Description

The invention relates to a transport container according to the preamble of claim 1.

Transport containers or containers that are designed as trough containers and comply with the provisions of DIN 30 720 are used for disposal in urban and rural settlement and new construction areas. These transport containers differ essentially in the different receiving systems with which they are in engagement with a transport vehicle.

In such a transport container, the interior of which can be covered by a lid, the most varied types of waste can be mixed up.

Der Abschottschieber ist in verschiedenen Abschottstellungen mit steckbolzen festsetz bar (DE-U-8 910 006).Also known is a garbage container with a variable chamber system for differentiated garbage / refuse removal, in which a scraper slide on fixed, horizontal guide rails is provided freely displaceably in the interior. The scraper gate can be fixed in different partition positions with a pin (DE-U-8 910 006).

However, the amendment to the Waste Ordinance requires avoiding waste mixtures, collecting waste components separately and, if possible, recycling them.

The recycling companies have tackled this problem using sorting systems. Here, with a relatively high level of technical and manual effort, it is separated what was mixed before when the containers were filled.

To avoid this complex procedure, several transport containers can be set up at the waste generator. However, the use of several transport containers extends their service life considerably. The required footprint for several transport containers is not always available.

The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a generic transport container by which or in which the disadvantages mentioned can be avoided or different waste components can be taken up separately and yet transported together, with the stackability of several of the exchangeable, tiltable transport containers.

This object is achieved by the technical teaching of claim 1.

Advantageous further developments of the transport container according to the invention emerge from the protective claims 2 to 7.

When disposing of construction sites, e.g. after the renovation work on the most diverse types of waste. The largest fraction in terms of quantity usually forms the interrupted inert material. Other fractions are e.g. made of wood and scrap as well as the packaging material of the new building materials used. These individual fractions can be filled into the individual chambers of the transport containers according to the invention separately at the construction site without additional effort. The full transport containers with the different types of waste are then transported to a recycling plant in just one trip. When each transport container is emptied, the individual chambers are tilted, the contents of the front chamber of the transport container which has been opened first sliding out of it, while the contents in the downstream chambers are initially retained in the transport container by the separating flaps which are still in their closed position.

The invention will now be described in detail with reference to various embodiments of the transport container in the form of a roll-off container by way of example with reference to the drawings. In these are:
Fig. 1
2 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of the transport container, with the cover removed,

From Fig. 1, a first embodiment of the transport container 1 is shown schematically with the cover removed, which on its right-hand end in FIG. 1 has a pair of hinged doors 16 which closes the transport container 1 and which is then pivotally attached to the bottom 12 of the transport container 1. Instead of the pair of wing doors 16, a wing door and / or a swinging flap can also be provided, which can serve as a ramp and as a bulk extension.

Approximately in the middle of the transport container 1, a flap 4 dividing the interior 2 of the transport container 1 into two chambers 3 is provided as a separating device, which can be closed separately and by means of a pivot mechanism 11 mounted on the side walls 7 of the transport container 1 from and into the closed position is pivotable. The individual components of the waste material can be received separately in the chambers 3 and can be transported together with the transport container 1.

Die Klappe 4 ist hier zur Variierung der Volumina der Kammern 3 in zur stirnseitigen Abschlußklappe 5 des Transportbehälters 1 senkrecht verlaufenden Achsrichtung verschiebbar.2 shows another embodiment of the transport container 1 with the cover removed with respect to the mounting of the flap 4 separating the chambers 3. Here are on the inside 6 of the side walls 7 of the transport container 1 axially parallel rails 8 are attached, which are designed as square profiles with a longitudinal slot 17 on their lower surface 9, in each of which a carriage 10 is slidably supported. On this carriage 10, one is provided on each side of the flap 4 Swivel mechanism attached. The flap 4 can be displaced here in order to vary the volumes of the chambers 3 in an axial direction perpendicular to the front end flap 5 of the transport container 1.

The carriages 10 run in the square profiles attached to the upper edge 18 of the inside 6 of the side walls 7 of the transport container 1 and can be locked at several predetermined points. For this purpose, flap locking elements are provided on the bottom 12 of the transport container 1 at corresponding locations. Since the slot 17 of the square profile is formed on its lower surface 9, there is no risk of contamination of the square profile.

Somit ist ein gefahrloser Transport mit einem gestapelten Transportbehälter möglich.3 shows a further embodiment of the transport container 1, in which the cover 13 covering the chambers 3 is shown, which lies on its opposite longitudinal sides 19 in each case on an additional profile 20, which is on the outside of the running rail 8 at the upper edge 18 of the transport container 1 is provided. The cover 13 itself is equipped with receiving elements 15 in the form of longitudinal rails on its outer surface 14, which serve as roller guides for a further transport container to be stacked on the transport container 1. The cover 13 is equipped at the end of the roller track with a lock, as is usual on a roll-off trailer. On the end flap (not shown in FIG. 3) of the opposite end face 21 of the transport container 1, front carriers 22 are pulled upwards so far that a further transport container placed on top of the transport container 1 is securely held by them. This enables safe transport with a stacked transport container.
