Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bauplatte, bestehend aus zwei kammförmig gefalteten und zueinander um eine halbe Teilung versetzten Außenplatten, wobei die Faltstege die Abstandhalter bilden, und die Stirnseiten der Außenplatten abschließenden, senkrecht zu den Faltkanälen angeordneten Endträgern.
- Bauplatten, bestimmt zum Verbauen von Gräben sind mit den vorgenannten Merkmalen bekannt aus der DE-C-25 16 308. Hierbei ist jeweils die Vorderkante des Faltsteges durch eine Längsschweißnaht mit der zugeordneten gegenüberliegenden Außenplatte verbunden. Eine solche Bauart erfordert einen relativ hohen Aufwand an Schweißarbeiten, die sehr personal- und zeitintensiv sind. Darüber hinaus wird die Bauplatte durch die große Anzahl Schweißnähte auch thermisch stark beansprucht.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, unter Verwendung der Erkenntnisse aus dem oben genannten Stand der Technik eine Bauplatte zu schaffen, die erheblich weniger Schweißarbeit erfordert und sich relativ leicht herstellen läßt.
- Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe ergibt sich gemäß der Erfindung aus den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruches 1. Bei dieser Ausführung wird nur noch ein Bruchteil der bisher erforderlichen Schweißnähte benötigt, während die Plattenteile im übrigen im wesentlichen formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. In Verbindung mit den an die Außenplatten angeschweißten Endträgern ergibt sich eine ausgezeichnete Festigkeit und Steifigkeit der Bauplatte.
- Die Bauplatte nach der Erfindung kann aus Stahl, Leichtmetall oder Kunststoff bestehen und je nach ihren Abmessungen und ihrer Werkstoffbeschaffenheit für verschiedene Baumaßnahmen Verwendung finden. Sie kann auch eine Füllung, z.B. mit geschäumtem Werkstoff oder Beton oder auch eine Bewehrung aufweisen. Sie kann auch in bekannter Weise mit Installationsleitungen versehen sein und z.B. als Bauplatte für Gebäude dienen, die in Katastrophengebieten rasch errichtet werden müssen.
- Nachstehend ist die erfindungsgemäße Bauplatte anhand der Zeichnung schematisch näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht der Bauplatte und Fig.2 einen schematischen Querschnitt.
- Wie die Zeichnung erkennen läßt, besteht die erfindungsgemäße Bauplatte aus lotrechten Führungsköpfen 1, z.B. in der Form von C-Profilträgern und mit diesen durch Schweißung, Klebung oder dgl. verbundenen Außenplatten 2, 3 mit daran angeschweißten oberen und unteren Endträgern 4, 5.
- Die Außenplatten bestehen aus dünnem, plattenförmigen Material, z.B. Blech, das kammförmig so gefaltet ist, daß in regelmäßiger Teilung Faltstege 6 gebildet sind, deren Höhe der Dicke der vorgesehenen Bauplatte entspricht. Die von den Faltstegen gebildeten Faltkanäle werden durch die Endträger 4, 5 abgeschlossen. Die Außenplatten sind gegeneinander gestellt und um eine halbe Teilung der Faltstege gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet. Die Stege haben durch ihre Faltung die doppelte Wandstärke der Außenplatten 2, 3.
- Jeweils in der Mitte zwischen zwei benachbarten Faltstegen 6 sind in den Außenplatten paraiiei zu den Faltstegen 6 jeweils eine Sicke 7 mit M-förmigem Querschnitt angeordnet, deren mittlere Vertiefung 8 die Vorderkante 9 des Faltsteges 6 einer gegenüberstehenden Außenplatte 2 oder 3 aufzunehmen vermag. Die Faltstege 6 und die Sicken 7 sind jeweils gegeneinander um eine halbe Teilung versetzt angeordnet.
- Die Faltung der Außenplatten 2, 3, das formschlüssige Ineinanderstecken der Faltstege 6 und Sicken 7 sowie die Verbindung der Außenplatten 2, 3 mit den Endträgern 4, 5 mittels Schweißung oder Klebung ermöglichen ein Minimum an Schweißarbeit und eine im übrigen starke Bauplatte.
- Die Faltstege 6 können auch in bekannter Weise Ausnehmungen zur Aufnahme von Verstärkungsrohren oder -trägern haben. Ferner können zwischen den Außenplatten 2, 3 eine Bewehrung und/oder ein z.B. geschäumter Füllstoff, ggf. auch Installationsleitungen vorgesehen sein. Die Faltkanäle können lotrecht oder waagerecht angeordnet sein.
- Die Führungsköpfe 1, mit denen die Bauplatte an einer Stütze oder benachbarten Platte geführt sein kann, können auch entfallen oder ggf. durch andere Verbindungsmittel ersetzt sein.
- Anstelle der doppelwandigen Faltstege können auch nebeneinanderstehende Einzelstege vorgesehen sein, die nicht, lösbar oder unlösbar miteinander verbunden sind und in die Sicke 7 der gegenüberliegenden Außenplatte eingreifen.
