Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung zur Schaltung eines Druckwerks (1, 4), wobei dieses mit seinem Plattenzylinder (2, 5) in einer ersten Position an einen Gummizylinder (3) angestellt und in einer zweiten Position von dem Gummizylinder (3) abgestellt ist und in eine dritte Position verbringbar ist, in welcher es vom Antrieb abgekoppelt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich der Plattenzylinder (2) des an- und abschaltbaren Druckwerks (1) um eine Achse (11) dreht, weiche zentrisch im Gehäuse (8) des Druckwerks (1) drehbar gelagert ist, daß die Achse (11) im Bereich ihrer Enden Exzenter (12) aufweist und daß auf den Exzentern (12) Koppeln (13) gelagert sind, welche mit dem Gummizylinder (3) in Verbindung stehen, wobei die drei Positionen des Druckwerks (1) drei verschiedenen Winkelstellungen der Exzenter (12) zugeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Druckwerk (1) an einem Maschinengehäuse (9), in welchem der Gummizylinder (3) gelagert ist, mit einer oberhalb der Koppeln (13) angeordneten schwenkbaren Anlenkung (6) befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exzenter (12) mit der Achse (11) fest verbunden und mittels eines gemeinsamen Antriebs verstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verstellung der Exzenter (12) mittels einer Kniehebelmechanik (14) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antrieb ein Pneumatikzylinder (19) ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antrieb der An- und Abstellung des Plattenzylinders (2) dient und die Abkoppelung des Druckwerks (1) mittels einer Handbetätigung vornehmbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Pneumatikzylinder (10) am Gehäuse (8) des Druckwerks (1) schwenkbar angelenkt, für die An- und Abschaltung arretiert ist und die Arretierung zur Vornahme der Handbetätigung aufgehoben ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exzenter (12) mittels der Handbetätigung zur Abkopplung des Druckwerks (1) über einen Totpunkt hinweg gestellt werden, bis die Kniehebelmechanik (14) gegen einen Anschlag (25) stößt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Handbetätigung nur in einer Position des Plattenzylinders (2) vornehmbar ist, in der dieser gegen Verstellung gesichert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Sicherung des Plattenzylinders (2) in der Position zum Ab- und Ankoppeln des Druckwerks (1) mittels eines in eine Bohrung des Plattenzylinders (2) einschiebbaren Fixierbolzens (26) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckmaschine auf Knopfdruck mittels einer Steuerung in die Position für das Einschieben des Fixierbolzens (26) fährt und erst in dieser Position eine Sicherungsklappe (27) für die Einführung eines Bedienerwerkzeugs (28) öffnet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch das Einführen des Bedienerwerkzeugs (28) das Einschieben des Fixierbolzens (26) und die Aufhebung der Arretierung des Pneumatikzylinders (19) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Arm (29) einer Stellwelle (30) in den Einführweg des Bedienerwerkzeugs (28) ragt und das Bedienerwerkzeug (28) durch das Einführen den Arm (29) wegschiebt, dadurch die Stellwelle (30) dreht und diese über eine Übersetzung (36) den Fixierbolzen (26) einschiebt sowie einen Riegel (24) aus seiner den Pneumatikzylinder (19) arretierenden Position schwenkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch eine Drehbewegung der Achse (11) mittels des Bedienerwerkzeugs (28) die Exzenter (12) über den Totpunkt hinweg und zurück verstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Beendigung einer Verstellung des Druckwerks (1) in eine der Positionen durch Endschalter (31, 35) erfaßt ist und die Druckmaschine der für eine Inbetriebnahme freigegeben ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach Erreichen einer der durch das Bedienerwerkzeug (28) einstellbaren Positionen und der Entfernung des Bedienerwerkzeugs (28) eine Sicherungsklappe (27) die Einführöffnung (32) für das Bedienerwerkzeug (28) wieder verschließt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein an einer schwenkbaren Platte (21), mittels der der Pneumatikzylinder (19) schwenkbar am Maschinengehäuse (9) angelenkt ist, befestigter Sicherungsbolzen (33) bei aufgehobener Arretierung unter den Riegel (24) greift und dadurch die Stellwelle (30) in ihrer Position zur Abkopplung des Druckwerks (1) hält. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß für die Ankopplung des abgekoppelten Druckwerks (1) die Druckmaschine auf Knopfdruck in die Position fährt, in der der Passer der übrigen Druckmaschine mit dem Passer des anzukoppelnden Druckwerks (1) übereinstimmt und dann erst die Sicherungsklappe (27) öffnet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Ankopplung des Druckwerks (1) mittels des eingeführten Bedienerwerkzeugs (28) die Exzenter (12) derart verstellbar sind, daß die Kniehebelmechanik (14) in eine Lage geht, bei der der Pneumatikzylinder (19) unter Freigabe des Riegels (24) durch den Sicherungsbolzen (33) in seine Arretierposition zurückgeschwenkt und gleichzeitig das Druckwerk (1) an den Antrieb angekoppelt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch das Herausziehen des Bedienerwerkzeugs (28) der Arm (29) mit der Stellwelle (30) über eine den Fixierbolzen (26) herausbewegende Feder wieder in den Einführweg des Bedienerwerkzeugs (28) schwenkt und der Riegel (24) sich durch diese Drehung der Stellwelle (30) wieder in seine Arretierposition begibt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Feder (10) das Wegschwenken des Druckwerks (1) unterstützt.
