Abstract

Das Relais besitzt einen zwischen einem Sockel (1) und einer Spule (7) angeordneten Wippanker (3), der durch einen Dauermagneten (55) jeweils in eine von zwei Schaltpositionen gezogen wird. Mit dem Dauermagneten sind Kontaktfedern (34) verbunden, die mit im Sockel verankerten Festkontakten (14) zusammenwirken. Zur Stabilisierung der Konstruktion und zur Trennung zwischen einem Kontaktraum (4) und einem Spulenraum (6) ist ein Grundkörper mit vorzugsweise H-förmigem Querschnitt vorgesehen, der den Sockel (1) schachtelförmig übergreift und der beiderseits des Ankers Absätze (57) aufweist, an denen sich Anschlußstifte des Sockels abstützen können.
Durch Ausgießen des Spulenraums (6) mit Vergußmasse erhält die Konstruktion eine hohe Stabilität. Auf diese Weise können mit ein und derselben Bauform sowohl herkömmliche Lötstiftanschlüsse, SMT-Anschlüsse und Einpreßanschlüsse verwendet werden. Der stabile Grundkörper kann hohe mechanische Druckkräfte auf die an ihm abgestützten Einpreß-Anschlußstifte übertragen oder auch bei SMT-Anschlüssen die Stabilität gegenüber thermischen Einflüssen gewährleisten.
