Abstract

Se divulgan un método de producir un contenedor de papel o plástico con aislamiento de calor, preservación de calor y a prueba de escaldadura, y el mismo contenedor obtenido por ese método. El método incluye los siguientes pasos: agitar y mezclar (3) un adhesivo líquido (1) con partículas de polvo de espuma a prueba de calor (2) para preparar un revestimiento compuesto (4); aplicar el revestimiento compuesto (4) en un área específica de una tira continua de papel (p), un material plástico o un contendedor plástico (7, 7'), y calentarlo, para luego hacer de la tira continua de papel calentada (p) o el material plástico un contenedor de forma requerida de acuerdo con el arte previo. Las propiedades del contenedor novedoso incluyen el aislamiento de calor, preservación de calor y prevención de escaldadura entre otros, para que cuando el contenedor contenga una sustancia de más alta temperatura, la mano del usuario no se escalde incluso cuando el usuario sostenga el contenedor. El método novedoso es aplicable para preparar varios contenedores de papel o plástico, tales como vasos, tazas, platos, cajas para comidas rápidas y otros contenedores de embalaje. Los contenedores manufacturados de esta manera presentan aislamiento de calor, preservación de calor y prevención de escaldadura.
