Description
Claims (9)
- Maschine zur Durchführung von Gleisbauarbeiten, mit einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (2) abgestützten Maschinenrahmen (3), der einen zwischen zwei Schienenfahrwerken (2) gelegenen ersten Arbeitsabschnitt (9) und einen an diesen in Maschinenlängsrichtung unmittelbar anschließenden zweiten Arbeitsabschnitt (10) aufweist, und mit am Maschinenrahmen (3) angeordneten, in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Laufschienen (15) zum Verfahren einer durch einen Antrieb (51) selbstverfahrbaren, vorzugsweise als Kran ausgebildeten Transporteinrichtung (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) der Maschinenrahmen (3) im ersten Arbeitsabschnitt (9) im wesentlichen aus zwei parallel zueinander und in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden, in Maschinenquerrichtung voneinander distanzierten Rahmenlängsträgern (13) besteht, die im Bereich zwischen den Schienenfahrwerken (2) lediglich durch eine oberhalb der Laufschienen (15) vorgesehene Querverbindung (14) miteinander verbunden sind, und daßb) die Transporteinrichtung (18) vom zweiten Arbeitsabschnitt (10) unterhalb der Querverbindung (14) in den ersten Arbeitsabschnitt (9) verfahrbar ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die Laufschienen (15) durchgehend über beide Arbeitsabschnitte (9,10) erstrecken.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Rahmenlängsträger (13) im ersten Arbeitsabschnitt (9) nach oben gekröpft ausgebildet und die Querverbindung (14) im oberen Endbereich der Rahmenlängsträger (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufschienen (15) sowohl im ersten als auch im zweiten Arbeitsabschnitt (9,10) in einer unmittelbar oberhalb der Schienenfahrwerke (2) gelegenen Ebene (16) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (18) als Schienenfahrwerke (20) und Greifvorrichtungen (24) zum Erfassen und Transportieren von Gleisteilen aufweisender Portalkran (19) mit einer Fahrkabine (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Längsende (23) der Transporteinrichtung (18) eine Fahrkabine (21) mit einer zentralen Steuereinrichtung (22) und jeweils eine in Maschinenlängsrichtung über das Längsende (23) vorkragende, durch Antriebe (25) höhen- und seitenverstellbare Greifvorrichtung (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am vom zweiten Arbeitsabschnitt (10) weiter distanzierten Ende des Maschinenrahmens (3) eine Arbeitskabine (26) mit einem zwischen den beiden Rahmenlängsträgern (13) positionierten Zugang (27) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschinenrahmen (3) aus zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten, gelenkig miteinander verbundenen und jeweils den ersten bzw. den zweiten Arbeitsabschnitt (9,10) bildenden Rahmenteilen (7,8) gebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den zweiten Arbeitsabschnitt (10) bildende Rahmenteil (8) als auf zwei Schienenfahrwerken (2) abgestützter Plattformwagen (11) ausgebildet und durch eine Kupplung (12) lösbar mit dem den ersten Arbeitsabschnitt (9) bildenden Rahmenteil (7) verbunden ist.
- Anlage zur Durchführung von Gleisbauarbeiten mit einer Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschine (1) gleisverfahrbare Einrichtungen (35,36,37,38) zum Entfernen von Schienenbefestigungsmitteln und Durchtrennen von Schienen des Gleises (4) in Arbeitsrichtung vorgeordnet sind, während in Arbeitsrichtung hinter der Maschine (1) gleisverfahrbare Einrichtungen (40,45) zum Schienenschweißen sowie Schienenschleifen angeordnet sind.
