Claims (12)
- Geradezugverschluß für eine Schußwaffe, insbesondere eine Repetierbüchse, mit einem Verschlußkopf(3), der in Laufrichtung in einer Kammerhülse (1) verschiebbar und um seine Achse (8) drehbar ist, mit einem im Verschlußkopf (3) axial verschiebbaren Schlagbolzen (7) und mit von einem Kammergriff (13) gegen eine Schlagfeder (25) axial beweglichen Mitteln (2, 4, 5, 18, 31) sowie mit einem durch einen Abzughebel (15) betätigbaren Fangstück (6), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) der Kammergriff (13) ist innerhalb einer in der Kammerhülse (1) verschiebbaren Steuerhülse (2) quer zur Waffenachse (8) über einen Haltebolzen (11) schwenkbeweglich gelagert und formschlüssig mit einem an der Kammerhülse (1) abstützbaren Ausrückhebel (10) verbunden und erzeugt bei seiner Betätigung eine Axialbewegung des Haltebolzens (11);b) innerhalb der Steuerhülse (2) ist ein Zwischenstück (4) axial verschiebbar gelagert, das den Haltebolzen (11) umgreift und auf der vorderen Seite (16) mit dem Schlagbolzen (7) auf der hinteren Seite (17) mit einem die Schlagfeder (25) spannenden Schlagstück (5) in Wirkverbindung steht;c) das Schlagstück (5) ist bei gespannter Schlagfeder (25) über Arretierungsmittel (31) von einem durch den Ausrückhebel (10) betätigbaren Spannstück (18) gegenüber der Kammerhülse (1) arretierbar;d) der Verschlußkopf (3) enthält Steuerbolzen (9), die in Steuerkurven (2.2) der Steuerhülse (2) eingreifen und jeweilige Rotationsbewegungen zur Ver- und Entriegelung des Verschlußkopfes (3) gegenüber einem Verriegelungsstück (14) während der Betätigung des Kammergriffs (13) durchführen.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausrückhebel (10) in einem Schlitz (19) der Kammerhülse (1) gelagert ist, wobei die Lagerflächen des Schlitzes radial verlaufen und der Ausrückhebel (10) im Lagerbereich zylinderabschnittsförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Hebellängen des Kammergriffs (13) zum Ausrückhebel ≥ 2,5 : 1, vorzugsweise 3 : 1, ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Durchführung der Axialbewegung des Haltebolzens (11) die Kammerhülse (1) und das Zwischenstück (4) Langlöcher (1.1, 4.1) aufweisen, deren Längen so bemessen sind, daß das Langloch (1.1) den axialen Hub der Schwenkbewegung des im Schlitz (19) gelagerten Arretierhebels (10) und des Kammergriffs (13) ermöglicht, und das Langloch (4.1) einen zusätzlichen Hub des Zwischenstückes (4) zur Auslösung des Schlagbolzens (7) gestattet.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) Das Spannstück (18) ist zylinderförmig aufgebaut, wobei ein vorderer Absatz (20) in dem Zwischenstück (4) geführt wird und zur Kontaktierung mit einer rückwärtigen Kulisse (21) des Ausrückhebels (10) in den Bereich des Langloches (4.1) des Zwischenstückes (4) hineinragt;b) ein mittlerer Absatz (22) des Spannstückes (18) liegt gleitfähig an einer Bohrung (23) des Schlagstückes (5) an, während ein rückseitiger demgegenüber reduzierter Absatz (24) das Arretiermittel (31) im nicht arrerierten Zustand innenseitig abstützt;c) der vordere Absatz (20) nimmt einen quer zur Achse (8) angeordneten Stift (29) auf, der zur Vorholbewegung des Spannstückes (18) an dem rückseitigen Ende des Langloches (4.1) des Zwischenstückes (4) anliegt.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiermittel (31) aus mehrfach auf dem Umfang des Schlagstückes (5) verteilten Kugeln bestehen.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) Die Kugeln (31) sind in dem Schlagstück (5) in separaten radialen Einzelbohrungen (26) gelagert;b) der Durchmesser der Kugeln (31) entspricht der halben Durchmesserdifferenz zwischen den Außendurchmessern des Schlagstückes (5) und dem hinteren Absatz (24) des Spannstückes (18) und ist größer als die innenseitig von der Bohrung (23) begrenzte Wandstärke des Schlagstückes (5);c) im arretierten Zustand sind die Kugeln (31) in einer innenseitigen Nute (27) der Kammerhülse (1) gefangen und werden innenseitig vom mittleren Absatz (22) des Spannstückes (18) abgestützt.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück am rückseitigen Ende einen von der Innenfläche der Kammerhülse (1) begrenzten Absatz (28) enthält, an dem das Schlagstück (5) für den Spannvorgang der Schlagfeder (25) und für den Abschlagevorgang des Schlagbolzens (7) anliegt.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußkopf (3) quer zur Axialrichtung angeordnete Steuerbolzen (9) enthält, die in schräg zur Achsrichtung (8) verlaufende Steuerkurven (2.2) der Steuerhülse (2) gelagert sind und beim Ent- und Verriegelungsvorgang des Verschlußkopfes (3) während der axialen Verschiebung der Steuerhülse (2) eine Drehbewegung verursachen.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußkopf (3) als Warzen (3.1) ausgebildete Verriegelungselemente enthält, die schräg zur Achse (8) gestellt sind und beim Ent- und Verriegelungsvorgang aus dem Verriegelungsstück (14) des Laufendes eine weitere Drehbewegung des Verschlußkopfes (3) verursachen.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurven (2.2) der Steuerhülse (2) an ihren vorderen Enden jeweils eine radiale und in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Sicherungsnut (2.3) für die Steuerbolzen (9) des Verschlußkopfes (3) aufweisen.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schlagstück (5) in seiner durch die Kugeln (31) entsicherten jedoch in gespannter Stellung der Schlagfeder (25) von einer Nase (6.1) eines von einem Abzugsstollen (15) abstützbaren Fangstück (6) gefangen ist.
