Claims (5)

  1. Appareil de transfert pour saisir et pour déposer un sac rempli à partir d'une position suspendue sur un manchon de remplissage S sur un dispositif de transport, et pour l'amener dans un appareil de fermeture de sacs, comprenant un agencement de serrage (100) qui comporte deux bras (2) approximativement verticaux et articulés en bas, sur lesquels sont fixées respectivement des barrettes de serrage horizontales (5), les bras (2) pouvant être déplacés, afin de serrer le col du sac au moyen des barrettes de serrage (5) au-dessous de pinces de sac sur le manchon de remplissage, au moyen de leurs extrémités libres dans le sens d'une fermeture des barrettes de serrage, et les bras (2) pouvant recevoir entre eux le dispositif de transport qui se déplace eu direction de la bordure de l'ouverture d'un sac, et comprenant une unité d'entraînement linéaire (200) pour déplacer l'agencement de serrage (100) dans la direction de déplacement du dispositif de transport,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de levage (300) pour l'agencement de serrage (100), afin de poser sur le dispositif de transport le sac serré entre les barrettes de serrage, les organes d'actionnement pour l'agencement de serrage (100), l'unité d'entraînement (200), et l'unité de levage (300) étant agencés sous le dispositif de transport, qui est réalisé sous la forme d'une bande de transport F.
  2. Appareil de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras (2) comportent chacun des pièces de tête (4) fixées de manière articulée à leurs extrémités libres, sur lesquelles sont posées les barrettes de serrage (5), et en ce que les pièces de tête (4) sont guidées sensiblement horizontalement lors du basculement des bras au moyen de leviers d'articulation (6) agencés parallèlement aux bras (2).
  3. Appareil de transfert selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les bras (2) sont des leviers à deux bras, et en ce qu'il est prévu un cylindre de positionnement unique (27) qui agit sur les extrémités inférieures desdits bras, lesdites extrémités inférieures étant reliées au moyen d'un accouplement (30).
  4. Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de levage (300) comprend une plaque inférieure (14), une plaque supérieure (13), et entre lesdites plaques des leviers doubles à ciseaux (33, 34), qui sont montés à l'une de leurs extrémités dans l'une des plaques et qui s'appuient sur l'autre plaque respective par-des galets (35, 36) fixés à leurs autres extrémités, et en ce qu'il est prévu un cylindre de levage (19) qui agit perpendiculairement entre les plaques.
  5. Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (200) comprend deux rails horizontaux (10) installés fixement sur la plaque supérieure (13), et en ce qu'il est prévu une monture (1) pour les bras (2), agencée sur lesdits rails et susceptible de se déplacer en direction longitudinale de la bande de transport F.
