Definitions

  • the invention relates to a packaging bag with hanging hook, consisting of a preferably resealable bag made of plastic, which has at its upper end an extension, preferably designed as a handle, and a hook with a hook part and a base part designed as a tube, which has a slot on its underside , with which it can be pushed onto a bead provided on the extension of the bag.
  • Such a packaging bag is known from DE-C-21 42 623.
  • the known packaging bag can be opened and closed with simple and inexpensive manufacture without removing its hook.
  • the closure consists of a slide closure made of plastic.
  • FIG. C a packaging bag with a hook is shown in Figure C, which is injection-molded in one piece from a hook part and a base part (“base”).
  • the base part is a longitudinally slotted tube (“stabilizing tube”) made of plastic.
  • Such a stabilizing tube is required in order to give the suspended packaging bag the necessary stability.
  • the stabilizing tube should be at least half as long as the bag or sack is wide so that the ends of the bag opening are not pulled down by the weight of the filling.
  • the hook consisting of the hook part and base part (stabilizing tube), from one piece and from an easily recyclable (recyclable) plastic.
  • a hook is already known from DE-C-21 42 623, namely from the above-mentioned Figure C of this prior publication. It has also been tested, but has not proven itself in practice for the following reasons: On the one hand, the base part of the hook should be pushed onto the bead on the extension of the bag quickly and easily can. For this purpose, the slot on the underside of the base part had to be made relatively large. Then the bag slid back and forth on the bulge of the extension. If, on the other hand, the slot was made narrower to prevent the bag from slipping, the extension of the bag was very difficult to slide open, and assembly was therefore extremely difficult.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a packaging bag with hanging hooks of the type mentioned, in which the base part of the hook, which is designed as a tube, can be easily pushed onto the bead of the extension of the bag and in which the base part cannot slip in the pushed-on position.
  • this object is achieved according to the characterizing part of claim 1 in that at least one cam is provided on the base part, which engages in a recess in the bag.
  • the at least one cam is preferably provided on the underside of the base part.
  • the cam can be injection molded onto the base part, ie in one piece with the base part be connected.
  • the cam extends obliquely downwards from one side on the underside of the base part such that it projects beyond the slot of the base part.
  • the cam therefore projects below the slot into the plane of the slot.
  • the bag or its extension must be bent slightly away in the area of the bead. However, due to the elasticity of the bag or the lengthening of the bag, this does not pose any great difficulties. In the end position, the bag is then released, so that its extension, due to its inherent elasticity, automatically reaches the plane of the slot.
  • the recess is rectangular or square.
  • the preferably appropriately designed cam is held particularly reliably.
  • the recess can be punched into the extension. This embodiment is particularly easy to manufacture. If - as usual - there is a handle recess in the extension of the bag, the distance of the recess from the handle recess is preferably at least 5 mm.
  • the recess is formed by the lateral boundary of a handle recess provided in the extension. Separate recesses are then not necessary.
  • a cam and thus a recess is sufficient.
  • two or more cams are preferably provided, however.
  • the cams can engage in the corresponding recesses from the same side. But it is also possible that the cams engage from opposite sides in the associated recesses. This ensures an even more secure attachment of the hook to the extension.
  • recesses lying on different sides there is the disadvantage that the assembly of the hook is made more difficult by the fact that the extension has to be pressed alternately to one side and to the other during assembly. The same applies to dismantling the hook. However, this slight disadvantage can be accepted for improved functional reliability.
  • the slot of the base part has a funnel-shaped extension at its ends in order to make it easier to slide on the base part of the hook.
  • the packaging bag shown in FIG. 1 consists of a bag 2 and a hook 16.
  • the plastic bag 2 can be closed by a slide closure 17. It has an extension 14 at its upper end, which can also be referred to as a web.
  • the extension 14 can be connected in one piece to one of the bands of the slide closure 17.
  • a handle recess (handle) 18 In the extension 14 there is a handle recess (handle) 18.
  • the hook 16 consists of a hook part 15 and a base part 1 in the form of a tube.
  • a slot 8 is provided on the underside of the base part 1, with which the base part 1 can be pushed onto a bead 9 provided at the upper end of the extension 14.
  • two cams are provided which engage in the recesses 3, 4 in the extension 14.
  • the cams 5 run from one side on the underside of the base part 1 so that they protrude beyond the slot 8 of the base part 1.
  • the base part 1 and thus the entire hook, consisting of hook part 15, base part 1 and cams 5 are held in such a way that the two cams 5 enter into the engage the two square recesses 3, 4.
  • the square recesses 3, 4 are provided on the extension 2 below the bead 9. A back and forth movement of the pushed-on hook 16 is thus reliably prevented.
  • the preferably square recesses 3, 4 can be punched into the extension 14 in various ways. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, they can be attached to the left and right of the handle recess 18, the distance from the handle recess 18 preferably being at least 5 mm. This creates very good stability against the cams 5 slipping out of the recesses 3, 4.
  • the handle recess 18 has a short straight edge 6, 7 at the upper ends of its outer curves 19 facing the bead 9.
  • the recesses 3, 4 are then formed by the lateral boundaries of the handle recess 18.
  • the base part which is designed as a stabilizing tube and is provided with cams (hooks) 5, can be mounted easily and in a non-slip manner with one hand. It can also be easily removed for later disposal by bending the extension away.
  • the extension 14 is bent away from the cams 5 (to the right in FIG. 3) so that the cams 5 disengage. Then the base part 1 and with it the entire hook 16 can simply be pulled off. There is no appreciable resistance to overcome, either when the hook 16 is pushed on or when it is pulled off, if the extension is pushed aside by the cams.
  • the hook 16 is preferably made of the plastic polypropylene, and preferably as a one-piece part, consisting of the hook part 15, base part 1 and cams 5.
  • the plastic polypropylene is reusable (recyclable), as is polyethylene, from which the predominant Mass of bags and sacks is made. It goes without saying that any other suitable plastic can also be used.
  • the two cams 5 preferably engage obliquely downwards from one side into the recesses, as is shown in FIG. 3. They protrude beyond the slot 8 of the base part 1, to the extent that, after releasing the bent extension 14 of the bag or of the carrying slide fastener tape 2, they automatically snap into the recesses.
  • a cam and a recess are sufficient.
  • two cams and two recesses are preferably provided.
  • a cam 10 engages from one side and a second cam 11 from the opposite side of the slot 8 or the extension 14 in corresponding recesses. This ensures an even more secure attachment of the hook 16 on the extension 14.
  • this type of attachment has the disadvantage that the assembly of the sliding hook 16 is made more difficult by the fact that the extension 14 has to be pressed alternately to one side and the other. The same applies to dismantling the hook.
  • this disadvantage is offset by the advantage that the hook 16 is secured more securely and secured against displacement.
  • the slot 8 of the base part 1 of the hook 16 to be pushed open is made so narrow that the bead 9 does not slip out of the base part 1 even when the bag is subjected to great stress. Accordingly, the slot 8 consists of a lower, narrower part and an extension 12 which receives the bead 9.
  • a short funnel-shaped extension 13 is provided at both ends of the base part 1, which is designed as a stabilizing tube and is shown in FIG. 5.
