Abstract

Le dispositif comprend un organe incandescent (22) disposé en aval de la buse d'injection et ayant la forme d'une hélice s'ouvrant coniquement vers la chambre de combustion. L'hélice est constituée d'une bande plate (72) découpée en forme de spirale dans une tôle plate (74) par laser ou à l'acide; ensuite elle est étirée axialement. Cette construction facilite la mise en contact du corps incandescent (22) et présente l'avantage de pouvoir fabriquer l'hélice à partir de matériaux disponibles uniquement en plaques ou bandes planes.

Claims (5)

1. Procédé de production d'un dispositif d'injection de carburant dans une chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne, avec une buse d'injection (10) et un corps d'injection (22) formé en hélice conique placée après la buse d'injection de l'orifice d'injection, qu'entoure une chambre annulaire (70), qui est en relation avec la chambre de combustion et dont les canaux (40) débouchent sur le chemin des jets d'injection (26), par lesquels les jets d'injection par effet d'injection aspirent l'air de la chambre de combustion, procédé caractérisé en ce que dans un corps de tôle (74) plan on réalise une ligne de séparation (76) en forme de spirale et ensuite on étire le ruban (72) en forme de spirale, restant entre les découpes individuelles de la ligne de séparation (76), pour former une hélice conique et en ce qu'on borde le ruban plat (72) en forme de spirale avec le diamètre externe allant en diminuant constamment vers la buse d'injection (10) et en formant un passage pour les jets injectés (26), sur les pièces entourant l'espace annulaire (70).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise la ligne de séparation en forme de spirale (76) par une découpe au laser dans le corps de tôle (74).
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise la ligne de séparation (76) en forme de spirale par attaque chimique dans le corps de tôle (74).
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on sépare du corps de tôle (74) le ruban plat (72) en forme de spirale, restant entre chaque partie de la ligne de séparation (76), par une ligne de séparation (84) circulaire entourant la ligne de séparation en forme de spirale (76) et ainsi on fournit une partie de ruban plane (88) extérieure annulaire assurant le contact.
5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on relie le début interne du ruban plat (72) en forme de spirale par une ligne de séparation interne circulaire (82) dans le corps de tôle (74) à une partie de ruban plat (86) in terne annulaire servant à fournir le contact.
