  • the bushing 32 has an inwardly directed annular collar 40, which is provided with bores 42 and holds the end of the incandescent body 26 centered on the combustion chamber.
  • a first insulating body 44, a contact washer 46, a second insulating body 48 and a metallic holding washer 50 are successively attached to the flange 36 of the bushing 32 by gluing or soldering, an auxiliary tool centering the parts mutually.
  • the contact disk 46 is provided with bores 52 and an inner flanged collar 54 which contacts the upstream end of the incandescent body 26 and holds it in a centered manner.
  • the outer ring edge portion 50 of the contact disk 46 is drawn conically (cone 55) upwards.
  • a heat protection ring 56 is clamped, the conically raised outer ring edge 58 of which rests on the conical wall section 18 of the nozzle body 10.
  • the spray jets 30 passing through the incandescent body 26 produce an injector effect, through which air is sucked in from the combustion chamber through the bores 42 into an annular space 60 surrounding the incandescent body 26 and from there into the peripheral zones of the spray jets, in cooperation with the heating the glow body 26 gives a good mixture preparation.
  • a conductor element designated as a whole by reference number 62, which connects the contact disk 46 to a contact ring 64, which is fastened on the union nut 14 above a screw thread 66.
  • the conductor element 62 is formed over part of its length as a sleeve 68, the downstream edge section 69 of which is drawn in conically inwards in accordance with the design of the contact disk 46.
  • the sleeve 68 extends in an annular gap 74 which is formed between a section of the nozzle body 10 which is smaller in diameter and the wall of a first bore section 76 of the union nut 14. At a clamping shoulder 78, this merges into a second bore section 80, which comprises a larger diameter section of the nozzle body 10 with an annular gap 82, in which the contact tongues 72 extend.
  • the sleeve 68 and the contact tongues 72 are provided on the inside and outside with an insulating coating 84.
  • a pressure ring 88 is arranged, via which the union nut 14 clamps the nozzle body 10 and the washer 12 against the nozzle holder 16.
  • the pressure ring 88 three recesses 90 are provided, which are offset by 120 ° to each other, through which the contact tongues 72 with their bent portions 92 pass in an isolated manner.
  • the contact tongues 72 are connected to a ring web 94, which also has an insulating coating, and which extends over two 120 ° divisions. B. is recessed over the length of the third 120 ° division.
  • One of the contact tongues 72 corresponds to a wall opening 96 of the union nut 14, into which the free end of the contact tongue 72, which is slightly bent outwards, projects.
  • the contact ring 64 is molded into a ring sleeve 98 made of insulating material, which in turn is positively fastened on the union nut 14 above the screw thread 66.
  • a contact tab 99 is formed on the contact ring 64, which protrudes into the wall opening 96 of the union nut 14 and is soldered there to the one contact tongue 72 of the conductor element 62.
