Abstract

The invention relates to an interchangeable, tiltable, stackable transport container (1) for differently flowable and/or pourable materials, such as rubble, refuse and the like. A flap (18) and/or door closes one end face (13) of the transport container (1) and is attached so as to be pivotable and to rest flush against the bottom (6) of the transport container (1). The purpose of the invention is to design the transport container (1) in such a way that effective disposal of a waste component is always possible using said container in each case and different waste components can be received separately yet transported together. For this purpose, a flap (4) is also provided on the opposite, second end face (3), which flap can only be opened into the interior (2) of the transport container (1). Provided on the outer surface of the bottom (6) of the transport container (1) are standing rails (7), between which a tilting bearing (19) is provided at the ends of said rails in the region of the first end face (3). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a transport container according to the preamble of claim 1.

Transport containers or containers that are designed as trough containers and comply with the provisions of DIN 30 720 are used for disposal in urban and rural settlement and new construction areas. These transport containers differ essentially in the different receiving systems with which they are in engagement with a transport vehicle.

The most varied types of waste can be mixed in such a transport container.

However, the amendment to the Waste Ordinance requires avoiding waste mixtures, collecting waste components separately and, if possible, recycling them.

The recycling companies have tackled this problem using sorting systems. Here, with a relatively high level of technical and manual effort, it is separated what was mixed before when the containers were filled.

To avoid this complex procedure, several transport containers can be set up at the waste generator. However, the use of several transport containers extends their service life considerably. The required footprint for several transport containers is not always available.

The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a generic transport container by means of which the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided or different waste components can be picked up separately and yet transported together by means of identical transport containers.

This object is achieved by the technical teaching of claim 1.

Advantageous further developments of the trans container according to the invention emerge from patent claims 2 to 7.

When disposing of construction sites, e.g. after the renovation work on the most diverse types of waste. The largest fraction in terms of quantity usually forms the interrupted inert material. Other fractions are e.g. made of wood and scrap as well as the packaging material of the new building materials used. These fractions can be placed on site in individual containers, e.g. So-called mini containers are filled, for which the required stand space is usually available and through which the downtimes are reduced. Such mini containers are usually transported individually in small trucks with a permissible total weight of up to 5 t, which makes the transport costs relatively high. The transport container according to the invention, which creates a remedy here by its suitable coupling with a mini container, corresponding mini container. The containers and the container receiving system on the transport vehicle are designed in such a way that the containers filled with one of the different fractions can, after coupling with an appropriate container, be transported in an effective manner to a recycling plant with only a single trip.

The containers are emptied by tipping the individual containers. Containers filled with the same fraction can be emptied in a tipping process when coupled. When coupled, the containers can also be tipped one after the other starting from behind.

Fig. 2
a side view of two coupled transport containers partially cut open.

As illustrated in particular in FIG. 1, the transport container 1 has on its first end face 3 a flap 4 which closes the interior 2 of the transport container 1 on this end side and which is then pivotably attached to the bottom 6 of the transport container 1. Instead of this swinging flap 18, which can serve as a ramp or as a bulk extension, a pair of double doors or a double door is provided in alternative embodiments. On the opposite second end face 13 there is also a flap 18 which can only be opened into the interior 2 of the transport container 1.

On the outer surface 5 of the bottom 6 of the transport container 1 there are standing rails 7 running perpendicular to the end faces 3, 13 at a distance from one another, between which a tilting bearing 19 is provided at their ends 8 in the area of the first end face 3. A cable receptacle 21 is provided at the ends 20 of the standing rails 7 in the region of the second end face 13 of the transport container 1.

In the region of the abutting edges 15 of the end faces 3 and 13 and the side surfaces 10 of the transport container 1 there are coupling elements 16 and 17, respectively, by means of which, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the transport container 1 suitably coupled with an identical transport container and can then be transported together with it. The transport container 1 can advantageously be equipped with one or more lids 14, so that when the rear transport container 1 is tilted, no cargo can fall over the flap from the transport container lying in front of it.

A receiving pin 11 is provided in the middle of the upper edge 9 of each side surface 10 of the transport container 1 and can be brought into engagement with a silo holder of a BTE skip loader. On the side surfaces 10 of the transport container there is one of a pair of further receiving pins 12 in the vicinity of the end faces 3 and 13, which can be brought into engagement with a set-down container vehicle.
