Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue 0-Pyrazolo(thiono)- .
phosphor(phosphon)-säureester, welche eine insektizide und akarizide
Wirkung aufweisen, sowie Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung«
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß Pyrazolothionophosphorsäureester,
Z0B. 0,O-Dimethyl- bzw. 0,0-Diäthyl-0-/i-methyl-4-cyano-5-niethylmercaptopyrazolyl(3l]
- oder 0,0~Diäthyl-0-{3-methylpyrazolyl(5)7 -thionophosphorsäureester, insektizide und akarizide
Eigenschaften besitzen (vgl. Deutsche Offenlegungsschrift
2.037.853 und USA-Patentschrift 2.754.244).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen.0-Pyrazolo(thiono)-phosphor
(phosphon) -säureester der Formel

sich durch eine starke insektizide oder akarizide Wirksamkeit auszeichnen.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß die neuen O-Pyrazolo(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
der Konstitution (I) erhalten werden, wenn man
a) (Thiono)Phosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide der Formel
a) (Thiono)Phosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide der Formel
P-HaI (II)
mit Pyrazolderivaten der Formel
(HI)
in Gegenwart von Säurebindeiritteln oder in Form ihrer Alkali-,
Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze umsetzt oder
b) Trialkylphosphite der Formel

zur Reaktion bringt,
wobei in den Formeln (II) bis (V) R, R', R", R"f, R"" und X
die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzen, während Hai für ein Halogenatom steht.
Überrascherweise besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen O-Pyrazolo-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
eine erheblich höhere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als vorbekannte Verbindungen
analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Besonders haben sie sich bei der Bekämpfung von Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlingen bewährte Die erfindungsgemäßen Produkte stellen
somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar. Außerdem tragen sie zur Verringerung des großen Bedarfs an immer neuen Wirkstoffen
auf dem Gebiet der Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel bei. Letzterer kommt dadurch zustande, daß an die im Handel befindlichen
Mittel auch im Hinblick auf Fragen des Umweltschutzes immer höhere Anforderungen gestellt werden, wie geringe Warmblüter-
und Phytotoxizität, schneller Abbau in und auf der Pflanze in kurzen Karenzzeiten, Wirksamkeit gegen resistente
Schädlinge usw.o.
Verwendet man O-Äthyl-thiorio-äthanphosphonsäureesterchlorid
und 1-Methyl-3-carbäthoxy-4~ehlor-5~hydroxypyrazol bzw» Triäthylphosphit
und i-Methyl^-carbäthoxy-^^dichlor-pyrazolinon(5)
als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der Reaktionsverlauf durch

An verfahrensgemäß umzusetzenden (Thiono)-Phosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogeniden
seien beispielsweise genannt: 0,0-Dimethyl-, 0,O-Diäthyl-, 0,0-Di-n-propyl-, 0,0-Di-isopropyl,
O,O-Di-n-butyl-, 0,0--Di-sec.-butyl.., 0,0-Di-isobutyl-,
O,O-Di-tert.-butylphosphorsäureesterchlorid und die entsprechenden
Thionoanalogen, ferner
O-Methyl-, O-Äthyl-, O-n-Propyl-, 0-iso~Propyl-, O-n-Butyl-,
O-sec.-Butyl-, O-iso-Butyl-, O-tert.-Butylmethan-, -äthan-,
-propan-, -butan bzw. -phenyl-phosphorsäureesterchlorid sowie die entsprechenden Thionoanalogen.
Das Herstellungsverfahren wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs-bzw. Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als
solche kommen praktisch alle inerten Solventien in Frage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls
chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe. Die Verfahrensvariante a) wird vor allem in Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid,
Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, Äther, wie Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketonen, beispielsweise
Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobuty!keton,
außerdem in Nitrilen, wie Aceto- oder Propionitril durchgeführt, während man reaktionsgemäß die Verfahrensvariante b) bevorzugt in Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Äther,
z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketonen, wie Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon,
außerdem Nitrilen, wie Aceto- und Propionitril ablaufen läßt.
Als Säureakzeptoren können bei Verfahrensvariante a) alle üblichen
Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und
Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische,
aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin,
Dimethylamin, Dimethy!anilin, DirnethyIbenzylamin

und'iPyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen können in einem größeren Bereich variiert
werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 120, vorzugsweise bei 25 bis 800C.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck eingeführt.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangsstoffe im allgemeinen in äquimolaren Verhältnissen ein. Die ÜmsetzunT
gen werden bevorzugt in Anwesenheit eines der oben genannten Solventien bei den angegebenen Temperaturen, bei Verfahrensvariante a) außerdem gegebenenfalls in Anwesenheit eines Säureakzeptors
vorgenommen. Nach mehrstündiger Reaktion meist bei erhöhten Temperaturen unter Rühren wird der Ansatz in üblicher
Weise aufgearbeitet.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen meist in Form von Ölen an, die sich zum Teil nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen., jedoch
durch sogenanntes " Andestillier enf», d^h«, längeres Erhitzen
unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen .von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese
Weise gereinigt werden können,, Zu ihrer Charakterisierung
dient der Brechungsindex,, Zum Teil .erhält man die Produkte
auch in Form kristalliner Stoffe mit scharfem Schmelzpunkte
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die neuen O-Pyrazolo(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
durch eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit gegenüber Pflanzen-,
Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlingen aus» Sie besitzen dabei sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten
und Milben (Acarina). Gleichzeitig weisen sie eine geringe Phytotoxizität neben einer zum Teil fungiziden Wirkung
auf.

Aus diesen Gründen werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen,
wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, mit Erfolg als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel
im Pflanzen- und Vorratsschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor eingesetzt.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum
padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoflfellaus (Macrosiphum
.solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralis und Wanzen, beispielsweise die Rüben- (piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub-(Rhodnius prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans),
ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettiz bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis),
der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter (Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria),
weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule
(Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae), kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler
(Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugi'perda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta padella), Mehl- (Ephestia kühniella ) und große
Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella),

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben
(Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius = Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe

auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter
Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Träger stoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln. Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können
z. B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel
verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder Alkylnaphthaline,
chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z. B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie. Butanol oder Glycol sowie
deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthy!keton,
Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungs-^
mittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie
Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler
Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z. B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, z. B. Freon;
als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit,
oder Diatomeenerde, und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als Emulgiermittel:
nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z. B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-Äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate,
und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z. B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen
und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und
95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und
90 56.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen
oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige
Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht
in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen.* Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen,
Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wi-^kstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen
können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 56, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 56.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 56 oder sogar den 1OO56igen Wirkstoff allein
auszubringen.

Zu einer Mischung aus 17,6 g (0,1MoI) 1 -Methyl^-carbamoyl^-
chlor-5-hydroxy-pyrazol und 15 g Kaliumcarbonat in 100 ml Acetonitril
fügt man 19 g (0,1 Mol) 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurediesterchlorid
und erwärmt die Mischung anschließend unter Rühren 8 Stunden auf 80°C. Dann wird das Reaktionsgemisch
abgekühlt, in Wasser gegossen, mit Benzol ausgeschüttelt, die organische Phase mit Wasser gewaschen, das Lösungsmittel unter
vermindertem Druck abdestilliert und der Rückstand aus Essigester umkristallisiertο Man erhält 12 g (37 % der Theorie)
OjO-Diäthyl-O-fj-methyl^-carbamoyl^-chlor-pyrazolyl (5)J thionophosphorsäureester
mit dem Schmelzpunkt 1320C.

carbäthoxy-4-chlorpyrazol(5)yl/-phosphorsäureester mit dem

Zu einem Gemisch aus 42 g (0,2 Mol) 1-Cyanoäthyl-3-carbäthoxy-.
5-hydroxy-pyrazol und 30 g Kaliumcarbo nat in 300 ml Acetonitril tropft man unter Rühren 35 g'(0,2 Mol) G,O-Diäthy!phosphor-,
säurediesterchlorid, wobei die Temperatur der Mischung auf 35°C
ansteigt. Anschließend wird der Ansatz unter Rühren 4 Stunden
auf 40 bis 45°C erhitzt, abgekühlt, in Wasser gegossen, mit Benzol ausgeschüttelt, die organische Phase mit Wasser bis
zur neutralen Reaktion gewaschen, getrocknet, das Lösungsmittel unter vermindertem Druck entfernt und der Rückstand "andestilliert11.
Es hinterbleiben 48 g (70 % der Theorie) des 0,0-Diäthyl-0-Γΐ-cyanoäthyl-3-carbäthoxy-pyrazol(5)ylj-phosphorsäureesters
vom Brechungsindex n^ = 1,4791.
In analoger Weise wie in den vorstehenden Beispielen beschrieben,

Die als Ausgangsprod-ukte benötigten Pyrazolderivate der Formeln
(III) bzw. (V) können beispielsweise wie folgt hergestellt werden:
a) HO-

Zu einer Mischung von 182 g (1MoI) des Natriumsalzes des Oxalessigsäuredimethylesters
und 46 g (1 Mol) Methylhydrazin in 500 ml Methanol fügt man 90 ml reine, konzentrierte Salzsäure,
wobei die Innentemperätur auf 40 bis 500C ansteigt. Nach 3
stündigem Rühren wird der flüchtige Anteil abgedampft, der Rückstand mit Wasser angerieben, abgesaugt, getrocknet und aus
Acetonitril umkristallisiert. Man erhält 77 g (50 % der Theorie)
des 1-Methyl-3-carbmethoxy-5-hydroxypyrazols vom Schmelzpunkt 194 bis 1960C.

Man rührt 16 g (0,1 Mol) 1-Methyl-3-carbmethoxy-5<i-hydroxypyrazol
zusammen mit 100 ml cirka 26#iger Ammonhydroxydlösung 48 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur. Anschließend wird das überschüssige
Ammoniak unter vermindertem Druck abgezogen, die Reaktionsmischung mit Wasser verdünnt, geklärt, mit 10 ml reiner konzentrierter
Salzsäure angesäuert, anschließend der ausfallende Niederschlag abgesaugt und auf Ton getrocknet. Man erhält 9. g

Zu einer Lösung von 54 g (0,3 Mol) 1-Cyanoäthyl-3-carbamoyl-5-hydroxypyrazol
in 800 ml Methylenchlorid tropft man unter Rühren 81 g Sulfurylchlorid, wobei die Temperatur auf 35 bis
40°C ansteigt. Anschließend wird das Reaktionsgemisch 6 Stunden unter Rückfluß gekocht, abgekühlt, von Verunreinigungen
befreit, danach unter vermindertem Druck das Lösungsmittel abgedampft und der Rückstand aus einem Essigester-Ligroin-Gemisch
umkristallisiert. Auf diese Weise erhält man 44 g (59 % der Theorie) des 1-Cyanoäthyl^-carbamoyl^,4-dichlorpyrazolons
(5) mit dem Schmelzpunkt 122°C.

In eine Mischung von 34 g (0,2 Mol) 1 -Methyl^-carbäthoxy-^-
hydroxypyrazol in 350 ml Isopropanol leitet man bei 75-800C
langsam Chlorwasserstoff ein« Nach ungefähr 5 Stunden wird die Mischung unter vermindertem Druck eingeengt, der Rückstand
in Natronlauge gelöst, filtriert, mit Eisessig versetzt, der Niederschlag abgesaugt, mit Wasser gewaschen und auf Ton
getrocknet. Man erhält 20 g (54 % der Theorie) des 1-Methyl-3-carbisopropoxy-5-hydroxy-pyrazols
mit dem Schmelzpunkt 1530C
