Aufnahme der Endabschnitte (62, 63) von Zündkerzen (40) haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden gegenüberliegenden Seiten (27, 31) der Hohlwände (24, 25) durch ein einstückig mit diesen verbundenes Zwischenstück (30) miteinanander verbunden sind, und daß die Vorderwand (13) eine an einem Ende einer Hohlwand (25) abstehende Lasche (34) hat, die mit einem überstehenden Teil der Rückwand (12) fest verbunden ist.
2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten (27, 31) der Hohlwände (24, 25) rechtwinklig vom Zwischenstück (30) absteht und einen Sitz (41) für den Dichtsitz (42) der Zündkerze (40) bildet, und daß die andere der beiden Seiten (27, 31) schräg vom Zwischenstück (30) absteht.
3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Durchbrüche (37, 38) in den zur Rückwand (12) parallelen Abschnitten (28, 33) der Hohlwände (24, 25) fortsetzen.
4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Lasche (34) und in dem mit dieser verbundenen Teil der Rückwand (12) je ein Durchbruch (36) angeordnet sind, und daß die sich deckenden Durchbrüche (36) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.

5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Lasche (34) und in dem mit dieser verbundenen Teil der Rückwand (12) je ein Durchbruch (36) angeordnet sind, und daß die sich deckenden Durchbrüche (36) als Längsschlitz ausgebildet sind.
6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Lasche (34) und in dem mit dieser verbundenen Teil der Rückwand (12) je ein Durchbruch (36) angeordnet sind, und daß die sich deckenden Durchbrüche (36) als Längsschlitz mit sich an den mittleren Bereich anschließenden Kreisausschnitten ausgebildet sind.
7. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rückwand (12) Seitenlaschen (14) integral angeordnet sind, die auf die Stirnseiten (47) der Hohlwände (24, 25) abgewinkelt sind.
8. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Deckel (46) die Hohlwände (24, 25) und das Zwischenstück (30) deckend umschließt, und daß der Deckel (46) mit den Seitenlaschen (14) fest verbunden ist.
9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (46) ein Sichtfenster (50) hat, dessen Höhe (H) sich über den zur Rückwand (12) parallelen Abschnitt (33) bis zum Übergang der rechtwinklig vom Zwischenstück (30) abstehenden Seite (27) zum zur Rückwand (12) parallelen Abschnitt (28) erstreckt.
10. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Hülse (56) einen Teil der Rückwand (12), die Hohlwände (24, 25) und deren Stirnseiten (47) umschließt.

Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (56) ein Sichtfenster (57) hat, dessen Höhe (h) sich über den zur Rückwand (12) parallelen Abschnitt (33) bis zum Übergang der rechtwinklig vom Zwischenstück (30) abstehenden Seite (27) zum zur Rückwand (12) parallelen Abschnitt (28) erstreckt.
12. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem das Sichtfenster (50) in Höhe des Sitzes (41) der Zündkerze (40) begrenzenden Abschnitt des Deckels (46) mindestens eine durch Perforation (51) begrenzte Aufreißlasche
(52) angeordnet ist.
13. Verpackung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem das Sichtfenster (57) in Höhe des Sitzes (41) der Zündkerze (40) begrenzenden Abschnitt der Hülse (56) mindestens eine durch Perforation (58) begrenzte Aufreißlasche
(59) angeordnet ist.
14. Verpackung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Aufreißlasche (52) ein die Elektrode (54) der Zünkkerze (40) freilassendes Fenster (55) angeordnet ist.
15. Verpackung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Aufreißlasche (59) ein die Elektrode (54) der Zündkerze (40) freilassendes Fenster (60) angeordnet ist.
16. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Packstoffzuschnitt (10) einseitig gestrichen und bedruckt ist.
