Claims (3)
- Enceinte fermée,contenant une substance pulvérulente pour la préparation d'une boisson choisie parmi le café torréfié et moulu, un mélange de café moulu et de café soluble, prévue pour être extraite sous pression, le matériau utilisé pour ladite enceinte est imperméable à l'oxygène et à la vapeur d'eau pour la conservation de ladite substance pulvérulente et ladite enceinte étant ouverte sous l'effet de la seule montée en pression lors de l'injection du fluide d'extraction, caractérisée en ce que le café torréfié et moulu à une dimension particulaire telle qu'il comprend entre 5 et 15 % de fines ayant une taille de moins de 90 microns respectivement pour un D(4,3) compris entre 650 et 300 microns et il est compacté ou tassé.
- Enceinte fermée selon la revendication 1, ladite enceinte étant une capsule souple constituée de deux feuilles souples identiques de forme circulaire, ovale ou polygonale ménageant entre elles un espace pour la substance pulvérulente et soudées sur leur périphérie de manière à ce que ledit sachet soit sensiblement symétrique par rapport à son plan de soudage.
- Enceinte fermée selon la revendication 1, ladite enceinte étant une cartouche comprenant une coupelle avec un fond et une paroi latérale ayant sensiblement la forme d'un tronc de cône ou d'un dôme et un rebord circulaire de diamètre supérieur au fond et un opercule soudé sur le pourtour du rebord de la capsule.
