Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungszuschnitten, insbesondere Zuschnitte (1) für die Anfertigung von Paketverpackungen weichen Typs für Zigaretten, einen oder mehrere Schnitte (14, 15, 16, 16B) umfassend, welches Verfahren auf einer Verpackungsmaschine (3) durchgeführt wird, welche Mittel (33) zur Zuführung eines vorbedruckten Papierbandes (32), das von einer Rolle (31) herrührt, sowie Mittel (76, 77) umfasst, die fähig sind, mindestens einen Schnitt (14, 15, 16, 16B) auf dem genannten Zuschnitt anzubringen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein periodisches Nachlassen der Spannung des Papierbandes (32) bewirkt wird, während welchem das genannte Band zuerst bezüglich einer Markierung (19D) desselben nachgerichtet wird, wonach transversale Schneidmittel (76, 77) aktiviert werden, um den genannten Zuschnitt (1) vom Papierband (32) zu trennen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Nachrichten des Bandes (32) durch eine Veränderung der Geschwindigkeit des Durchlaufs des genannten Bandes erhalten wird.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Verpackungszuschnitten, insbesondere Zuschnitte (1) für die Anfertigung von Paketverpackungen weichen Typs für Zigaretten, einen oder mehrere Schnitte (14, 15, 16, 16B) umfassend, welche genannte Vorrichtung direkt auf der Verpackungsmaschine (3) angeordnet ist, und Mittel (33) zur Zuführung eines vorbedruckten Papierbandes (32), das von einer Rolle (31) herrührt, sowie Mittel (76, 77) umfasst, die fähig sind, mindestens einen Schnitt (14, 15, 16, 16B) auf dem genannten Zuschnitt anzubringen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner Mittel (42, 50, 51, 72, 73, 74, 75), welche ein Nachlassen der Spannung des Papierbandes (32) bewirken, um das genannte Band bezüglich einer Markierung (19D) desselben nachzurichten, sowie Steuermittel (82) vorgesehen sind, die fähig sind, die Einwirkung von Transversalschnittrollen (76, 77) zu steuern, um den genannten Zuschnitt (1) während dem genannten Nachlassen der Spannung vom Papierband (32) zu trennen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während dem Nachlassen der Spannung des Papierbandes die Steuermittel (82) ferner fähig sind, die momentane Geschwindigkeit der Antriebsrollen (80) zu steuern, um so das Nachrichten des Papierbandes bezüglich einer Markierung (19D) desselben zu erlauben.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel (4) zur Anbringung mindestens eines Biegefalzes (10A, 11A, 12A, 13A, 14A, 15A, 16C) umfasst, bestehend aus einer profilierten Rolle (41), die auf eine Abstützrolle (40) gepresst wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel (6) zum Anbringen mindestens einer gerändelten Linie (17, 18, 19) umfasst, bestehend aus einer profilierten Rolle, die auf eine Abstützrolle (60, 61) gepresst wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Anbringen der Biegefalze (4) und/oder der gerändelten Linien nur zum Anbringen von longitudinalen Falzen (10A) bzw. longitudinalen gerändelten Linien (19) auf einem zentralen Bereich der Länge des Zuschnitts (1) vorgesehen sind, wobei das Nichteingreifen der genannten Mittel zum Anbringen der longitudinalen Falze (10A) und/oder der longitudinalen gerändelten Linien (19) das genannte Nachrichten des Papierbandes (32) erlauben.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner Mittel (7) zum Anordnen eines auf eine Fläche des Papierbandes (32), die der inneren Fläche des Paketes entspricht, voreingeleimten Aufreissschnürchens oder -bändchens (19B) vorgesehen sind, welches auf das Papierband durch Pressen zwischen zwei Pressrollen (70, 72) entlang einer gerändelten Linie (19) angebracht wird, wobei die genannte Vorrichtung ferner Mittel (74, 75) umfasst, welche das Schneiden einer Aufreisslasche (19A) an einem Ende der genannten gerändelten Linie (19) erlauben.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der genannten Pressrollen (72) einer der Abstützrollen einer Schneidvorrichtung entspricht.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel (5) zum Anbringen eines alphanumerischen Codes oder eines Strichcodes oder eines Datums (19C) auf einem Bereich der Oberfläche des Zuschnitts (1), wobei die genannten Mittel eine Druckrolle (51), die das Papierband (32) gegen eine Stützrolle (50) pressen, umfassen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnitte und Vorschnitte (14, 15, 16, 16B, 18A, 19A) durch mindestens eine Schneidrolle (73, 75) ausführbar sind, die gegen eine Abstützrolle (72, 74) abgestützt ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiedenen Mittel (4, 5, 6, 7), welche das Anbringen der Biegefalze (10A, 11A, 12A, 13A, 14A, 15A, 16C), eines Codes oder eines Datums (19C), der gerändelten Linien (17, 18, 19) und der Schnitte (14, 15, 16, 18A, 19A) erlauben, mit proportionalen Geschwindigkeiten direkt durch einen mechanischen Antrieb (8) von der Verpackungsmaschine (1) angetrieben sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel für die Transversalschnitte (76, 77), welche ein Trennen der Zuschnitte erlauben, durch eine Synchronisationszelle (81) gesteuert sind.
