Claims (10)

1. Dispositif pour déposer une couche d'une pâte céramique fine fluide ou semi-fluide sur un support solide (2, 44) animé d'un mouvement continu, comprenant un réservoir destiné à contenir la pâte (13, 46), prévu au-dessus du support (2, 44) lequel circule en ligne droite, et dont la limite avant, dans le sens du mouvement du support, est formée par un rouleau rotatif (3, 45) tandis que les limites latérales et arrière sont formées par des parois (5, 8, 48, 49), caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (3, 45) est entraîné en rotation et en ce que la distance entre le rouleau (3, 45) et le support (44) ou la paroi arrière (8) peut être réglée pour effectuer le réglage de l'épaisseur de la couche déposée (20, 56).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (3, 45) est réglable par rapport au support (2, 44).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (45) tourillonne dans des paliers excentriques (46).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (3) est tourillonné entre des parois (5) que l'on peut faire pivoter autour de tourillons fixes (7) parallèles à l'axe du rouleau.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (3) est entraîné dans le sens du mouvement de la pâte (13) à déposer.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi arrière (8), qui est faite d'une matière élastiquement déformable, est disposée de façon à s'étendre obliquement vers la fente formée entre le rouleau (3) et le support (2) et en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de réglage (11 ) pour faire varier la distance entre l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi (8) et le rouleau (3), pour régler l'épaisseur de la couche.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (45) est entraîné en sens inverse du sens du mouvement de la pâte (47) à déposer et qu'une raclette (3) peut être appuyée contre une région du rouleau qui est située au-dessus du niveau du réservoir.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (3, 45) peut être entraîné à une vitesse circonférentielle variable qui dépend de la vitesse d'avance du support (2, 44).
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des cônes agitateurs (15), entraînés en rotation et en mouvement de translation, sont agencés dans le réservoir.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la raclette (53) est entraînée en mouvement de va-et-vient parallèlement à l'axe du rouleau (45) avec lequel elle coopère.
