Definitions
- the invention relates to a retrofit frame arrangement for doors with the features of the preamble of the claim 1.
- a frame arrangement with the aforementioned features is known from DE-A-41 03 471. It becomes a hollow chamber profile used with two open hollow chambers and there is one Screw on at the two fastening points through the old frame.
- the invention is based on the object a retrofit frame arrangement with the aforementioned Features to improve so that the attachment of the retrofit frame assembly is stabilized and stability in close to the hinges for the door wing becomes.
- the profile leg the hollow chamber profile is arranged inside the door and with the second hollow chamber on a building wall that the first and second cavities are closed, and that the second attachment point through the second hollow chamber is anchored through.
- the retrofit frame arrangement is designed so that the second fastening point in the area of the inside of the door Profile leg is arranged.
- the two are Fastening points relatively far apart and have the hollow chamber carrying the hinge straps between yourself. This optimizes the cross-sectional fastening the frame.
- the retrofit frame arrangement is designed so that it with the second attachment point on the building wall and pegged to it.
- anchoring takes place on a door inside the building wall and thus removed from the reveal wall clad by the old frame or end wall of the wall opening.
- the pegging can largely perpendicular to the inside wall of the building.
- the danger edge chipping is reduced and an improvement the strength achieved.
- the second sits Fastening point and thus the one used for fastening Part of the retrofit frame arrangement directly on the inside wall of the building and does not have to, as with the known retrofit frame arrangement, be attached through the old frame, which has the disadvantage that the attachment point through the formation of the old frame due to the distance Building wall must cope.
- the direct installation of the retrofit frame arrangement or the inside of the profile leg on the The interior wall of the building leads to a corresponding improvement Stability of the attachment of the retrofit frame arrangement. Further it is advantageous that the one used for dowelling second attachment point arranged in the interior and so that access from the outside of the door is removed. The improves burglary security accordingly, because the second attachment point or the dowel is the violent Access no longer accessible.
- the retrofit frame arrangement described above is designed that the inside of the profile leg with a second hollow chamber is provided, through which the dowel the second attachment point with the building wall is made.
- the hollow chamber ensures stable training the retrofit frame arrangement in the area of the second Attachment point so that here through the dowel large forces occurring from the retrofit frame arrangement can be absorbed without deformation.
- Another embodiment of the retrofit frame arrangement is done in that the mounting strip on the Old frame is attached.
- Such a configuration is sufficient in many cases and has the advantage that the attachment only matched to the design of the old frame must be, for example, a simple self-tapping One screw is sufficient, which is in the old frame made of sheet metal is screwed in. You save yourself for the second attachment a further anchoring through the old frame through into the masonry, which is often sufficient is because the old frame itself is comparative sits firmly on the wall.
- the retrofit frame arrangement can furthermore in this regard be formed that the inside of the profile leg at an angle of more than 45 degrees to the first Hollow chamber is arranged, which is a receiving space for one Dowel head forms, and that the receiving space from a cover strip is covered.
- the recording room can be sufficiently spacious be trained to accommodate the dowel head and enough Space for performing the dowel next to the To have a hollow chamber profile.
- the cover provided after making the dowel for a handsome Exterior of the retrofit frame arrangement in this area.
- the previously described configuration of the retrofit frame arrangement can be done in that the mounting bar essentially U-shaped and in the area of her U-bottom is screwed to the old frame. Consequently there is a distance from the wall of the hollow chamber Fastening, in which also those adjacent to the outside of the door Bolted sections of the retrofit frame assembly and are therefore secured against violent deformation.
- the retrofit frame arrangement is further developed that the vertical profile bars are cut to length at the top and are connected to a corner connector that the cross-sectional profile of the vertical profile spar in the upper cross spar transfers that corresponds to the vertical profile spar is profiled.
- the corner connector With the corner connector a very stable Corner connection of the right-angled profile bars reached.
- the retrofit frame arrangement can be further developed that the corner connector has tabs that match the inside of the door Profile legs are connectable and / or that the corner connector Has spigot that is radially positive with the mounting bar are coupled. There are positive connections Connections between the corner connector and those connected to it Hollow chamber profiles, especially in their edge areas, So on the inside of the profile leg and on the mounting bar.
- the old frames often have similar dimensions have or are standardized, it may be necessary to To form retrofit frame arrangements in different ways, to be able to add them to the existing old frame.
- the retrofit frame arrangement is not only based on that each existing old frame profile must be coordinated, but also on the sash frame side to that given for the sash frame Profile is a particularly advantageous Training of the retrofit frame arrangement in that the hollow chamber profile of a vertical profile spar is a door leaf is struck, which is a closed, made of hollow profiles has composite door frame, the frame side Have projecting spaced retaining strips on which a closing profile forming a rebate space with the frame is set.
- This configuration has the big one Advantage that the end profile is basically removable. End profiles can be replaced on a door frame become.
- the retrofit frame arrangement is simple to design designed so that the end profile with the hollow profile the projecting retaining strips is releasably locked. There are So no fasteners to loosen before the end profile can be removed or attached.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment results in that the hook webs engage between the holding strips and at least on one side of the door leaf at a distance from the outside Arranged retaining bars for frame-covering panels exhibit.
- the retaining strips can be in outside Direction towards the rebate space should be smooth, so that correspondingly smooth surfaces result, either directly design the external surfaces or of external surfaces Parts are covered tightly.
- the retrofit frame arrangement can be designed that there is a door frame panel on one side of the door leaf practically completely covers the door frame, and the one on the other side of the door leaf with the door frame visible surface lies flush. Thanks to the practically complete coverage one side of the door wing can have a corresponding insulation effect can be reached on the door frame, especially if the door leaf side the outside is. Even the appearance of the door leaf is advantageous to influence, the final profile in Area of its connection to the hollow profile is covered. It is particularly important that the entire door frame panel as a single or coherent part in the door frame can be installed or removed from it. The manufacture of the door leaf is simplified, as also later work on the door wing, in which the door frame filling must be expanded.
- the retrofit frame arrangement can be further developed that the end profile the door frame panel on its outer circumference with a retaining bridge on the door frame, if necessary a seal acting on the door frame panel having.
- the door frame fill can only be held by the end profile on the door frame. Additional screw connections are generally not required.
- the door illustrated by the drawing or the Retrofit frame arrangement has two vertical profile bars 10, which essentially consist of a hollow chamber profile, which has a hollow chamber 11.
- the hollow chamber 11 carries several hinge bands 12 distributed over the height, on which a door leaf 13 is pivotally attached.
- Fig.1 shows the Hinge side
- Fig. 2 shows the opening side of the door leaf 13.
- the door leaf 13 closes the opening in the wall 31, the breakthrough reveal 31 'covered by an old frame 16 is, in a manner not shown on the wall 31st is attached.
- the hollow chamber 11 forms an essential component the retrofit frame arrangement, which has a fastening strip 14 has which engages in the sash 15 of the old frame 16.
- the mounting bar 14 jumps from the hollow chamber 16 practically corresponding to that which can be seen from the drawings Depth of the wing rebate 15 before and is essentially U-shaped.
- Your U-bottom 14 ' is with fastening screws 35 screwed to the old frame 16, which as Sheet metal frame is formed, in the wall of the fastening screw 35 e.g. screwed in as a self-tapping screw becomes.
- the fastening screw 35 forms a first fastening point 17.
- a second fastening point 20 is provided for the retrofit frame arrangement.
- this has a profile leg 18 which is arranged on the inside of the door and bears against the building wall 19.
- the profile leg 18 is provided with a second hollow chamber 21, which is connected to the first hollow chamber 11 via the connecting web 36.
- the profile legs 18 is located inside of the door and forms with the first hollow chamber 11 and its adjacent wall of said hollow chamber 11 by an angle of less than 90 0, so that a receiving space 22 is created for a dowel head 23rd
- the receiving space 22 is covered by a cover strip 24, so that there is a handsome exterior.
- the profile leg 18 is fastened by the hollow chamber 21 through which the second hollow chamber of the entire hollow chamber profile, with a heavy-duty dowel 37, in which the dowel inner part 37 'by actuating the dowel head 23 is drawn in so that there is a spread of Dowels 37 within the wall 31 results.
- the extract values for these dowel attachments are very high, so the attachment the retrofit frame arrangement on the wall or on the Building wall 19 is correspondingly secure.
- Dowels 37 can also use other dowel attachments become.
- FIGS. 3a to 3d The connection in FIGS. 3a to 3d is used Corner connector 25 shown.
