Claims (10)
- Elektrischer Tastschalter (1), mit einem in einer Rahmenkonstruktion federnd gelagerten Tast-Schaltelement, das auf Schaltkontakte einwirkt, die auf einer Schaltplatine (5) angeordnet sind, wobei das Tast-Schaltelement als Wippe (12) ausgebildet ist und unterhalb von zwei gegenüberliegenden Wippenenden zwischen der Wippe (12) und der Schaltplatine (5) jeweils ein Druckfederelement (6,7) angeordnet ist, und wobei an der Wippe (12) vom jeweiligen Wippenende gesehen im Bereich jedes Federelementes (6, 7) eine außenliegende, senkrecht zur Wippenlängsachse (X-X) verlaufende, durch zwei angeformte Lageransätze (16) gebildete Schwenkachse (14,15) vorgesehen ist und die Lageransätze (16) jeweils in der Rahmenkonstruktion in von der Schaltplatine (5) wegweisender Richtung nach oben abgestützt sowie in Richtung der Schaltplatine (5) nach unten verschiebbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenkonstruktion aus einem Tragrahmen (2) und einem mit diesem verbindbaren Blendrahmen (22) besteht, und zwischen diesen die Wippe (12) gelagert und durch den Blendrahmen (22) nach oben abgestützt ist, wobei die Lageransätze (16) in senkrecht zur Schaltplatine (5) verlaufenden Führungsschlitzen (17) verschiebbar geführt sind. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschlitze (17) Bestandteil eines zwischen dem Blendrahmen (22) und dem Tragrahmen (2) angeordneten Lagerrahmens (8) sind. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschlitze (17) nach oben randoffen ausgebildet sind und durch den Blendrahmen (22) derart abgedeckt werden, daß der Blendrahmen (22) als oberer Anschlag für die die Schwenkachsen (14,15) bildenden Lageransätze (16) dient. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschlitze (17) und die darin sitzenden Lageransätze (16) auf beiden Seiten der Wippe (12) mit unterschiedlicher Breite ausgebildet sind. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittig zwischen den Druckfederelementen (6, 7) ein Lagerelement zwischen der Wippe (12) und der Schaltplatine (5) mit einem bestimmten Abstand zur Wippe (12) angeordnet ist. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerelement von einem mittigen, eine über die Wippenbreite verlaufende oder aus mindestens zwei getrennten Abschnitten bestehende Lagerkante (19) aufweisenden Lagersteg (18) gebildet ist, wobei sich vorzugsweise ausgehend von dem Lagersteg (18) in Richtung der beiden Druckfederelemente (6,7) jeweils eine Stegfläche (20) unter geringer Neigung zu einer Grundplatte (3) erstreckt. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerelement bzw. der Lagersteg (18) an dem Lagerrahmen (8) ausgebildet ist und die Schaltplatine (5) vorzugsweise von dem Lagerrahmen (8) umfaßt wird. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfederelemente als gleichzeitig als Schaltkontakte wirkende Gummi-Schaltelemente (6,7) ausgebildet und mit der Schaltplatine (5) verbunden sind. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Schaltplatine (5) mittig unterhalb der Lagerelemente bzw. Lagerstege (18) Anlagekörper (27) ausgebildet sind. - Elektrischer Tastschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Wippen (12), eine Tastschalterkombination (1) bildend, parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
