Abstract

Preßanlage zum kontinuierlichen Pressen von Preßgutbahnen im Zuge der Herstellung von Spanplatten, Faserplatten, Laminatplatten und ähnlichen Preßgutplatten. Im Pressen­ unterteil ist eine festliegende beheizte untere Pressen­ platte, im Pressenoberteil ist eine unter der Einwirkung von Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen und Rückzugzylinder­ kolbenanordnungen zum Zwecke der Einrichtung der Preß­ charakteristik verstellbare und verformbare beheizte obere Pressenplatte angeordnet. Die Preßbänder sind an den Pressenplatten unter Zwischenschaltung von Rollkör­ pern abgestützt und bilden einen nach Maßgabe der Preß­ charakteristik einstellbaren Preßspalt. Die untere Pres­ senplatte ist unter Zwischenschaltung einer Isolierung unmittelbar an den Pressenrahmen abgestützt. Die obere Pressenplatte ist unter Zwischenschaltung einer Isolie­ rung unmittelbar von den Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen beaufschlagt und an die Rückzugzylinderkolbenanordnungen angeschlossen. Die untere Pressenplatte erfüllt zusätz­ lich die Funktion des Pressentisches, die obere Pressen­ platte erfüllt zusätzlich die Funktion des Pressenholmes. Die Pressenplatten weisen auf der dem Preßspalt abgewand­ ten Seite eine Gegenheizeinrichtung zur Kompensation un­ erwünschter Wärmeverformungen auf.
