Claims (17)

  1. Ein Kraftrad mit einem hinteren Rahmen (2;20), welcher sich mittig in Längsrichtung durch den Kraftradkörper hindurch erstreckt, und welcher nach hinten zu von einer tieferen Position zu einer höheren Position unter einem Fahrersitz (11) geneigt ist,
    und mit einem oben offenen Speicherbehälter (30;300), welcher sich unter dem Sitz befindet, wobei der Sitz schwenkbar befestigt ist, um für den Speicherbehälter als öffen- und schließbare obere Abdeckung zu dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Speicherbehälter gabelartig ausgestalt ist mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenabschnitten, welche sich jeweils auf einer Seite des hinteren Rahmens (1) nach unten erstrecken, einen zwischen diesen Seitenabschnitten gelegenen Abschnitt (36;136) der Bodenwand (34;134) des Behälters, welcher nach oben versteht, um dem Rahmen Platz zu schaffen, wobei eine Seitenwand (31;131;118a) des Speicherbehälters sich von einem äußeren Rand der Bodenwand nach oben erstreckt und diese Bodenwand umgibt und einen oberen Bereich aufweist, der die obere Öffnung des Behälters bildet, wodurch ein Fahrerhelm in dem Speicherbehälter derart aufbewahrt werden kann, daß sich der vorstehende Abschnitt der Bodenwand des Behälters innerhalb des Helms und sich die Seitenabschnitte des Helms in den sich nach unten erstreckenden Seitenabschnitten des Behälters befinden.
  2. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Speicherbehälter (30;300) mindestens so breit wie der Fahrersitz (11) ist.
  3. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem der hintere Rahmen (2;20) einen nach oben und hinten geneigten Abschnitt (2b;20) aufweist, welcher sich unterhalb des vorderen Endbereichs des Fahrersitzes (11) befindet, sowie einen hinteren Abschnitt (2d;20e) aufweist, welcher mit dem geneigten Abschnitt verbunden ist und sich unterhalb des Sitzes nach hinten erstreckt.
  4. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 3, bei welchem der gegabelte Abschnitt des Speicherbehälters (30) ein sich unterhalb des vorderen Endbereichs des Fahrersitzes (11) befindender vordere Abschnitt des Speicherbehälters ist, und bei welchem sich auf jeder Seite der Verbindung (2c) zwischen dem geneigten (2b) und dem hinteren Abschnitt (2d) des hinteren Rahmens (2) einer der einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenabschnitte des Speicherbehälters (30) nach unten erstreckt.
  5. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem die Bodenwand (34) des Speicherbehälters einen gemeinsamen, die vorderen Enden der sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenabschnitte verbindenden Bodenwandabschnitt (37), und einen höher als der gemeinsame Bodenabschnitt und hinter diesem gelegenen oberen Bodenwandabschnitt (38) umfaßt.
  6. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem das obere Ende einer Dämpfungsvorrichtung (10) für die Antriebseinrichtung (8) des Kraftrads unterhalb des oberen Bodenwandabschnitts (38) gelegen ist.
  7. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, bei welchem die Bodenwand (34) zwei sich von dieser nahe des gemeinsamen Bodenteils (37) nach unten erstreckende erste Befestigungsbeine (41), welche einen oberen Endteil des geneigten Rahmenteils (2b) zwischen sich aufnehmen und durch einen Bolzen (42) miteinander verbunden sind, aufweist, und bei welchem der obere Bodenteil (38) an einem hinteren Abschnitt ein zweites Befestigungsteil (43), aufweist, welches durch einen Bolzen (44) an dem sich darunter erstreckenden hinteren Rahmenteil (2d) befestigt ist.
  8. Ein Kraftrad nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, bei welchem der Speicherbehälter (30) eine Seitenwand (31) mit einem vorderen Abschnitt (45) und einem hinteren Abschnitt (32) umfaßt, wobei der Querschnitt der Seitenwand eine Form aufweist, welche der Form des Fahrersitzes (11) in der Draufsicht im wesentlichen gleicht.
  9. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 8, bei welchem der hintere Abschnitt (32) der Seitenwand (31) des Speicherbehälters (30) einen an eine hintere Oberfläche desselben anschließenden, im wesentlichen kubischen Hilfsbehälter (33) aufweist, und bei welchem der hintere Rahmen (2) einen hinteren Bügel (3), der in Draufsicht U-förmig ausgebildet und an einem hinteren Ende des hinteren Rahmenteils (2d) befestigt ist, umfaßt, wobei der Hilfsbehälter und ein Treibstofftank (14) innerhalb des hinteren Bügels angeordnet sind.
  10. Ein Kraftrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei welchem der Fahrersitz (11) schwenkbar mit dem Speicherbehälter (30) verbunden ist.
  11. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 10, bei welchem die Schwenkeinrichtung eine erste Halterung (46b), welche an einem vorderen Ende des Fahrersitzes (11) angebracht ist, eine zweite Halterung (46a), welche von einem oberen Ende einer Vorderwand (45) der Seitenwand (31) des Speicherbehälters (30) nach vorne vorsteht, und einen Stift (13), durch den die erste und zweite Halterung schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind, umfaßt.
  12. Ein Kraftrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, mit einem Öltank (15), der einen sich neben der Seitenwand (31) des Speicherbehälters (30) vertikal ausdehnenden oberen Bereich mit einer Einfüllöffnung und einen sich seitlich unter einem Abschnitt des Speicherbehälters erstreckenden unteren Speicherbereich (35) umfaßt.
  13. Ein Kraftrad nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 12, bei welchem sich der untere Speicherbereich (35) des Öltanks (15) unter dem oberen Bodenwandabschnitt (38) des Speicherbehälters (30) erstreckt.
  14. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 3, bei welchem sich der verzweigte Abschnitt des Speicherbehälters (300) entlang des hinteren Abschnitts (20e) des hinteren Rahmens (20) von einem Bereich nahe der Verbindung zwischen dem geneigten (20) und hinteren Abschnitt des Rahmens nach hinten erstreckt.
  15. Ein Kraftrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, welches weiterhin eine hintere Verkleidung (17;118) mit einer umgebenden Seitenwand aufweist, welche einen wenigstens teilweise den Speicherbehälter (30;300) festlegenden Raum abgrenzt.
  16. Ein Kraftrad nach den Ansprüchen 14 und 15, bei welchem die hintere Verkleidung (118) eine umgebende Seitenwand (118a, 118b) aufweist, und der Speicherbehälter (300) einen durch die umgebende Seitenwand der hinteren Verkleidung gebildeten oberen Behälterabschnitt umfaßt sowie einen unteren Behälterabschnitt in der Form einer Mulde (130), welche eine mit dem vorstehenden Teil (136) gebildete Bodenwand (134) und eine sich von einem äußeren Rand der Bodenwand nach oben erstreckende, in die Seitenwand der hinteren Abdeckung passende Seitenwand (131) aufweist.
  17. Ein Kraftrad nach Anspruch 16, weiterhin umfassend: einon Bügel (102) mit zwei seitlich vom hinteren Abschnitt (20e) des hinteren Rahmens (20) in Querrichtung vorragenden Streben und zwei sich jeweils von den äußeren Enden der Streben nach oben erstreckenden, aufrecht stehenden Armen (102a) mit oberen Enden, die mit dem oberen Rand der Seitenwand (118a) der hinteren Verkleidung (118) in Eingriff sind, eine auf dem hinteren Teil des hinteren Rahmens befestigte Halterung (113), eine an einem hinteren Ende des Fahrersitzes (11) befestigte weitere Halterung (11b), und einen die Halterungen schwenkbar verbindenden Stift (103).
