Abstract

Изобретение относится к устройству для моллирования стеклянного листа, содержащему продольную черновую форму, содержащую две продольные черновые опоры, и отделочную раму, содержащую две боковые чистовые опоры и две продольные чистовые опоры, причем указанные опоры образуют формовочные рельсы, причем расстояние между серединами продольных чистовых опор меньше, чем расстояние между серединами боковых чистовых опор, черновая форма или отделочная рама способны перемещаться по вертикали относительно друг друга во время гибки, чтобы перейти из конфигурации черновой гибки в конфигурацию чистовой гибки, отличающемуся тем, что в конфигурации черновой гибки формовочные рельсы продольных черновых опор расположены выше, чем формовочные рельсы продольных чистовых опор, тем, что в конфигурации чистовой гибки формовочные рельсы продольных чистовых опор находятся выше, чем формовочные рельсы продольных черновых опор, и тем, что формовочные рельсы боковых чистовых опор являются единственными формовочными рельсами под боковыми ребрами стекла как в конфигурации черновой гибки, так и в конфигурации чистовой гибки. Изобретение относится также к способу гибки с применением устройства согласно изобретению. В частности, изобретение позволяет создать стеклопанель, имеющую слой эмали, ширина которого вдоль боковых ребер меньше, чем вдоль продольных ребер.
