Definitions
- the invention relates to a wall covering with wall elements, the support frame with overlapping edge webs to neighboring frames made of load-bearing material, for example sheet steel, and can absorb thermal insulation material, the support frame being fastened to support elements via brackets which are spaced apart.
- Such wall elements are on the market as so-called sheet steel cassettes with a filling of thermal insulation material to be inserted, which have equally high edge webs.
- Such wall elements are used, for example, to build up multi-layered outer walls of buildings, in particular hall structures. The very small distances between the edge webs then result in heat losses.
- DE-A-2301 091 describes and shows a component made of glass fiber reinforced gypsum. This is intended to create a component which is distinguished by fire resistance, high mechanical strength, in particular tensile and impact strength. Due to the material-related wall thickness, the edge webs of this component have to be unevenly high in order to create a continuous fastening option for the outer surface in the same vertical plane.
- DE-A-2827837 is based on stackable plates for the production of double-shell insulated walls. Edge bridges of different heights only have the task of better stackability. With the completed outer wall, no consideration was given to minimizing the thermal bridges.
- the invention has for its object to develop a wall covering of the type described to minimize the horizontal thermal bridges.
- the solution to the described problem is that wall elements, the support frame of which has higher edge webs on one side edge than on its opposite side edge and change elements are combined with equally high, overall lower edge webs that lie between the support frame with the outer higher edge webs, the lower edge webs are so much smaller than the higher edge webs that the thermal insulation material here between the outer wall cladding, for example Trapezoidal sheets can be applied.
- the thermal insulation material can be guided over the lower edge web, whereby support frames of a known type (serial cassette) with the same height-formed edge webs can be inserted between wall elements designed according to the invention.
- the high edge webs make it possible to attach an outer wall covering, for example so-called trapezoidal sheets, in a known manner.
- the thermal bridges are reduced the more, the fewer high edge webs follow each other on a certain wall length.
- the support frame can also be designed as long rails, the bottom of which extends between the edge webs.
- the support frame has a Z-shaped edge web on one side edge and a U-shaped edge web on its other side edge, the free leg of which faces the first edge web.
- the free leg of the U-shaped edge web clasps a set filling made of thermal insulation material, and the Z-shaped edge web can with its free leg fold over the edge web of an adjacent wall element, that is, overlap it.
- the frame base between the edge webs can have a width, the vertical dimension of which is between approximately as large as the higher edge web is high up to a few times as large as this edge web is high.
- the construction of the wall of a hall construction illustrated in FIG. 1 is carried out by wall elements 1 and 2, the supporting frames 4 of which have higher edge webs 5 on one side edge than on their opposite side edge.
- the edge webs 6 are thus formed lower than the edge webs 5.
- the edge webs 5 can for example, be formed twice as high as the edge webs 6.
- a particularly good mechanical hold is achieved by support frames, the edge webs of which overlap or overlap with those of the neighboring frame, as is illustrated in FIG. 1 using an exemplary embodiment.
- the support frames can be made from a load-bearing material, for example from galvanized sheet steel.
- the support frame 4 accommodate a filling of thermal insulation material 7.
- the thermal insulation material 7 covers the lower edge webs 6.
- the wall elements in the embodiments 1 and 2 and the known wall elements 3 are held on a support element 9 by brackets 8, bolts, screws or equivalent.
- the outside of the wall is formed, for example, by trapezoidal sheets 10 of a known type.
- the thermal bridges are reduced the more from the brackets 8 via the higher edge webs 5 to the outside of the wall, the fewer wall elements with higher edge webs are used.
- FIG. 2 The wall structure is further illustrated by FIG. 2, in which a horizontal section through the wall is shown. Shown in longitudinal section is a wall element 2 which is fastened to the support element 9 by brackets 8 and which is covered to the outside by trapezoidal sheets 10.
- FIG 3 shows the perspective view of a support frame 4 for a wall element 1.
- the lower side edge has a Z-shaped edge web
- the higher edge web 5 is U-shaped, with its free leg pointing to the first edge web. 5
- the situation with respect to the support frame of FIG. 4 are just the opposite.
- the frame base between the edge webs has a width which is approximately six times the height of the higher edge web 5.
