Description
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer Fadenschar (10) auf einen Wickelbaum (11), bei dem die Fadenschar (10) von einer Transportwalze (12) im Fördersinn beaufschlagt und dem Wickelbaum (11) unter Umschlingung einer Regelwalze (13) zugeführt wird,die von einem Stellorgan (15) zur Einstellung eines Sollwerts der Zugkraft der Fadenschar (10) begrenzt beweglich verstellbar ist,die einen Istwert der Zugkraft der Fadenschar (10) abzuleiten gestattet, unddie die Fadenschar (10) an der Transportwalze (12) festklemmt, wenn die Fadenschar (10) nicht gefördert wird,
und bei dem nach dem Aufheben der Klemmung der Fadenschar (10) an der Transportwalze (12) eine Regelung der Zugkraft der Fadenschar (10) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelwalze (13) mit dem Stellelement (16) in ihre Fadenklemmstellung an der Transportwalze (12) verstellt wird, und daß die Regelung der Zugkraft der Fadenschar (10) spätestens aktiviert wird, sobald das Stellelement (16) nicht mehr angesteuert ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelung der Zugkraft bereits während der Klemmung der Fadenschar (10) aktiviert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportwalze (12) mit vorbestimmter Drehzahl angetrieben und die Drehzahl des Wickelbaums (11) zugkraftabhängig geregelt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Fadenschar (10) auf einen Wickelbaum (11), mit einer die Fadenschar (10) im Fördersinn beaufschlagenden Transportwalze (12), mit einer von der Fadenschar (10) umschlungenen, begrenzt beweglichen Regelwalze (13), die eine Fadenklemmstellung an der Transportwalze (12) hat, mit mindestens einem auf die Stellung der Regelwalze (13) einwirkenden schwenkbeweglichen Stellhebel (14), der von einem Stellorgan (15) zur Einstellung eines Sollwerts einer Zugkraftregelung beaufschlagt ist, mit einem zum Klemmen der Fadenschar (10) von dem Stellorgan (15) unabhängig steuerbaren und zum Stellorgan (15) zusätzlichen Stellelement (16), das gegen die Transportwalze (12) zu drücken ist, und mit einem Abgriff an der Regelwalze (13) für die Istwerte der Zugkraft der Fadenschar (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelwalze (13) am schwenkbeweglichen Stellhebel (14) schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, daß die Regelwalze (13) mit dem Stellelement (16) in ihre Fadenklemmstellung verstellbar ist, und daß die Zugkraftregelung unabhängig von einer Ansteuerung des Stellelements (16) deaktivierbar oder aktivierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelwalze (13) zwischen einer Schwenkachse (17) des im wesentlichen horizontalen Stellhebels (14) und einer Anlenkstelle (18) des Stellorgans (15) angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelwalze (13) an einem Anpreßhebel (19) gelagert ist, der mit einem Ende (19') am Stellhebel (14) angelenkt ist und an dessen anderem Ende (19'') das Stellelement (16) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellelement (16) am Anpreßhebel (19) mittels einer Betätigungsstange (20) angreift, deren beaufschlagtes Ende (20') an einem vom Stellelement (16) angetriebenen Drehteil (22) angelenkt ist und zu dessen Drehachse (23) in Regelstellung der Regelwalze (13) fast eine Totpunktlage einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Regelwalze (13) eine ortsfeste Umlenkwalze (24) für die Fadenschar (10) angeordnet ist.
