Abstract

An efficient flushing siphon bag which fits any gulley hole and requires no mains connection for automatic drainage comprises a closed, bag-like outer skin (1) and a siphon tube (2) which rises from the base and is mounted so that it first slopes upward above the bag to a certain height and then slopes downward. The siphon bag is filled through a connection (3) to which it is attached by means of loops, eyes (4) or the like. The outer skin (1) and the siphon bag (2) are made from a waterproof, tear-resistant mobile woven fabric.

Description

The invention relates to a rinsing lifter bag for sewer rinsing or the like.

Sie bestehen entweder aus festen baulichen Einrichtungen (Spülschächte, Spülkammern u.a.) oder aus transportablen betrieblichen Einrichtungen (Hochdruckspülgeräte, Spülwagen u.a.).Sewer flushing devices have been known for a large number of years and are used in the sewer network of cities and municipalities. They either consist of fixed structural facilities (flushing shafts, flushing chambers etc.) or of portable operational facilities (high-pressure flushing devices, flushing trolleys etc.).

A disadvantage of the flushing devices used so far is that they either need their own structures (flushing shafts etc.) or require a lot of personnel (high-pressure flushing devices etc.) and cannot be accommodated in existing sewage systems (shafts or the like).

The invention has for its object to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages in sewer flushing of the type mentioned and to provide a flushing facility that fits into each sewer shaft, is safe in operation and does not require a power connection for the automatic emptying.

This goal is achieved in that the rinsing device defined in claim 1 consists of a self-contained sack-like outer skin, from which a lifting hose is led up from the sole and rises obliquely above the sack, in order then to drop again from the high point.

The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawings.

The flushing sack 2 shown in FIG. 1 consists of a self-contained outer skin 1, which can be attached to a duct shaft 6 with the fastenings 4. The content 7 is tailored to the local conditions. Through the connecting piece 3, the sack is filled with tap water, process water, stream water or waste water. The rinsing water rises slowly, first in the sack and then only in the siphon tube 2 until the siphon crown 8 is out of balance due to the weight of the water body 9 and tilts downward. As a result, the air body 10 is entrained, the lifter starts and the rinsing lifter bag empties automatically. The deposits 11 in the channel are washed away and the filling process begins again. To minimize the frictional forces, the falling part of the lifting hose 2 is guided in a rigid jacket tube 12. Possibilities of guiding the lifting hose 2 above the sack are shown in plan view in FIGS. 2 to 5. FIGS. 6 to 7 show a further cross-section of other possibilities for lifting hose formation. Should the sack have to be removed to enter the sewer system, the contents can be quickly drained via the drain valve 5.

A device for channel flushing according to the invention presents no difficulties in manufacture. The cost is relatively low. Due to the type of material, the flushing sack can be inserted into a normal manhole entry (D = 62.5 cm). It is emptied fully automatically and in regular periods without external energy, so that the mixed water sewer network up to the problematic initial postures is largely kept free from sewage deposits and the deposits already in dry weather to the sewage treatment plant transported and cleaned there. When it rains, a huge amount of dirt is kept away from our waters.
