Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lifting device for portable containers, e.g. Containers, shelters, swap bodies or the like, with several rack and pinion winches to be fastened to the container, the winch housing of which can be connected to the container, can be raised and lowered along a supporting leg with a rack, and have parts which can be pivoted away or removed.
  • portable containers e.g. Containers, shelters, swap bodies or the like
  • rack and pinion winches to be fastened to the container
  • the winch housing of which can be connected to the container can be raised and lowered along a supporting leg with a rack, and have parts which can be pivoted away or removed.
  • Such a lifting or depositing device has become known from DE-A 1 586 723.
  • the winch housing can be opened to the outside by the parts which can be swiveled away or removed, so that the support legs can be inserted into the open winch housing from the outside transversely to the lifting direction, which has the advantage that the support legs can be found in practically everyone Height of the container can be connected to the rack winches on the container side.
  • the individual rack and pinion winches are pushed together in a space-saving manner in the idle state.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a lifting or depositing device for transportable containers in which by moving the support legs in the winch housing by hand the time-consuming idle stroke to be carried out via the winch gear can be avoided and at the same time in the individual parts of the lifting or A further weight saving is achieved so that its handling is made easier. Furthermore, cleaning of the gears or at least the drive pinion of the rack winches and the racks in the winch area should be made possible if necessary.
  • each winch housing is designed as an attachment or add-on gear.
  • the invention also makes it possible that the bridging of the idle stroke by actuating the winch gears is omitted in the case of pivoted attachment or add-on gear units, by simply moving the support legs with their toothed racks in their winch housings by hand upwards or downwards. When dismantling the lifting or lowering device, it is also possible to pull the support legs with their racks out of the winch housing completely.
  • the embodiment of the invention according to claim 2 has the advantage that the support leg with rack in the guide part of the winch housing can be secured against unwanted slipping by the friction brake device when the attachment gear is pivoted out or removed.
  • the additional removal safeguard which is provided in combination with the friction braking device, finally prevents the support leg from slipping out of the winch housing completely.
  • the further embodiment of the invention according to claim 3 has the advantage that the rack (with the support leg) can be fixed to the guide part of the winch housing when the winch housings can be opened outwards, even when the attachment or add-on gear is pivoted out or removed.
  • This advantage proves to be very expedient if the lifting or depositing device is heavily soiled with a more or less highly supported container, so that the mani required for stiffness or even blocking rack winches to be actuated pulation of the container. In this case, all you have to do is swivel out or remove the front or add-on gearboxes so that at least their drive pinions and the areas of the racks can be easily cleaned compared to the gearboxes.
  • This work can be done with the lifting or lowering device under load, because when the gearbox is swung out or removed, the rack in question is fixed to the winch housing by the locking device.
  • the associated lifting device advantageously enables the transmission to be released or separated from the respective rack under load.
  • This embodiment of the invention advantageously also allows the attachment or add-on gear to be removed and stored in a safe place when the container is supported on the lifting or depositing device, thereby securing against misuse of the lifting and depositing device, for example when the container is standing for a long time is guaranteed.
  • the embodiment of the invention according to claim 4 has the advantage that the establishment of a perfect operative connection between a respective attachment gear and a rack is facilitated.
  • the guide part which slides along the support leg, also forms a guide for the housing of the attachment gear to be fitted.
  • the guide part of the winch housing forms a part that is detachably connected to a boom to be attached to the container, the weights of the individual parts of the lifting or lowering device are further reduced and consequently their handling is made even easier.
  • the attachment gear is detachably connected at its upper and lower ends by plug bolts to the guide part of the winch housing, the gear can advantageously be pivoted up or down by the other plug bolts by pulling out only one plug bolt for the cleaning purposes mentioned at the beginning.
  • auxiliary gear with at least one gear wheel laterally overlaps the guide part of the winch housing, a relatively large reduction ratio can advantageously be achieved with a relatively flat gear.
  • a simple expedient embodiment of the lifting and locking device can be seen from claim 9.
  • the movement of the wedge-shaped parts against or away from each other can e.g. by means of a spindle which is axially fixed in the locking element but can be rotated by hand with right and left-hand threads at the ends and which engage in corresponding threads in the wedge-shaped parts.
  • the locking element can be kept relatively small in its dimensions, which means saving weight, the safety rod in the inserted state preventing the support leg from breaking out of the guide part of the winch housing (tilting around the locking element) to the outside.
  • FIG. 1-13 and 14 to 18 represent lifting and lowering devices that are for Be containers with a generally rectangular floor plan. Accordingly, both exemplary embodiments have four support legs 11 with associated rack and pinion jacks 12 or 12 ', which can be detachably attached laterally to a container, for example 10 or at the corners thereof, by means of brackets 13 or 13'.
  • a container can be lifted and placed, for example, on the loading surface of a truck or vice versa raised from this loading surface and carried by the devices in a raised state or can also be placed on the floor or other supporting surface.
  • a rack and pinion winch 12 with an associated support leg 11 of the first exemplary embodiment is described below. All rack winches 12 and support legs 11 correspond to each other.
  • the rack and pinion winch 12 has a guide part guided on the support leg 11! 14 with a substantially U-shaped cross section.
  • the support leg 11 consists, for example, of a square tube.
  • the lower end of the support leg 11 carries a foot plate 15.
  • the guide part) 14 is rigidly connected to the arm 13 in the exemplary embodiment, but a detachable connection of these parts is also possible.
  • the arm 13 can be detachably attached to the side wall of the container 10 in the corner region thereof.
