Definitions

  • the invention relates to a work vehicle, in particular a shovel loader with a centrally located loading system projecting from the front, on the lifting arm of which a lifting cylinder, a rocker arm and, at the front end, a quick-change device are articulated, which is articulated via a rocker arm to the rocker arm which can be actuated by a rocker cylinder and, viewed from the side, protrudes slightly downward over the wheel space.
  • Shovel loaders of this type are known (cf. DE-A-16 58 038 or GB-A-1 522 510). In the case of such shovel loaders, only the rear wheels can be steered in order to ensure stability in work; in addition, the front cantilever loading system would not allow sufficient steering lock of the front wheels.
  • the loading system extends from the front of the vehicle over the center of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle, so that the driver's cab is only on the side next to the Loading system finds space. This impairs both the driver's view of the work area and the all-round view.
  • the invention has for its object to design the loading system in a generic work vehicle in such a way that the operation of the work vehicle is facilitated, on the one hand by a better view for the driver of the vehicle and on the other hand by an improved maneuverability of the vehicle.
  • the loading system should be designed in such a way that it tolerates steerable front wheels with a steering angle of over 40 °, without the tilting stability of the vehicle about its transverse axis being impaired by the external forces introduced via the loading system.
  • this object is achieved on a generic work vehicle by that the vehicle-side end of the lifting arm engages in a channel-like, open-front recess of the front part of the vehicle frame, and that the lifting cylinder and the tilt cylinder are articulated below the lifting arm on the front part, the lifting arm having projecting side profile legs on the vehicle side, so that it has both Covers the cylinder towards the front.
  • the construction according to the invention allows the driver's cab to be relatively far forward, i.e. can be arranged close to the work field and with respect to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, whereby the operation of the work vehicle is facilitated.
  • both the lifting cylinder and the tilt cylinder are arranged below the lifting arm, i.e. inside the recess in the front section, results in their advantageous coverage by the lifting arm, this protection being further improved in that the lifting arm has projecting lateral profile legs on the vehicle side.
  • Both hydraulic cylinders are thus protected in a special way against exposure to the work item.
  • This protection can be further improved in that at least the tilt cylinder partially enters the interior of the lifting arm.
  • both cylinders can also be pivotally arranged within closely adjacent planes.
  • a box profile, to which the profile legs are attached laterally, or a simple U-profile is preferred as the profile cross section for the lifting arm.
  • the lifting arm is designed as a narrow component, so that even with front wheels with a large steering angle there is space in the wheel space, even if it is lowered to the maximum. In this position, the loading shovel is located directly in front of the front wheels, which improves the tipping stability under load or enables the counterweights to be dimensioned lower.
  • the deep arrangement of the lifting arm also gives the driver an optimal view of the work area and a clear all-round view.
  • a shovel loader shown schematically in FIG. 1 has a loading system 3 arranged centrally on the front part 1 of its frame 2.
  • the loading system 3 comprises a lifting arm 4 which is articulated in the interior of a channel-like recess 6 of the front part 1 so that it can pivot about the horizontal axis 5 .
  • a quick-change device 7 shown in FIG. 2 in the plan view, is fastened with laterally projecting receiving bolts 8 for the bucket hook. 2
  • the steerable front wheels 9 of the shovel loader are drawn in the straight-ahead position.
  • the right front wheel is shown with a dashed line 10 and the left front wheel with a dotted line 11, each in the position with extreme steering lock.
  • FIG. 1 shows that the two cylinders are articulated below the pivot axis 5 of the lifting arm 4 inside the recess 6 of the front part 1 of the shovel loader. It can be seen from the sectional view through the loading device shown in FIG. 3 that the two cylinders can be moved in closely adjacent planes behind the lifting arm 4; they partially engage between the lateral profile legs 38, which project beyond the rear wall 39 of the lifting arm 4, which is box-shaped in cross section.
  • the lower end of the lifting cylinder 14 is articulated with its lower end on a holding bracket 15 on the rear wall 39 of the lifting arm 4.
  • the lower end of the tilt cylinder 13 is articulated on the lower end 16 of a rocker arm 17, which around a center axis 18 mounted in the lifting arm 4 can be pivoted.
  • the upper end 19 of the rocker arm 17 is articulated to the upper end 20 of the quick-change device 7 via a tilt rod 21.
  • FIG. 4 shows a side view of the quick-change device 7 with the mounting bolts 8 arranged above for a shovel hook 22, which is provided on the rear of a loading shovel 23 indicated by a dash-dotted line.
  • the quick-change device has locking bolts 24 which can be extended and retracted hydraulically in the axial direction and which engage in corresponding bores of eyes 25 provided on the underside of the loading shovel.
  • the eyes 25 and the shovel hook 22 are formed on opposite webs 26 on the rear of the loading shovel 23.
  • the mounting bolts 8 for the bucket hook are formed by the ends of a continuous shaft 27 projecting on opposite sides of the quick-change device 7.
  • the shaft 27 is non-rotatable and axially immovable in a corresponding bore in the upper end 20 of the quick-change device 7 stored.
  • the pivot bearing 28 of the lower end of the tilt rod 21 is articulated in the middle of the shaft.
  • bearing bolts 30 are formed laterally, which pivotably engage in corresponding bushings 29 of the quick-change device 7.
  • the end piece of the lifting arm 4 has a central receiving bore 38 for the locking bolts 24 which, with their inner ends 31, adjoin a central pressure chamber 32 which can be acted upon by hydraulic medium.
  • Two further pressure chambers 33 are formed on the back of the piston parts 34 at the inner end of the locking bolts 24. If the pressure chamber 32 is pressurized via a central pressure line 35, the two locking bolts 24 extend; If the central space 32 is depressurized and the two outer pressure lines 36 are pressurized with pressure medium to the pressure spaces 33, both locking bolts 24 move in and thus release the eye 25 of the loading shovel 23.
  • a sealing element 37 which is firmly connected to the bearing bush, but can be removed, in the bore of which the section of the locking bolt 24 with a smaller diameter is guided, which enables it to be easily installed in the receiving bore 40.
