Claims (23)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verpackungszuschnitts (31), ausgehend von einem bahnförmigen Material (3) oder von einem Stapel von Zuschnitten, wobei der Verpackungszuschnitt (31) dazu eingerichtet ist, um eine bestimmte Anzahl von Gegenständen oder Packungen (16) herum gefaltet zu werden und so eine Verpackung zu bilden, die als Kartusche bzw. Stange (1) bezeichnet wird, worin die Gegenstände bzw. Packungen gruppiert sind; wobei die Herstellung darin besteht, dass in der Bahn (3), aus welcher der Verpackungszuschnitt (31) herzustellen ist, bzw. bei jedem Zuschnitt (31) eines Stapels von Verpackungszuschnitten (31) eine Linie verminderten Widerstands (20) angebracht wird, die mindestens zum Teil einen Oberflächenbereich (21, 22, 23, 24) umgibt, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, sich über mindestens eine Fläche (10, 11, 12) der Kartusche (1) zu erstrecken und durch Öffnung des genannten Flächenbereichs einen Zugang zu den Objekten bzw. Packungen (16) zu gestatten; und wobei dieses Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:
    - a) Bereitstellung einer Bahn (3) oder mindestens eines Zuschnitts (31) aus einem Stapel von Zuschnitten (31), bestehend aus einem biegsamen Material wie Papier, metallisiertem Papier, aus einem Kunststoff oder einem Verbundmaterial, wobei das biegsame Material Markierungen (19) aufweist, die in regelmässigen, vorbestimmten Abständen angebracht sind;
    - b) Erfassung der Position der aufgedruckten Markierungen (19) mittels einer Sensorzelle (44) auf einer Maschine zur Erzeugung (4) der genannten Verpackung, welche Mittel (30, 40) zur Zufuhr und Mittel (41, 42) zum schrittweisen Vorschub einer Bahn (3) oder eines Zuschnitts (31) aus einem Stapel des Materials des genannten Verpackungszuschnitts (31) enthält; und
    - c) Einwirkung mittels einer Steuereinheit (48) der Erzeugungsmaschine auf ein Mittel (5) zur Trennlinienbildung, nämlich auf die Winkelstellung von Antriebsmitteln (52) einer Trennwalze (50) bzw. von Antriebsmitteln (59b) einer Trennplatte (59a),
    um die Position der Linie verminderten Widerstands (20) längs der Bahn (3) oder des Zuschnitts (31) aus dem Stapel einzustellen und die Trennlinienbildung vorzunehmen, derart, dass nach Bildung einer Verpackung, bezeichnet als Kartusche (1), durch Herumfalten des aus der genannten Bahn (3) oder aus dem genannten Stapel erhaltenen Zuschnittes (31) um eine bestimmte Anzahl von Objekten bzw. Packungen (16), ein Benutzer nach mindestens teilweisem Abziehen des Flächenbereiches (21, 22, 23, 24), der von der Linie verminderten Widerstands (20) umgeben ist, unmittelbar ein Objekt bzw. eine Packung (16) entnehmen kann und die Verpackung (1) in einem Stück verbleibt, und,
    - d) wenn es sich um eine Bahn handelt, das Ausstanzen der Zuschnitte.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herstellung mit Hilfe eines Mittels zur Bildung einer Trennlinie (50) ausgeführt wird, welches aus einer Trennwalze (50) besteht, die gegen die Materialbahn (3) gepresst wird, die den genannten Zuschnitt bildet, wenn die genannte Bahn in Längsrichtung bewegt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herstellung mit Hilfe eines Mittels zur Bildung einer Trennlinie (50) vorgenommen wird, welches aus einer Trennplatte (59a) besteht, die gegen die Materialbahn (3) gepresst wird, welche den genannten Zuschnitt bildet, wenn die genannte Bahn angehalten ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herstellung ein Perforiervorgang ist, wobei die genannten Trennstellen die Materialbahn (3) vollständig durchdringen.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herstellung darin besteht, dass nur ein Teil der Dicke der Materialbahn (3) aufgeschnitten wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zusätzlich das Bedrucken mit einem Piktogramm (26) und/oder einem Warenzeichen und/oder einer beliebigen Markierung und/oder dem Verlauf mindestens eines Teiles der Linie mit vermindertem Widerstand (20) umfasst.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als zusätzlichen Schritt das Aufbringen eines zuvor bedruckten selbstklebenden Etiketts umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Linie verminderten Widerstands (20), welche mindestens teilweise einen Flächenbereich (21, 22, 23, 24) auf mindestens einer Oberfläche (10, 11, 12) eines Verpackungszuschnitts (31) umgibt, welcher aus einem bahnförmigen Material (3) oder aus einem Stapel von Zuschnitten erhalten wurde, und wobei der Verpackungszuschnitt (31) dazu bestimmt ist, um eine bestimmte Anzahl von Objekten oder Packungen (16) unter Bildung einer als Kartusche (1) bezeichneten Verpackung gefaltet zu werden, in der die Objekte oder Packungen zusammengefasst sind, wobei die Herstellung darin besteht, dass in der Bahn (3), aus welcher der Verpackungszuschnitt (31) herzustellen ist, bzw. bei jedem Zuschnitt (31) eines Stapels von Verpackungszuschnitten (31) eine Linie verminderten Widerstands (20) angebracht wird, wobei die Öffnung des genannten Flächenbereichs einem Benutzer ermöglicht, ein Objekt oder eine Packung (16) unmittelbar zu entnehmen und die Verpackung (1) intakt zu halten; und wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie aufweist:
    ein Mittel (5) zur Trennlinienbildung, welches diskontinuierlich einen Druck auf eine Bahn (3) des Materials, welches den genannten Verpackungszuschnitt (31) bildet, oder auf jeden Zuschnitt (31) eines Stapels von Verpackungszuschnitten ausübt, und welches mit einer Vorschubwalze (41) zusammenwirkt, die einen diskontinuierlichen Längsvorschub der genannten Bahn (3) oder eines Zuschnittes (31) des Stapels von Zuschnitten (31) ausübt, sowie Steuermittel (44, 48) zur schrittweisen Steuerung des genannten Längsvorschubs bzw. eines Anhaltens der Bahn (3) oder des Zuschnittes (31) des Stapels von Zuschnitten (31) und der Einwirkung der Mittel (5) zur Trennlinienbildung,
    Mittel (44) zur Erfassung des Durchgangs einer Markierung (19), die auf der genannten Bahn (3) oder auf jedem Zuschnitt (31) des Stapels von Zuschnitten (31) aufgedruckt ist, wobei diese Mittel zur Erfassung ein Signal an eine Steuereinheit (48) senden und die genannte Steuereinheit daraufhin die motorischen Antriebsmittel (43, 52, 59b) der genannten Vorschubwalze (41) und der genannten Mittel (5) zur Trennlinienbildung diskontinuierlich steuert,
    und, im Falle einer Bahn, Mittel zum Trennen der Bahn zwecks Bildung der Zuschnitte.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Trennlinienbildung (5) insbesondere aus einer rotierenden Trennwalze (50) besteht, und dass die Herstellung einer Trennlinie durch die Tätigkeit dieser Walze in der Bahn (3) gesteuert wird, wenn die genannte Bahn (3) in Bewegung ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Herstellung einer Trennlinie (5) insbesondere aus einer Trennplatte (59a) besteht, die dazu eingerichtet ist, diskontinuierlich einen Druck auf die genannte Bahn (3) auszuüben, und dass die Einwirkung der genannten Trennplatte (59a) auf die Bahn (3) gesteuert wird, wenn die Bahn (3) angehalten ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Trennlinienbildung (5) eine äussere Anlagefläche (53) aufweisen, welche mit einer scharfen Kante (54) versehen ist, die abwechselnd Schneidbereiche und nicht schneidende Bereiche besitzt und dazu ausgebildet ist, eine Linie mit vermindertem Widerstand (20) auf dem Verpackungszuschnitt (31) anzubringen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Trennlinienbildung (5) einen Träger aufweisen, auf welchem Schneidklingen (57, 58) angebracht sind, die jeweils eine Schneidkante (57) aufweisen, welche abwechselnd schneidende und nicht schneidende Bereiche aufweist, wobei die genannten Kanten der Klingen dazu eingerichtet sind, eine Linie mit vermindertem Widerstand (20) auf dem Verpackungszuschnitt (31) anzubringen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidklingen (57, 58) demontierbar sind.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsfläche der genannten Vorschubwalze (41) einen zylindrischen Bereich (41 b) und einen ebenen Bereich (41 a) aufweist und die genannte Walze dazu eingerichtet ist, die Bahn (3) in Längsrichtung vorzuschieben, wenn sie in Berührung mit dem zylindrischen Bereich (41 b) steht, und die Bahn in Längsrichtung nicht vorzuschieben, wenn sich der ebene Bereich (41 a) gegenüber der Bahn befindet.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich Mittel zum Bedrucken (6, 60) mit einem Piktogramm (26) und/oder dem Verlauf der Linie mit vermindertem Widerstand (20) und/oder einem Warenzeichen oder einer beliebigen anderen Information aufweist, wobei die genannten Mittel zum Bedrucken diskontinuierlich von der genannten Steuereinheit (48) gesteuert werden.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich Mittel (6) aufweist, um ein bedrucktes selbstklebendes Etikett aufzubringen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im Eingangsbereich einer Maschine zur Herstellung von Verpackungen angeordnet ist.
  18. Quaderförmige Verpackung (1), die mehrere Gegenstände (16) enthält und sechs Flächen, davon zwei Endflächen (14, 15), aufweist,
    wobei diese Verpackung weiterhin mit einem Öffnungsmittel (2) versehen ist, welches einen leichten Zugang zu einem der in der Verpackung enthaltenen Gegenstände (16) gestattet, wobei das genannte Öffnungsmittel aus einem Flächenbereich (21, 22, 23, 24) besteht, welcher teilweise oder vollständig von einer Linie mit vermindertem Widerstand (20) umgeben ist und sich auf mindestens einer Fläche (10, 11, 12) der genannten Verpackung befindet,
    wobei die Lage der Linie mit vermindertem Widerstand (20) auf dem Verpackungszuschnitt (31) derart ausgerichtet ist, dass nach dem Falten dieses Verpackungszuschnitts (31) um eine bestimmte Anzahl von Gegenständen oder Packungen (16) zur Bildung der als Kartusche bezeichneten Verpackung (1) und nach mindestens teilweiser Entfernung des von der Linie mit vermindertem Widerstand (20) umgebenen Flächenbereichs (21, 22, 23, 24),
    ein Benutzer unmittelbar einen Gegenstand oder eine Packung (16) entnehmen kann und die Verpackung (1) in einem Stück verbleibt, wobei die beiden Endflächen (14, 15) der Verpackung nach ihrer Öffnung erhalten bleiben,
    und wobei die Verpackung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie, ausgehend von einem Verpackungszuschnitt (31) hergestellt ist, welcher aus einer einzigen Schicht eines biegsamen Materials wie Papier, metallisiertem Papier, Kunststoff oder einem Verbundmaterial besteht.
  19. Verpackung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit einer Trennlinie abgegrenzte Oberflächenbereich (21, 22, 23, 24) eine geschlossene Fläche darstellt.
  20. Verpackung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch eine Trennlinie abgetrennte Oberflächenbereich (21, 22, 23, 24) eine nicht geschlossene Oberfläche darstellt.
  21. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 19 und 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Öffnen (2) Mittel (25, 20a, 26) aufweisen, welche die Öffnung der Verpackung einleiten.
  22. Verpackung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Einleiten der Öffnung aus einer perforierten Lasche (25) bestehen, die sich an die Linie mit vermindertem Widerstand (20) anschliesst.
  23. Verpackung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Einleiten der Öffnung mindestens ein Piktogramm (26) sind, welches auf der genannten Verpackung oder auf einem selbstklebenden Etikett aufgedruckt ist, das an der genannten Verpackung angebracht ist.
