Claims (6)
- Bougie-crayon (10) pour la mise en place dans une chambre de combustion de moteurs à combustion interne, comportant une enveloppe métallique de forme tubulaire (11), dont le perçage longitudinal (12) reçoit une tige incandescente (14) étanche sur une partie de sa longueur, comportant également un boulon de connexion (17), servant à la transmission du courant, et particllement incorporé dans la tige incandescente, dans lequel est formée une cavité axiale tournée vers la pointe de la tige et dans laquelle est constituée une liaison par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif « Steck-stemm » entre le boulon de connexion (17) et des enroulements de centrage (18A) du filament incandescent (18),
caractérisée en ce que
la cavité située dans l'extrémité du boulon de connexion (17) tournée vers la pointe de la bougie, s'étend longitudinalement en direction de l'axe du boulon de connexion et a une forme de moulure (20); c'est-à-dire ouverte à la périphérie vers un côté, dont la largeur d'ouverture selon la périphérie du boulon de connexion correspond approximativement au diamètre des enroulements de centrage (18A) du filament incandescent (18). - Bougie-crayon selon la revendication 1,

le filament incandescent (18) prépositionné au montage est emboíté dans le boulon de connexion par un sertissage radial simultané sur plusieurs endroits opposés les uns aux autres (17B, 17C) de la moulure (20), de sorte que la déformation plastique ainsi provoquée de cette moulure, du fait de la forme ellipsoïdale de celle-ci, constitue aussi bien une liaison de force qu'une liaison de forme avec les enroulements de centrage du filament incandescent. - Bougie-crayon selon la revendication 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que
l'ouverture (20A) de la moulure (20) se rétrécit en direction radiale de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur dans une proportion plus faible que le diamètre des enroulements de centrage du filament incandescent, et le contour intérieur de la moulure (20) fait en sorte que, par la compression radiale des enroulements de centrage dans l'ouverture (20A) du boulon de connexion (17), par suite de l'accroissement de dimension engendré par la géométrie, s'instaure un assemblage serré qui économise l'opération de sertissage lors du montage.
