Abstract

Некоторые 1-циклические аминоалкилциклогексаны являются системно активными неконкурентными антагонистами рецептора NMDA и следовательно могут применяться для облегчения состояний, возникающих в результате нарушений глутаматэргического переноса. Что более важно, данные соединения обладают повышенной противосудорожной и противоэпилептической активностью, которой не обладают ближайшие аналоги соединения с нециклической аминогруппой. Содержащие их фармацевтические композиции и способ лечения состояний, которые улучшаются в результате применения таких соединений, в особенности, ослабляются судороги и эпилептические припадки, а также включен способ получения активных 1-циклических аминоалкилциклогексановых соединений и промышленное получение на их основе лекарственных средств.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
