Claims (15)

  1. Lifting and tipping device for rubbish collection vehicles for the purpose of picking up and emptying at least one rubbish container into the rubbish collection vehicle containing structural parts for capturing, lifting and tipping at least one rubbish container, further containing a hydraulic unit for moving at least some of these structural parts relative to one another, wherein at least some of the structural parts (2, 4, 6, 10, 12, 16, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 12-1, 12-2, 16-1, 16-2, 20-1, 20-2) are formed seamlessly in one piece from a material which is lighter than iron, characterised in that at least one pivot arm (2, 4) is provided for tipping the at least single rubbish container and that the at least single pivot arm (2, 4) and a pivot shaft (10) connected thereto in a manner fixed to rotation are together a structural part of said type formed seamlessly in one piece with a lower weight than iron.
  2. Lifting and tipping device according to claim 1, characterised in that the material is a material drawn from the following group of materials: aluminium, aluminium alloy, plastic, plastic composite material, carbon fibres, carbon fibre composite material, fibre-reinforced plastic material, and in particular carbon-fibre reinforced plastic material.
  3. Lifting and tipping device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the at least single pivot arm (2, 4) is mounted pivotably on a base member (6) fastenable to the rubbish vehicle.
  4. Lifting and tipping device according to claim 3, characterised in that the base member (6) is a part of said type formed seamlessly in one piece with a lower weight than iron.
  5. Lifting and tipping device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that a lifting platform (12; 12-1, 12-2) arranged to be movable vertically by hydraulic means is provided in order to bring container pick-up means (16, 26, 28; 16-1, 16-2, 26, 28) provided on the lifting platform (12; 12-1, 12-2) securely into engagement from underneath upwards with a holding device provided on the rubbish containers.
  6. Lifting and tipping device according to claim 5, characterised in that the lifting platform (12; 12-1, 12-2) is a part of said type formed seamlessly in one piece with a lower weight than iron.
  7. Lifting and tipping device according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the container pick-up means (16, 26, 28) is a part of said type formed seamlessly in one piece with a lower weight than iron.
  8. Lifting and tipping device according to any of claims 5 to 7, characterised in that the container pick-up means (16) has a comb-shaped body composed of a material having a weight lower than iron.
  9. Lifting and tipping device according to any of claims 5 to 8, characterised in that the container pick-up means (26, 28) possesses carrying arms which at one end thereof are connected rigidly or pivotably to the lifting platform (12) and at the other end thereof are constructed as a pick-up piece for picking up the holding device of rubbish containers and that each carrying arm is a part of said type formed seamlessly in one piece from a material with a lower weight than iron.
  10. Lifting and tipping device according to any of claims 5 to 9, characterised in that the lifting platform (12) with the at least single pivot arm (2, 4) is connected to a point remote from the pivot axis (8) thereof and is arranged to be vertically movable relative to said pivot arm (2, 4).
  11. Lifting and tipping device according to any of claims 5 to 9, characterised in that the lifting platform (12-1, 12-2) is connected in articulated manner via at least one articulated arm (36) to the pivot arm (2, 4) and that the articulated arm (36) is pivotable about a articulated pivot axis (38) relative to the pivot arm (2, 4) by the hydraulic unit.
  12. Lifting and tipping device according to claim 11, characterised in that the at least single articulated arm (36) is a part of said type formed seamlessly in one piece from a material with a lower weight than iron.
  13. Lifting and tipping device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that a container support member (22, 24) is provided against which the rubbish container can be supported during the tipping movement and that this container support member (22, 24) is a part of said type formed seamlessly in one piece from a material with a lower weight than iron.
  14. Lifting and tipping device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the material has a lower specific weight than iron.
  15. Lifting and tipping device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the part formed seamlessly in one piece is an injection-moulded article.
