Abstract

Изобретение относится к извлечению металлов, присутствующих в железосодержащих отходах выщелачивания цинка, в частности, в нейтральных и слабокислых отходах. Способ включает стадии: получения агломерата, содержащего, наряду с отходами выщелачивания цинка, не менее 5 мас.% углерода и от 2 до 10 мас.% серы; выпаривания упомянутого агломерата в неподвижном слое при температуре выше 1250°С с получением восстановленной железосодержащей фазы и цинксодержащих паров; и отвода упомянутых цинксодержащих паров. Высокое содержание S в исходном материале обеспечивает возможность применения относительно высоких рабочих температур без образования расплавленных фаз. Это гарантирует высокую скорость кинетики восстановления и выпаривания и позволяет применять компактные технологические схемы, например печи с неподвижным слоем.
