现有的纸制容器仅为单层, 无法提供保温、 隔热效果, 若以双层折迭或间隔 一隔间, 则使用一次即丢之用途上, 其成本极高, 实不符成本效益。 塑料容器仅 为单层, 更无保温、 隔热效果。 另外, 现有的纸制或塑料制容器之表层, 为达美 观性, 顶多仅在表层上印刷, 并无法达成立体花紋之效果。
目前使用之纸杯, 为了防烫, 则需另以塑料托杯作为承托该纸杯之用, 其当 可防止纸杯握持之防烫效果, 但使用上必须增加该托杯之不便, 且使用后, 该纸 杯在丢弃后托杯还需收藏, 则有消弱该纸杯使用之方便性原意。
若以发泡方式在该纸制容器或半成品纸制品***发泡, 如美国专利第
5952068号, 其系使用压克力胶 (Acrylic) , 而另一美国专利第 6265040号, 其 发泡特性系在 65至 100°C发泡。前述所使用之压克力胶,其为高玻璃转化点者时, 容易在低温下发泡率不足, 而在高温时发生容器变形, 该纸杯内之淋膜层(PE或 PP) 损坏。 若采用低玻璃转化点者之压克力胶, 则在常温下容易发生黏性, 如半 成品采重迭方式备料储置,待需要时再加温发泡方式时将会发生困难, 使库存无法 掌握; 若使用受热在一定温度下迅速软化之压克力胶之基材, 一般系应用在芯片 切割或电子零件生产制程上, 其价格昂贵, 实不符使用于价格低廉之用后即丢之 纸制品上。
按前述所称以 65至 100°C可发泡之发泡基材,如可在纸制品上达到完全发泡, 其所需发泡时间将非常长, 此时间将令纸制容器变形、 损坏、 及回湿等问题, 且 生产效率甚低。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种新的纸制或塑 料制容器的制备方法, 由该方法制备得到的纸制或塑料制容器具有隔热、 保温、 防烫等效果, 该的容器外表面上还可具有彩色立体花紋, 与普通纸制或塑料制容 器相比, 其外型更为美观。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种隔热、 保温、 防烫纸制或塑料制容器的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
1、 液态接着剂与热发泡粒子粉搅拌混合, 得复合涂料;
2、将复合涂料涂布于连续纸匹或塑料所设定范围内或已成型之各种纸制或塑 料容器之表面所设定范围 (说明: 为了达到隔热、 保温、 防烫的效果, 只需将该 复合涂料涂布于成型容器之任何可供握持之位置与范围, 而不需全面涂布, 这种 可供握持之位置与范围即为所述的"设定范围", 这一点, 本领域普通技术人员可 视具体情况并根据实践经验来掌控) 内, 再将该纸匹、 塑料或成型容器进行加热
(加热的温度最好为 100至 140°C ) , 使该表面藉该发泡粒子产生发泡作用 (发 泡程度可以达到 20-50倍体积) , 同时该液态接着剂黏附于该容器之表层, 使纸 匹、 塑料或成型容器的表层形成黏附在其上的发泡层, 再将连续纸匹或塑料按照 现有技术制成所需要的成型容器。
上述制备方法中, 所述的液态接着剂可以为水性的聚醋酸乙烯酯树脂或聚乙' 烯 -聚醋酸乙烯酯树脂或以上两者按任意比例混合后所得到的混合液, 同样能在加 热发泡过程中, 具有凝固接着作用。 所述的液态接着剂均可直接从市场购得。
所述的热发泡粒子粉为热塑性聚合物内包覆低沸点溶剂, 可于最短时间完成 发泡而不伤及纸制品, 所述的热发泡粒子粉可直接从市场购得。
优选的, 将液态接着剂与热发泡粒子粉按照 5-20: 80-95的重量比例混合而 成。

前述立体花紋之突出程度, 可依涂布该复合涂料之厚度, 藉加热温度控制在 100至 140°C范围, 以获得所需花纹突出程度之需求者, 且可在短时间完成发泡, 以克服发泡时间过长之问题。

本发明将液态接着剂与发泡粒子粉配比在一起后,通过制程之加热发泡过程, 藉该材料特性, 达到快速发泡与不会损及纸制容器及其内膜, 且透过该容器表层: 之发泡层具有补强效果, 使盛装较高温物质时, 提供握持者不会产生热烫感, 以 提供保温、 隔热、 防烫保温效果。
本发明方法可适用制备各种纸制或塑料制容器, 如杯、 碗、 盘、 便当盒及各 种包装容器等, 均可达到隔热、 保温、 防烫及补强效果。 附图说明

为使贵审查员方便简捷了解本创作之其它特征内容与优点, 其所达成之功效 能够更为显现, 兹将本创作配合附图, 详细说明如下:
请参阅图 1所示, 本发明之制造方法, 系以液态接着剂 1添加热发泡粒子粉 2, 经搅拌混合 3之后形成复合涂料 4, 应用涂布方式, 至少包含喷涂 5、轮转 5,、 彩色印刷 5"等, 而将前述复合涂料 4涂布于半成品 6(如图 2-A)之后再制成容器' 7 或直接涂布于已制成之纸制容器 7' (如图 2B-C及图 3A〜C) ) 之表面, 再将该容 器 7、 7,通过加热装置 8进行加热, 使该表层藉该热发泡粒子粉 2产生发泡作用, 同时该液态接着剂 1黏附于该容器 7、 7'之表层, 使该表层形成一发泡层 9, 具有 补强效果, 并提供隔热、 保温效果。
前述液态接着剂 1可为水性的聚醋酸乙烯或乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯酯或以上两者混 合液, 同样能在加热发泡过程中, 具有凝固接着作用, 可提供库存及随取随用, 不会于常温下产生黏性者。
前述热发泡粒子粉 2为热塑性聚合物内包覆低沸点溶剂形成。
前述液态接着剂 1与热发泡粒子粉 2之混合比例为 5%〜20%重量, 其发泡程 度可以达到 4倍以上体积。
请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 前述之复合涂料 4可直接在轮转装置 5'之滚筒 51, 上设一图案模型, 藉轮转装置 5 '之滚筒 5 Γ上之图案模型而将复合涂料 4连续滚 压复印于卷筒式纸匹 P,的连续输出纸匹 P上, 再裁切出事先已然规划可制成该容 器 7之范围的半成品 6 (如图 2-A),透过容器成型 (非本案特征省略不予赘述)后, 再将该容器 7(7')加热, 使该容器外表层形成一发泡层 9(图 4-A)者。
请参阅图 1、 图 2、 图 4所示, 系藉前述之方法, 应用于纸制容器 7、 7,之表 层, 即可形成一隔热效果, 使盛装较高温物质时, 提供握持者不会产生热烫感, 更可提供保温效果; 再者, 请参阅图 3-A~C所示, 在表层上亦可应用图案模型, 供前述涂料之喷涂或轮转装置 (第一、 二图) , 使涂布在有花纹部份之复合涂料 4, 经加热装置加热后产生发泡作用, 以形成突出之立体花紋 9, 同时在该突出之 花紋, 即可提供握持之隔热效果, 达到多样化之美观性、 保温、 隔热、 防烫之多 重效益者。
请参阅图 1、 图 2- A〜C、 图 3-A~C、 图 4-A〜C所示, 前述之容器 7(7'), 可将 该复合涂料 4涂布于容器之任何可供握持之位置与范围, 而不需全面涂布; 亦可 将容器成型时同时凹陷 71(7Γ) (如图 4-C) 依适当范围, 再将复合涂料 4涂布于 该凹陷 71(7Γ)位置, 使复合涂料 4经加热发泡后将该凹陷 71(71 ')位置予以填平, 使容器 7(7')外表层恢复平整状态,即可提供握持位置之防烫效果,以降低成本者。
请参阅图 1、 图 3-A〜C、 图 4-A、 C所示, 前述之复合涂料 4可添加色料 11, 使发泡之位置产生多色彩之花紋; 亦可将该复合涂料 4于容器 7(7')表层发泡结合 后, 再应用彩色印刷 5"于该发泡层 9之发泡位置 (图 4-B、 C) 或整面发泡层 9 (图 4-A) 呈现彩色图样者。
前述立体花纹之突出程度, 藉加热温度在 100至 140Ό以获得所需花紋发泡 后之突出厚度者。
前述之发明所应用之实施例仅提供说明之参考, 其当包含各种纸制或塑料制 容器, 如杯、 碗、 盘、 便当盒及各种包装容器等, 以提供隔热、 保温、 防烫及补 强效果者。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种制备隔热、 保温、 防烫纸制或塑料容器的方法, 包括以下步骤:
( 1 ) 、 液态接着剂与热发泡粒子粉搅拌混合, 得到复合涂料;
(2)、将复合涂料涂布于连续纸匹或塑料所设定范围内或已成型之各种纸制 或塑料容器之表面所设定范围内, 后将该连续纸匹、 塑料或成型容器进行加热, 加热后的连续纸匹或塑料按照现有技术制成需要的成型容器。
2、 按照权利要求 1的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的液态接着剂是水性的聚醋酸 乙烯酯树脂、聚乙烯 -聚醋酸乙烯酯树脂或以上两者按任意比例混合后所得到的混 合物。
3、 按照权利要求 1的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的热发泡粒子粉为热塑性聚合 物内包覆低沸点溶剂。
4、 按照权利要求 1的方法, 其特征在于, 将液态接着剂与热发泡粒子粉按照 5-20: 80-95的重量比例混合。
5、 按照权利要求 1的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 (2) 在复合涂料中添加彩色 颜料后在进行涂布。
6、 按照权利要求 1的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 (2) 中先将容器外表层的设 定区域向容器内侧凹陷, 再将复合涂料涂布于该凹陷位置, 使复合涂料经加热发 泡后填平该凹陷位置, 使容器外表层恢复平整状态。
7、 按照权利要求 1的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤(2) 中所述的加热温度为 100 至 140Ό。
8、 由权利要求 1-7任何一项方法所制备得到的隔热、 保温、 防烫纸制或塑料 容器。
