Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing bulk-filled mats according to the preamble of claim 1 or claim 2, in which an open on one side Mat cover over this side by means of a feed device filled with bulk goods and this side then closed becomes. It also relates to a device for producing Mats made from a mat cover and filled with bulk material with a bulk material storage and with an outlet opening having feed device.
- Bulk-filled mats come in a variety of designs known, for example by EP-A-0 450 154 or that DE-GM 295 04 458.6. You have a double spacer fabric as a mat cover, which spacing threads at regular intervals has, which extend transversely to the fabric webs and the The distance of the fabric webs over the surface of the mat is constant hold. Such mats are used in water protection, but also for used the protection of waterproofing membranes when building landfills, as far as the bulk filling consists of sand.
- Sealing mats are known in which the core consists of a swellable Clay, for example bentonite. These sealing mats too are used in landfill and hydraulic engineering. in the Road construction mats are used, which as a bulk material Concrete or mortar filling included.
- Such mats can be produced in such a way that first produced a mat cover closed on three sides and that the bulk material then over the remaining one open side filled by means of a feed device becomes. After completing the filling process, this page will then appear sewn.
- the filling of the bulk material can be done both in the Manufacturing company as well as on site after laying the mat cover respectively.
- a process is used for the production of bentonite sealing mats applied, in which on a carrier layer from a Non-woven fabric an intermediate layer of bentonite and then on top the cover layer is applied. All three layers are then needled in a needle chair (cf. EP-A-0 278 419). The situation in DE-A-2 344 835 is similar known methods traded, with other fillers are mentioned. Carrier and top layer are on over the surface the mat distributed places connected together.
- a comparable process uses a geotextile as the base layer used with randomly attached scrim. When manufacturing on site using a dry blowing process Sand filled in and over the tangled scrim laid a geotextile.
- the invention has for its object the generic To design processes so that mats filled with bulk goods simple, fast and inexpensive way to be manufactured can. Another object is a device to find to perform this procedure.
- the first part of the object is achieved according to the invention by that the bulk material has a variety of in a line adjacent openings are filled and that before the filling process, the mat cover from the side of the outlet openings brought over the feed device so far is that the outlet openings at the beginning of the filling process close to the closed opposite of the open side Side comes to rest and when filling the bulk goods the mat cover according to the filling progress from the feed device is moved back again.
- a further rationalization can be done by a method reach, first using a mat hose, the length of which a multiple of the length intended for a mat cover is placed over the feed device and the mat hose at the end that is not put over, it is concluded that the bulk material over a multitude of in a line next to each other lying outlet openings is filled, the Outlet openings at the beginning of the filling close to the closed one Lying on the side and the mat cover when filling the bulk material according to the filling progress from the feeding device is moved back again, and that the mat hose after filling a first, corresponding to the length of a mat cover Section cut above the bulk material surface and both the top of the first mat cover as well also closed the underside of the remaining mat hose and that a new filling process is then started becomes.
- a mat hose is used in this process, whose length is a multiple of that for the mat cover provided length is.
- a limit is gathered against the mat cover or the mat tube during the fitting process. Because of this gathering can especially large lengths of mat cover or mat hose be put over the feed device.
- One for performing The device provided for the method can therefore can be created with a height that is only a fraction of that is as high as the mat cover to be put on or the one to be put on Mat hose.
- the mat cover or the mat tube first at the edge of the open side and pulled over the feeder and that the mat cover or the mat hose then not dragging over the feeder yet slipped part pushed against the boundary and is gathered in the process.
- the place where the mat cover should be or the mat hose for tightening or gathering from the edge of the open side according to the gathering progress to be moved away from this side because in this way the guidance of the mat cover or the mat hose is particularly simple via the feed device.
- the mat cover or the mat hose after the filling process in the area of the bulk material surface for closing the open side is clamped. This makes closing easier especially sewing the open side. Furthermore, it is an advantage if the bulk material is in the mat cover or in the mat hose is shaken during the filling process, because this leads to a uniform compaction of the bulk material.
- the mat cover during or after the filling process is rolled up to make them simple Way to transport to the site. For that should that moved down from the feeding device during the filling process Section of the mat cover first deflected into the horizontal will.
- a device for performing the above-described method with a bulk material store and with a feed device having outlet openings is expediently designed such that the feed device has a plurality of filling lines lying next to one another in a line and a fitting device for Grasp and slip on the mat cover or one for education via the feed device provided by mat sleeves specific mat hose is.
- There are a plurality of filling lines in a row be arranged for one in the width of the mat cover or the mat hose ensure even filling.
- the everting device a pair of on both sides of the filling lines in the direction has biased waves, which by means of a Drive can be rotated in opposite directions and in pairs have opposite rollers, between which the mat cover or the mat hose can be clamped and transported is.
- the fill lines should be arranged so that there is space between them, in which the roles in pairs border opposite. It is appropriate that from each pair of roles one role a convex and the other Roll have a cylindrical surface to make a line print and thus secure gripping of the mat cover or mat hose to achieve.
- the shafts are expediently mounted on a shaft support. This should be in the axial direction of the filling line Drive can be moved like a lift. On both sides of the filling pipes can use guide profiles for guiding the shaft carrier be provided. For security reasons, it is advantageous if the shaft carrier on one strand has at least one rotating one Chain or at least one rotating belt attached is, which is connected to the drive, on which another strand as a counterbalance is appropriate with the same weight as the shaft support.
- filling lines are straight and arranged vertically hanging downwards, so that the mat hose or the mat cover for pulling over pulled up becomes.
- the bulk material storage is expediently above the filling lines arranged so that the bulk material under Gravity in the mat cover or mat hose can flow in.
- Each filling line should be one have a separate valve to control the filling process.
- At least one movable guide bar is provided for the filling line. This is for stabilization the otherwise free hanging filling lines.
- At least one horizontal vibrating bar at the mouth of the filling lines be arranged, preferably a pair of opposing Vibrating bars that are used for the vibrating movement of knocked on the outside against the mat cover or mat hose can be.
- a rolling device is provided on one side of the filling lines.
- Roll-up device can be provided, it being expedient that between the retractor and filling line a horizontal Roller conveyor is arranged. The measures serve to Slip on the still empty mat cover or the empty one Mat hose and the subsequent rolling up of the filled To facilitate mat cover.
