Abstract

The shutter has a chamber grip (13) fitted by a recoil lever (10) on one side to a chamber sleeve (1), and on the other side by a holding bolt (11) in a movable control sleeve (2). The weapon's rear hammer spring (25) can be tensioned and locked in the chamber sleeve by an arrester (3). The shutter head can be turned by an attachment of the control sleeve, so that when the chamber grip of the shutter head recoils, the locking piece of the barrel can be unlocked. Similarly, it is locked when the chamber grip moves forward.

Description

The invention relates to a straight-action breech for a firearm, in particular a bolt action rifle, with a locking head that can be moved in the direction of travel in a chamber sleeve and is rotatable about its axis, with an axially displaceable in the closure head Firing pin and with a chamber handle axially movable against a striking spring Means as well as with a catch piece actuated by a trigger lever.

Diese Verschlüsse weisen jedoch aus heutiger Sicht gravierende Nachteile auf:Such closures are already from older rifles, for example the Swiss Army rifle model 1889/1911/1931 and the Austrian army rifle model 1889, known. From today's perspective, however, these closures have serious disadvantages on:

The weapon can be fired if the bolt head is erroneously removed, what has serious consequences for the shooter and bystanders. The swept over The area between the entry and end positions remains for all locks Lock not used. With a twist angle of 90 ° between opening and In conclusion, this loss is particularly large. Cartridge cases that have been jammed must be pulled out of the warehouse with great effort, as a cheap Translation is not given.

Other breeches with a similar structure are from the M16 and AUG rifles known. These closures have separate closure heads with a small rotary movement on, but are usually gas-pressure operated and combined with a tap. However, the cock lock is soft because of the repeater rifle desired Castle aisle cannot be used with these. A firing pin lock of known design leaves not with a small twist angle, which results from the aforementioned design sufficient comfort.

Another closure known from DE 43 05 700 C1 does not allow a striking one Enlargement of the locking area, since the spring tongues of the locking sleeve are not are spread as far as possible. This weapon needs a separate hand tension, whereby the technical effort is relatively large. Furthermore, the shutter opens a guardrail back and forth, causing problems with the centering of the shutter and run can arise.

In contrast, the invention is based on the object Straight lock, to provide the type mentioned above, the with a simplified construction and handling a safe and fast weapon function guaranteed.

This problem is solved by the in the characterizing part of claim 1 specified characteristics.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the features of the subclaims forth.

The arrangement according to the invention advantageously ignites a cartridge mistakenly removed locking head impossible because the firing pin only in Locking head is stored. This closure is also advantageous from that at the same time the backward and forward movement of the chamber handle Locking head for unlocking and locking in a comparatively small amount Angular range, for example between 15 and 30 °, is rotated. Through this short Locking movement is the loss of swept area between entry and End position minimal. The locking surface can particularly advantageously be about 1/3 can be realized larger than with the known closures. Another advantage of this Closure is that the striking spring during the unlocking process at the same time cocked and locked to the chamber sleeve by means of an impact piece. In this It cannot be ensured that the trigger is actuated unintentionally or in the event of a fall or a shot at the weapon. Only immediately after inserting the The shooter must move the bolt handle from his repeating position into the Swivel the front locking position of the breech head, the fuse first is lifted in the locked position of the breech and a shot is fired is possible.

Also advantageous are those arranged on the axis of the chamber handle Release lever by a favorable lever ratio the manual forces to be applied when unlocking and locking very low, especially because it is also secured the firing pin spring the further locking mechanism is spring-loaded. By simple actuation of the chamber handle also makes pulling out more tight Cartridge casings made possible with little effort.

The invention is illustrated in detail with reference to one in the following figures Exemplary embodiment explained in more detail.

Der Verschlußkopf 3 enthält weitere als Warzen ausgebildete Verriegelungselemente 3.2 (Figuren 3 4), die in eine korrespondierende Nut 1.2 der Kammerhülse eingreift, wodurch der Verschlußkopf 3 gegenüber der Kammerhülse 1 in seiner Vorwärtsbewegung fixiert ist, jedoch nach hinten in der Nut 1.2 verschiebbar gelagert ist.FIG. 1 illustrates a straight draw lock arranged in a chamber sleeve 1, whose front locking head 3 with a locking piece 14 of the rear end of a gun barrel, not shown, and at its rear end is connected to a cap (30), not shown. The locking head 3 contains, at its front end, two-row locking elements in the form of warts 3.1, in corresponding locking elements of the locking piece 14 can be engaged and disengaged. The closure head 3 contains more locking elements 3.2 designed as warts (FIGS. 3 4) which are in a Corresponding groove 1.2 engages the chamber sleeve, whereby the locking head 3rd is fixed in its forward movement relative to the chamber sleeve 1, but after is slidably mounted in the rear of the groove 1.2.

The locking head 3 receives the firing pin 7, by means not shown at the rear end of the breech head can be pushed out around the ignition stroke. Of the Locking head is behind the locking elements 3.2 in a running direction Control sleeve 2 slidably and rotatably mounted about its axis 8, the control sleeve 2 is in turn slidably arranged in the chamber sleeve 1.

The axial movement is triggered by a chamber handle 13, which is within the Control sleeve 2 can be pivoted transversely to the weapon axis 8 with a connected retaining bolt 11 is mounted and positively with a supported on the chamber sleeve 1 Release lever 10 is connected.

The release lever 10 is guided into a slot 19 of the chamber sleeve 1, the Bearing surfaces of the slot run radially to the axis 8, and the release lever 10 in Storage area is cylindrical section.

So that the chamber handle 13 swings around the slot bearing of the chamber sleeve 1 can, and the retaining bolt 11 an exclusively straight-line movement on the axis 8 can perform, contain the chamber sleeve 1 and an intermediate piece 4 elongated holes 1.1, 4.1, the lengths of which are dimensioned such that the elongated hole 1.1 the axial stroke of the Pivotal movement of the locking lever 10 mounted in the slot and the chamber handle 13 allows, and the slot 4.1 an additional stroke of the intermediate piece 4 for Firing of the firing pin 7 permitted. The intermediate piece 4 is within the Control sleeve 2 axially displaceably mounted and engages the retaining pin 11 within the Elongated holes 4.1. On the front side 16 is the intermediate piece 4 with the firing pin 7 and on the rear side 17 with a striking spring 25 exciting Striking piece in operative connection. The intermediate piece contains recesses that the Sequence of movements of the release lever 10 of the chamber handle 13 and the holding bolt 11 guarantee. At the rear end of the intermediate piece 4 is one of the inner surface the chamber sleeve 1 limited paragraph 28 arranged on which the striker 5 for the Clamping process of the striking spring 25 and for striking off the firing pin 7 is present. Behind the intermediate piece 4 is also within the chamber sleeve 1 Striker 5 slidably mounted, which with the striker spring 25 tensioned by locking means 31 of a clamping piece 18 which can be actuated by the release lever 10 can be locked relative to the chamber sleeve 1.

The locking means 31 are distributed several times over the circumference of the striking piece 5 arranged balls inserted into the separate individual bores 26 of the striking piece 5 are stored.

The clamping piece 18 is cylindrical, with a front shoulder 20 in the Intermediate piece 4 is guided and for contacting a rear backdrop 21st the release lever 10 in the area of the elongated hole 4.1 of the intermediate piece 4th protrudes.

A central shoulder 22 of the clamping piece 18 is slidably on a bore 23 of the Percussion piece 5, while a rear reduced paragraph 24 of the Clamping piece 18 supports the ball 31 on the inside in the unlocked state.

The front shoulder 20 receives a pin 29 arranged transversely to the axis, which for Forward movement of the clamping piece 18 at the rear end of the elongated hole 4.1 of the Intermediate piece 4 is present.

The diameter of the balls 31 corresponds to half the difference in diameter between the outer diameter of the striking piece 5 and the rear shoulder of the clamping piece 18 and is greater than the wall thickness of the inside delimited by the bore 23 Percussion piece 5. Thus, the balls 31 in the unlocked state by the rear paragraph 24 held in place. In contrast, the balls 31 in locked state in a radially circumferential inner groove 27 of the chamber sleeve 1 and are caught on the inside by the middle shoulder 22 of the clamping piece 18th supported and secured. The striker 5 has one at its rear end inward projection on that of a nose 6.1 one of a trigger gallery 15 (FIG. 4) which can be supported and which can be pivoted about an axis 6.2 catch piece 6 is caught. The axial movement of the striking piece 5 is determined by a longitudinal groove 34 and a pin 33 supported in the chamber sleeve 1.

At the front end of the striking piece 5 is a ring 35 for securing the clamping piece 18 arranged against falling out.

Contains to generate a rotary movement necessary for unlocking and locking the locking head 3 control bolts 9 which engage in control cams 2.2 of the control sleeve 2 and the respective rotational movements of the closure head 3 relative to the Carry out locking piece 14 while actuating the chamber handle 13. This Control bolts 9 are arranged transversely to the axial direction within the locking head 3 and engage in control cams extending obliquely to the axial direction 8 (FIGS. 4, 5 and 6) the control sleeve 2, the inclination of the control cam 2.2 compared to the The axial direction is such that the warts 3.1 of the closure head are complete cover the corresponding locking elements of the closure piece can. Depending on the number of locking elements, for example on the Scope 6 to 12, preferably 9 warts may include, for example Achieving a twist angle of 20 ° after an eight division.

The warts 3.1 of the closure head 3 are also inclined to the axis 8, whereby during the unlocking and locking process of the locking head 3 from the locking piece 14 of the running a further rotary movement of the closure head 2 is caused. This makes it possible for the control bolts 9 of the locking head 3 at the front ends of the respective control curves 2.2 of the control sleeve 2 in radial and engage circumferential securing grooves 2.3 (Figure 6).

Der Verschluß funktioniert wie folgt:The closure works as follows:

The release lever 10 is pivoted over the retaining pin 11, which is the common Axis for the release lever 10 and the chamber handle 13 forms and when actuated makes both a longitudinal and a rotational movement.

Now, starting from the locked and knocked-off position, the closure actuated, the rifle is held on the forearm with the left hand right hand the ball 12 and pulls it towards itself. This will the retaining pin 11, the release lever 10 connected to this and the former connected control sleeve 2 set in motion until the rear backdrop 21 of Release lever 10 abuts the front end of the shoulder 20 of the clamping piece 18, this presses against the balls 31 and via this the striking piece 5 against the pressure the striking spring 25 lifts off the intermediate piece 4. During this backward movement is about the introduced into the control sleeve 2 control cams 2.2 and the control pin 9 the locking head 3 is set in rotation and unlocked. At the end of the longitudinal movement the balls 31 jump into the groove 27 and set the striker 5 so that the Chamber handle 13 and all components connected to it are relieved.

So far, the chamber sleeve 1 has been prevented from moving backward because it about further warts 3.2 of the closure head and a corresponding groove 1.2 Chamber sleeve 1 and via the locking elements 3.1 with the locking piece 14 was connected. Now that the unlocked position has been reached, the chamber sleeve 1 start the rewind with all the components in it under the pull of your hand. Here, the locking elements 3.1 of the Locking head 1 by corresponding grooves (not shown) of the barrel are pulled, which in the exemplary embodiment is a separate locking piece 14 is screwed onto a barrel, not shown. The locking head 3 is in Rotation offset until the control pin 9 a rest position in the locking grooves 2.3 have reached 2.2 at the end of the control curve. In this position an unintended Rotation of the breech head in the forward movement, for example when Feeding the cartridges prevented.

After reaching the rear end position, the lock is pushed forward again. The control sleeve 2 is supported, which is under the pressure of the release lever 10 wants to move forward with the surfaces arranged transversely to the direction of movement the securing grooves 2.3 at the end of the control curve 2.2 on the control pin 9, without but to be able to twist them. The pressure is transferred to the closure head 3 and from this over the warts 3.2 and a corresponding groove 1.2 on the Chamber sleeve 1, so that the entire closure moves forward. Doing so pushes he the top cartridge in the magazine in front of him until the cartridge is rotated Locking elements 3.1 in the corresponding grooves (not shown) of the Verriegegelungsstückes 14 occur, the control pin 9 from the rest position 2.3 on End of the control curve 2.2 are unscrewed and the control sleeve 2 over the Locking head 3 can slide. The control bolts 9 follow the control curves 2.2 and turn the locking head 3 into the locked position. In the meantime comes the front link 36 of the release lever 10 in the groove of the intermediate piece 4 for contact, pushes the intermediate piece 4 forward and pulls the clamping piece 18 over the pin 29 forward until the balls 31 emerge from the groove 27 of the chamber sleeve 1, the Percussion piece 5 jumps forward under the pressure of the striking spring 25 by a path that is summed up from the permissible tolerances until it comes from the nose 6.1 of the catch piece 6 is caught, which in turn is supported on the trigger gallery 15.

By a favorable ratio of the lever lengths of the chamber handle 13 to the release lever 10 ≥ 2.5: 1, preferably 3: 1, the processes described above can be easily carry out manually and also allow pulling out stuck Cartridge casings with little effort.
