Definitions
- the invention relates to a building facade with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- DE 38 12 223 C2 describes a facade with a supporting structure made of hollow aluminum profiles known, in which a steel profile is used for stiffening.
- This steel profile is mainly used for stability in the event of a fire to maintain the facade construction.
- a pure aluminum profile shows namely a relatively low melting point. If the Aluminum stability, the steel profile maintains the required overall stability, according to the relevant fire protection regulations for such components, in particular DIN 4102, part 13, is provided.
- This profile system has disadvantages in terms of processing and heat behavior, since it differs Materials are used for the profiles.
- DE 42 24 923 discloses a component in the manner of a support profile, that only from a hollow profile with all-round fire protection insulation consists. To protect the fire protection insulation against external influences A visibly screwed steel sheet cover is necessary. This has one negative influence on the visual appearance of the facade. That from the DE 37 39 741 A1 known support profile of a glass roof also has only a fire-protected steel profile.
- the invention has for its object to provide a facade in which the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided and the relevant Fire protection regulations are met.
- the facade forms a stable structural unit, however is easy to manufacture. If only aluminum is used for the profiles Simplifications in storage, manufacture and processing possible. Different processing tools depending on the material, such as the stand technology, are then not necessary.
- a mineral is preferred as the material for the fire protection layer Material e.g. based on silicate.
- a fire protection material is for example under the trademark "Promatect-H” of the company Promat GmbH, Scheifenkamp 16, D-40880 Ratingen.
- the metal profiles of the structure of the facade consist exclusively of light metal, especially aluminum.
- the support profile 1 is a hollow profile of square or rectangular Cross-sectional shape. It surrounds an inner chamber 2, all around the profile cross section is completely enclosed. In special cases, however, it can it may also be possible that the gap is interrupted. That is the purpose of the invention fundamentally not contrary, although the hermetic all around Locking the inner chamber 2 is advantageous for protection purposes.
- the inner chamber 2 of the support profile 1 for receiving an inserted also made of aluminum support profile 3 suitable which is square in Fig. 1 and rectangular in Fig. 2 Has cross section. This is also useful for reasons of stability
- Support profile 3 is a hollow profile, for which the cross-sectional shape of the above Supporting profile 1 notes apply analogously.
- the support profile 1 with an inserted support profile 3 can be a post or a transom profile Form facade.
- the mullion and transom profiles form at the intended Connection of the supporting structure of the building facade. They delimit frame fields between themselves, which are wall elements, are filled in by fire protection panes 4 in particular.
- the Disks 4 lie with the edge areas 5 of their inner surfaces 6 on the the outer side 8 of the supporting profile 1 facing the weather side 7 of the facade on.
- the system takes place with the interposition of sealing profiles 9 made of rubber-elastic Material.
- the sealing profiles 9 are fixed in longitudinal grooves 10, which from the Outer flanks 8 of the support profiles 1 project in the direction of the weather side 7. They extend in the longitudinal direction of the support profiles 1, i.e. perpendicular to Drawing plane of Fig. 1st
- the edge regions 5 of the disks 4 are on the outer surface 11 of the Weather side 7 ago applied by pressure profiles 12.
- the pressure profiles 12 are also aluminum profiles. They act on the edge areas 5 of the panes 4 by means of sealing profiles 13 also made of rubber-elastic material.
- the Sealing profiles 13 lie in longitudinal grooves 14 of the pressure profiles 12, which are analogous to the Longitudinal grooves 10 of the support profiles 1 are effective.
- the fixation of the washers 4 the supporting structure is thus done by clamping between the Pressure profiles 12 and the support profiles 1, for this purpose by the Weather side 7 tightened clamping screws 15 clamped together are.
- the clamping screws 15 are preferably self-tapping self-tapping screws, which are screwed in before screwing in Drill the screw hole yourself. When screwing in the clamping screws 15 built-up clamping pressure is by the between pressure profile 12 and Support profile 1 on the one hand and the edge areas 5 of the disks 4 on the other cushioned or buffered sealing profiles 9,13.
- the support profiles 3 consist in particular of light metal or aluminum, namely from the same material as the support profile 1 and the pressure profile 12.
- This fixation can be done in a particularly simple manner by screwing from the outer flank 8 of the support profile 1 ago.
- This screw connection is in the figures identified by the screw axes 18.
- the support profile 3 lies with its facing the weather side 7 Outer flank 16 directly on the inside of the outer wall 17 of the Support profile 1.
- the screw connection itself can be the longitudinal grooves 11 flanking outer area of the support profile 1 ago in terms of manufacturing technology can be easily accomplished.
- the outside of those used for fixation Outside flank 16 of the flanks of the support profile 3, namely both of them Side flanks 19, 20 and their inner flank facing the building side 21 22 are covered by fire insulation 23.
- the fire protection insulation 23 largely fills the space between the side flanks 19, 20 of the support profile 3 and the opposite inner sides 24 of the support profile 1.
- the fire insulation 23 are by plate-shaped cover elements educated. In the case of insulation of the support body 3, they can be made in one piece, essentially U-shaped protective body with the side flanks 19.20 of the support body 3 covering U-legs combined his.
- the support profiles 1 and the pressure profiles are approximately in the plane of the disks 4 12 by insulating webs 25 made of a plastic with low thermal conductivity from one another distant.
- the insulation webs 25 are from the clamping screws 15 enforced. They serve to prevent immediate heat transfer from the metallic support profiles 1 to the also metallic and thus inherently well heat-resistant pressure profiles 12. They are in cross-section H-shaped.
- the H-legs are used for plug fixing or centering on the profile webs 26, 27, which are made in one piece from the support profile 1 and on the other hand from the pressure profile 12 towards each other in the Gap 28 between these profiles or between the panes 4th stand in.
- the H-legs of the insulating webs 25 are on both sides of their Outside also by fire protection insulation in the form of a plate Insulating elements 29 covered.
- the outer sides 30 of the pressure profiles 12 are also provided with fire protection insulation 23 occupied. It also provides heat shielding of the support profile 1 from the weather side 7 ago.
- the pressure profile 12 is facing the weather side 7 Outside including the fire insulation 23 from one metallic cover profile 31 covered, which is also made of aluminum consists.
- the pressure profile 12 is penetrated by the clamping screw 15, the screw head 32 applied fire protection insulation 23 from the outside.
- the fire protection insulation 23 is of limited embodiment of FIG Width, while in the case of the embodiment of FIG. 2 the entire Gap between those protruding towards weather side 7 Fills profile legs 33 and thus increased fire protection forms outwards.
- test guidelines and test requirements for fire protection levels of such structures demand fire over certain Periods the full preservation of the dimensional stability of the supporting structure.
- the support profile 3 extends substantially over the entire perpendicular to Drawing plane of Fig. 1 extending effective length of the support profile 1st
