Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de serrage pour une couche de fils plane (FS), comprenant un rail de serrage (1) s'étendant perpendiculairement aux fils de la couche de fils, caractérisé en ce que le rail de serrage est fixe et comprend un organe de serrage qui est mobile par rapport à celui-ci et est formé par une pluralité de pièces de serrage (3) juxtaposées pour le serrage de la couche de fils contre le rail de serrage (1), les pièces de serrage étant réalisées sous forme d'étriers ou d'ailes et déplaçables par pivotement entre une position de serrage et une position d'immersion dans laquelle elles sont orientées parallèlement aux fils de la couche de fils et sont disposés dans le rail de serrage pour une intervention unilatérale dans la couche de fils, et que le dispositif de serrage s'étend, dans la position de serrage dans laquelle la couche de fils de chaîne est serrée, sur les deux côtés de la couche de fils de chaîne (FS).
  2. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs pièces de serrage (3) sont disposées les unes à côté des autres sur le rail de serrage (1), transversalement sur la couche de fils, qui pénètrent sur un côté de la couche de fils dans celle-ci et forment, dans la position de serrage, un organe de serrage continu, s'étendant transversalement sur la couche de fils, sur l'autre côté de la couche de fils, et que les pièces de serrage (3) sont supportées sur le rail de serrage (1) de façon rotative et orientable perpendiculairement et parallèlement aux fils de la couche de fils.
  3. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de serrage (3) présentent une forme oblongue et sont orientées dans leur position d'immersion ou de pénétration parallèlement et dans leur position de serrage perpendiculairement aux fils formant la couche de fils (FS).
  4. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de serrage (3) sont formées par des ailes en forme de lamelles ou des ailes pointues dans la direction d'immersion, et que chaque pièce de serrage est portée par un boulon (2) à course ou levée réglable par rapport au rail de serrage (1) et susceptible de pivoter autour de son axe.
  5. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des pièces de serrage (3) est à sa base portée par les boulons (2) plus importante que la division ou l'écartement des boulons de façon que, dans la position de serrage, soit formée entre des pièces de serrage voisines une zone de chevauchement.
  6. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de serrage (3) comprennent un gradin (A) dans la région de la zone de chevauchement précitée.
  7. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les boulons (2) des éléments de serrage (Kl-Kn) sont supportés aux rails de serrage (1) et sont portés par un organe porteur (5) commun et susceptible d'être entraîné dans la direction de la course des éléments de serrage.
  8. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de support (5) comprend une première crémaillère (13) agissant comme support pour les éléments de serrage (K1-Kn) et étant déplaçable dans la direction de course précitée et une seconde crémaillère (14) prévue pour le déplacement de la première crémaillère et déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale du rail de serrage (1), les crémaillères étant en prise mutuellement par leur denture.
  9. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième crémaillère (14) est raccordée à un moyen d'entraînement (15) pour le déplacement dans la direction précitée.
  10. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque boulon est pourvu d'un bras de réglage ou de déplacement (11) pour le pivotement autour de son axe, et en ce qu'aux bras de réglage est associé un organe d'actionnement (10) en forme de tige ou de coulisseau.
  11. Utilisation du dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, pour le serrage d'une couche de fils de chaîne, caractérisée par les mesures suivantes :
    a. Positionnement du dispositif de serrage sur un côté au-dessus ou en dessous de la couche de fils;
    b. Déplacement du dispositif de serrage avec les éléments de serrage (K1-Kn) de l'organe de serrage dans la position d'immersion ou d'introduction vers la couche de fils (FS) jusqu'au passage des éléments de serrage à travers de celle-ci;
    c. Déplacement des éléments de serrage dans leur position de serrage et déplacement en arrière vers le rail de serrage pour fermer la fente de serrage formée entre les éléments de serrage et le rail de serrage et entourant la couche de fils aux deux côtés.
  12. Utilisation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée par un support susceptible d'être entraîné et commandé par une machine, pour le dispositif de serrage, et par des moyens d'entraînement mécanique ou par machine pour déplacement des éléments de serrage (K1-Kn) dans la direction de levée ou de course et de pivotement.
