Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предлагаются новые полипептиды, обладающие фосфолипазной активностью, включая, например, активность фосфолипазы А, В, С и D, активность пататина, активность фосфатаз фосфатидной кислоты (PAP) и/или липидацилгидролазы (LAH), кодирующие их нуклеиновые кислоты и антитела, которые с ними связываются. Также предлагаются промышленные способы, например дегуммирования масла, и продукты, связанные с применением таких фосфолипаз.
