Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung als Insektizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Halogenphenyl-pyridazino-thionophosphor
(phosphon) -säureester, welche insektizide Eigenschaften aufweisen sowie ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung«
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß Phenyl-pyridazino(thiono)-phosphorsäureester,
ζλ,Βο der 0,0-Diäthyl-O- 6-phenyl-pyrddazinyl-(3) thionophosphorsäureester,
eine insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit besitzen (vgl„ die Deutsche Offenlegungsschrift 2o043o
745).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen Halogenphenyl-pyridazimothino-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
der Formel

R1 für einen Alkyl- oder Alkoxyrest mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen
oder den Phenylrest stehen, während Hai ein Halogenatom bedeutet,

sich durch eine starke insektizide Wirkung auszeichnen.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß Halogenphenyl-pyridazino-thionophosphor(phosphon)-säureester
der Konstituion (I) erhalten werden, wenn man Thionophosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide der

mit 3-Hydroxypyridazinoderivaten der Formel

in welchen Formeln
R, R1 und Hai die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzen,
in Anwesenheit von Säureakzeptoren oaer in Form der entsprechenden
Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze umsetzt.
Überrascherweise besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen Halogen-phenylpyridazino-thionophosphor(phosphon)-säureester
eine erheblich stärkere insektizide neben einer akariziden Wirkung als die bekannten Phenyl-pyridazirD(thiono)-phosphorsäureester analoger
Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik
dar. Außerdem tragen die neuen Verbindungen zur Verringerung des großen Bedarfs an immer neuen Wirkstoffen auf dem Gebiet
der Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel bei. Letzterer entsteht dadurch, daß an die im Handel befindlichen Mittel gerade auch im'"Hinblick
auf Fragen des Umweltschutzes immer höhere Anforderungen gestellt werden, wie geringe Warmblüter- und Phytotoxizität,
schneller Abbau in und auf der Pflanze in kurzen Karenzzeiten, Wirksamkeit gegen resistente Schädlinge usw..

Verwendet man 6-(p-Chlorphenyl)-3-hydroxypyridazin und 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der Reaktionsverlauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsmaterialien sind durch die Formeln (II) und (III) eindeutig allgemein definiert.
Vorzugsweise steht R darin jedoch für Alkyl und R^
für Alkyl oder Alkoxy mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Phenyl, während Hai vorzugsweise ein Chlor- oder Bromatom bedeutet
.
Als Beispiele für verfalirensgemäß verwendbare Thionophosphor-(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide
(II) seien im einzelnen genannt: 0,0-Diäthyl-, 0,0-Diisopropyl-, 0,O-Dibutyl-, 0,0-Di-tert.-butyl-,
O-Äthyl-0-isppropyl-, O-Äthyl-0-propyl-, O-Äthyl-0-butyl-,
O-Isopropyl-O-butyl- und O-Propyl-0-butyl-thiono-phosphorsäureestörchlorid
bzw. -bromid, ferner
O-Äthyl-äthan-, O-Propyl-äthan-, O-Isopropyl-äthan-, O-Äthylpropan-,
O-Äthyl-isopropan-, O-Äthyl-butan-, O-Isopropyl-propan-,
O-Äthyl-phenyl-, O-Isopropyl-phenyl- und O-Butyl-phenyl-thionophosphonsäureesterchlorid
bzw. -bromid.
An verfahrungsgemäß verwendbaren Pyridazinoderivaten (III) kommen
beispielsweise in Betracht:
6-(p-Chlor- bzw. p-Brom-phenyl)-3-hydroxypyridazin.
Die zu verwendenden säurehalogenide und Pyridaeinderivate sind

bekannt und können nach üblichen Methoden hergestellt werden.
Als Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel kommen bei Durchführung des Verfahrens praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien in Frage.
Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol,
Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, Äther, zvB. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther,
Dioxan, ferner Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, vorzugsweise
Acetonitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren kommen alle üblichen Säurebindemittel in Betracht. Als besonders geeignet erwiesen sich Alkalicarbonate
und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat
bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Dimethylamin,
Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen können innerhalb eines, größeren Bereichs
variiert werden.' Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 10 und 120, vorzugsweise bei 60 bis 800C.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ausgeführt.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangskomponenten im allgemeinen in äquimolarem Verhältnis in einem der oben
genannten Lösungsmittel bei den angegebenen Temperaturen, gegebenenfalls in Anwesenheit eines Säureakzeptors, um. Nach mehrstündigem
Rühren der Mischung bei erhöhter Temperatur wird erstere eventuell filtriert,in Wasser gegossen, der sich ausscheidende
kristalline Niederschlag abgesaugt, gewaschen und umkristallisiert.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen in kristalliner Form an
und werden durch ihren Schmelzpunkt charakterisiert.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Produkte besitzen, wie bereits erwähnt, - bei nur geringer Phytotoxizität - eine hervorragende insektizide
neben einer akariziden Wirksamkeit gegenüber Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlingen. Sie zeichnen 'sich dabei sowohl
durch eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben(Acarina) aus.
Aus diesen Gründen werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, besonders im Pflanzen-
und Vorratsschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor eingesetzt.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum
padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoflellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolli), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korscheltl), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali)f mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Cocclna), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralis und
Wanzen, beispielweeise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub-(Rhodnius prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans),
ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter
(Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria), weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule
(Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae), kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler
(Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta padella), Mehl- (Ephestia kühniella ) und große
Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera) z.B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria),
Kartoffel- (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Ampfer- (Gastrophysa viridula), Meerrettichblatt- (Phaedon cochleariae), Rapsglanz-(Meligethes
aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentosus), Speisebohnen-
(Bruchidius = Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck-(Dermestes
frischi), Khapra- (Trogoderma granarius), rotbrauner" Reismehl- (Tribolium castaneum), Mais- (Calandra oder Sitophilus
zeamais), Brot- (Stegobiura paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrio
molitor) und Getreideplattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surinasensis), aber auch im Boden lebende Arten.ζ. B. Drahtwürmer (Agriotes
sr?ec.) und Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die
Deutsche (Blattella germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta americana), Madeira- (Leucophaea oder Rhyparobia maderae),
Orientalische (Blatta orientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus)
und schwarze Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z.B. das Heimchen (Acehta;
xdomesticus); Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitemes
flavipes) und Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise (Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau-(Drosophila
melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis
capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Fannia canicularis), Glanz- (Phormia regina) und Schmeißfliege
(Calliphora erythrocephala) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys
calcitrans); ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber- (Aedes aegypti), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke
(Anopheles stephensi)„

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben (Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius =
Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe (Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi),
Gallmilben, z.B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribls) und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe
(Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus); schließlich Zecken wie die Lederzecke (Ornithodorus moubata).
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge,
besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen
übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und G anulate. Diese werden in
bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter
Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln. Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können
z. B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel
verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder Alkylnaphthaline,
chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z. B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie
deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel,
wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie
Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler
Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z. B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, z. B. Freon;
als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit,
oder Diatomeenerde, und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als Emulgiermittel:
nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
ζ. B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-Äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate,
und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z. B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und
95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und
90 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen
oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht
in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen,, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen,
Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wi.-kstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen
können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 %f vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 % oder sogar den 1OO96igen Wirkstoff allein
auszubringen.

1 cm der Wirkstoffzubereitung wird auf eine Filterpäpierscheibe
von etwa 7 cm Durchmesser aufpipettiert. Man legt sie in ein Glas, in dem sich etwa 30 Fruchtfliegen
(Ceratitis capitata) befinden und deckt mit einer Glasplatte ab.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten bestimmt man den Abtötungsgrad
in %. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Fliegen abgetötet
wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Fliegen abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge "lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält , und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) taufeucht und besetzt sie mit Raupen der
Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in %
bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen getötet
wurden, während 0 % angibt, daß keine Raupen getötet wurden.

Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolather
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Mange Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Kohlpflanzen (Brassica
oleracea), welche stark von der Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae) befallen sind, tropfnass besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird dsr Abtötungsgrad in 96 bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Blattläuse abgetötet
wurden, 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.

Beispiel; (C0H1-O)0P-O-(Z W/ Λ -Cl
83 g (0,4 Mol) 6-(p-Chlorphenyl)-pyridazon(3) werden in 460
ecm Acetonitril gelöst. Nach Zugabe von 70 g Kaliumcarbonat tropft man bei 700C 83 g (0,42 Mol) 0,0-Diäthyl-thionophos~
phorsäurediesterchlorid zu der Mischung. Zur Vervollständigung
der Umsetzung erwärmt man das Reaktionsgemisch anschließend unter Rühren 5 Stunden auf 700C und läßt es erkalten.
Nach eventueller Filtration wird der Ansatz in Wasser gegossen, der ausgeschiedene Niederschlag abgesaugt, einmal mit
Wasser und zweimal mit Petroläther gewaschen. Das Produkt kann aus einem Gemisch Petroläther/Essigsäureäthylester umkristallisiert
werden. Man erhält 65 g (45,5 % der Theorie) des 0,0-Diäthyl-0-6-(p~-chlorphenyl)-pyridazinyl
3) -thionophosphorsäureesters in Form beigefarbener Kristalle mit dem Schmelzpunkt
97°Co

Hai *f~\fi~\oJp ^0R (I)Nriin welcherR für einen Alkyl- mit 1 bis 6 und R1 für einen Alkyl- oder Alkoxyrest mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen oder den Phenylrest stöht, während Hai ein Halogenatom bedeutet, - 2) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Halogenphenyl-pyridazino-thiono-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Thionophosphor(phosphon)-saureesterhalogenide der FormelS
RO '/^P-HaI (II)mit 3-Hydroxypyridazinoderivaten der Formelin welchen FormelnR, R1 und Hai die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung besitzen,in Anwesenheit von Säureakzeptoren oder in Form der entsprechenden Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze umsetzt.
