Pyridazino-thiono-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Pyridazino-thionophosphor(phosphon)-säureester,
welche insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften aufweisen, sowie ein Verfahren zu ihrer
Herstellung.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß Hydroxy-pyridazino(thiono)-phosphorsäureester,
wie z. B. der 0,0-Dimethyl- bzw. O,O-Diäthyl-0-/^-hydroxy-pyridazinyl-(3.27-thionophosphorsäureester,
insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften aufweisen (vgl. USA-Patentschrift 2 759 938).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen Pyridazirio-thionophosphor(phosphon)-säureester
der Formel (I)

R einen niederen Alkyl- oder den Phenylrest, R1 und R2 verzweigte oder geradkettige niedere Alkyl-
gruppen und
R2 außerdem einen geraden oder verzweigten
niederen Alkoxy- bzw. den Phenylrest bedeuten,
sich durch eine starke insektizide und akarizide Wirkung auszeichnen.

Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß Pyridazino-thiono-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester
der Konstitution (I) erhalten werden, wenn man ihionophosphor(phosphon)säureesterhalogenide der
Formel· (II)

mit 6-Hydroxypyridazinoderivaten der Formel (III)
in welchen -
R, R1 und R2 die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzen
und Hai für ein Halogenatom steht,
in Anwesenheit von Säureakzeptoren oder in Form der entsprechenden
Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze umsetzt.
Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen Pyridazinothiono-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
eine erheblich stärkere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die bekannten Hydroxypyridazino(thiono)-phosphorsäureester
analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe
stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man 3-Methyl-6-hydroxypyridazin und 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der Reaktionsverlauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben
werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsmaterialien sind durch die Formelr
(II) und (III) eindeutig allgemein definiert.
Vorzugsweise stehen R^ und R2 jedoch für verzweigte oder geradkettige
Alkylreste mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl,
Äthyl, n- oder iso-Propyl, n-, iso-, see.-oder tert.-Butyl, ausserdem
bedeutet R2 bevorzugt eine Äthoxygruppe, Isopropoxygruppe
oder den Phenylrest, während Hai vorzugsweise ein Chloratom ist und R für eine Methylgruppe oder den Phenylrest steht.
Als Beispiele für verwendbare Thionophosphor(phosphorsäureesterhalogenide
seien im einzelnen genannt:
0,0-Diäthyl-, 0,0-Diisopropyl-, 0,0-Dibutyl-, 0,0-Di-tert.-butyl-,
0-Äthyl-O-isopropyl-, O-Äthyl-O-propyl-, O-Äthyl-O-butyl-,
O-Isopropyl-0-butyl- und O-Propyl-0-butyl-thionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
bzw. -bromid.
O-Äthyl-äthan-, O-Propyl-äthan-, O-Isopropyl-äthan-, O-Äthylpropan-,
0-Äthyl-isopropan-, 0-Äthyl-butan-, O-Isopropylpropan-,
O-Äthyl-phenyl-, O-Isopropyl-phenyl- und O-Butylphenyl-thionophosphonsäureesterchlorid
bzw. -bromid.
Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Säurehalogenide und Pyridazinderivate sind bekannt und können nach bekannten
Methoden hergestellt werden.
Als Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel kommen bei Durchführung
des Verfahrens alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage.
Hierzu gehören alle aliphatischen und aromatischen, gegebenenfalls chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol,
Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, Äther, z. B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther,

Dioxan, ferner Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl-
und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, insbe
sondere Acetonitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren kommen alle üblichen Säurebindemittel
infrage. Als besonders geeignet erwiesen sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat,
-methylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin,
Dirnethylamin, Dirnethylanilin, Dirnethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
ψ Die Reaktionstemperaturen können in einem größeren Bereich
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 10 und 900C, vorzugsweise bei 40 bis 500C. .,,. - ■—
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ausgeführt.
Bei der Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangs-. komponenten in äquimolarem Verhältnis in einem geeigneten
Lösungsmittel bei den angegebenen Temperaturen, gegebenenfalls in Anwesenheit eines Säureakzeptors, um. Nach mehrstündigem
Rühren der Mischung bei erhöhter Temperatur wird die gelbe Mischung in Wasser gegossen, mit einem Kohlenwasserstoff,
vorzugsweise Benzol, aufgenommen und in bekannter Weise " aufgearbeitet. _: ^1--
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen meist in Form farbloser
bis schwach gelb gefärbter, viskoser, wasserunlöslicher Öle an, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch
durch sogenanntes "Andestillieren", d. h. längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen,
von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese V/eise gereinigt werden können. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung
dient vor allem der Brechungsindex.

Kristalline Substanzen werden durch ihren Schmelzpunkt charakterisiert.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Produkte besitzen, wie bereits erwähnt, - bei nur geringer Phytotoxizität - eine hervorragende insek- /
tizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit. Darüber hinaus zeichnen sie sich zum Teil durch eine rodentizide Nebenwirkung.aus.
Die pestizide Wirkung setzt schnell ein und hält lange an. Aufgrund dieser überraschenden, technisch wertvollen Eigenschaften
finden die neuen Stoffe zur Bekämpfung von schädlichen saugenden und beißenden Insekten sowie von Milben
vor allem im Pflanzenschutz Verwendung.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartofellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifol.ii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus
korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die
Efeuschildi- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus); Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips fermoralis und Wan-™
zen, beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub- (Rhodnius prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner
Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.

Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau-(Drosophila
melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis capitata) Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Fannia canicularis),
Glanz- (Phormia aegina) und Schmeißfliege (Calliphora erythrocephala) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans);
ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber- (Aedes aegypti), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles
stephensi).

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben (Tetranychidae) wie die Bonnen- (Tetranychus telarius =
Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe (Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi),
Gallmilben, z.B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis) und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe
(Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyelamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus);
schließlich Zecken wie die Lederzecke (Ornithodorus moubata).
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Je nach ihrem Anwendungszweck können die neuen Wirkstoffe in die
üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe
mit Streckmitteln, d.h. flüssigen lösungsmitteln und/ oder Trägerstoffen gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln also Emulgier- und/oder Dispergiermitteln, wobei z.B. im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel
gegebenenfalls organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden können. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel
kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten (z.B. Xylol,
Benzol), chlorierte Aromaten (z.B. Chlorbenzole), Paraffine (z.B. Erdölfraktionen), Alkohole (z.B. Methanol, Butanol),
stark polare Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxyd
sowie Wasser; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle (z.B. Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide) und
synthetische Gesteinsmehle (z.B. hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Silikate); als Emulgiermittel: nichtionogene und anionische
Emulgatoren wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z.B. Alkylarylpolyglykoläther, Alkylsulfonate und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin,
Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und
95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 #.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen können in einem größeren Bereich
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen verwendet man Konzentrationen von 0,0005 bis 20 $, vorzugsweise von 0,005 bis
5 JS. ■ '
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder der daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie ge-
f brauchsfertige Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubemittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung
geschieht in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Gießen, Verspritzen, Vernebeln, Vergasen, Verräuchern, Verstreuen, Verstäuben usw.
Überraschenderweise zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte im Vergleich zu den bisher aus der Literatur bekannten Wirkstoffen
analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung durch eine wesentlich bessere Wirksamkeit bei erheblich geringerer
Warmblütertoxizität aus. Sie stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar. Diese unerwartete Überlegenheit
t sowie die hervorragende Wirkung der verfahrensgemäß herstellbaren
Verbindungen geht aus den folgenden Versuchsergebnissen hervor:

lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) taufeucht und besetzt sie mit Raupen der
Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in $
bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen getötet
wurden, während 0 $ angibt, daß keine Raupen getötet wurden.
Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, Auswertungszeiten und

Dabei bedeutet 100 #, daß alle Käfer-Larven getötet wurden. 0 # bedeutet, daß keine Käfer-Larven getötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält
und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Kohlpflanzen (Brassica
oleracea), welche stark von der Ffirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae) befallen sind, tropfnass besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten .wird der Abtötungsgrad in i° bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 fa, dass alle Blattläuse abgetötet
wurden, 0 i<> bedeutet, dass keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.

Lösungsmittel: 3 'Gewichtsteile Aceton
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält,
und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 -30 cm haben, tropfnass besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark mit allen Entwicklungsstadien
der gemeinen Spinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der 7/irkstoffzubereitung
bestimmt, indem man die toten Tiere auszählt. Der so erhaltene Abtötungsgrad wird in fo angegeben. 100 $ bedeutet,
dass alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden, 0 $ bedeutet, dass
keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

48,5 g (0,48 Mol) 3-Methyl-pyridazon-(6) hergestellt nach
0. Poppenberg, Ber. dtsch. ehem. Ges. 34. 3264 (1901);
(Pp. 1430CQy werden in 250 ecm Acetonitril gelöst. Nach Zugabe
von 66 g (0,48 Mol) gepulvertem Kaliumcarbonat rührt man die Mischung eine halbe Stunde bei 40 bis 500C und tropft
dann bei dieser Temperatur 75 g (0,4 Mol) Diäthylthionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
zum Reaktionsgemisch. Es tritt dabei eine schwach positive Wärmetönung auf. Zur Vervollständigung
der Umsetzung erwärmt man die Mischung 3 Stunden auf 400C,
läßt sie danach erkalten, gießt das Reaktionsgemisch in Wasser und nimmt das ausgeschiedene Öl in Benzol auf. Die benzolische
Lösung wird einmal mit 2 η Natronlauge, dann mit Wasser bis zur neutralen Reaktion gewaschen und schließlich über Natriumsulfat
getrocknet. Nach Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels hinterbleiben 81 g (77,2 # der Theorie) des 0,0-Diäthyl-O-/3~-methyl-pyridazin-(6)-yl7-thionophosphorsäureesters
in Form eines dunkelroten, nicht destillierbaren Öles mit dem

Brechungsindex η β = 1,5139.

Claims (6)
1) Pyridazino-thiono-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester der
Formel
in welcher
R einen niederen Alkyl- oder den Phenylreat, R1 und R2 geradkettige oder verzweigte niedere Alkyl-
gruppen und
R2 außerdem einen geraden oder verzweigten
niederen Alkoxy- bzw. den Phenylrest "bedeuten.
2) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pyridazino-thiono-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Thionophosphor(phosphon)säureesterhalogenide der Formel

mit 6-Hydroxypyridazino-Derivaten der Formel
in Anwesenheit von Säureakzeptoren oder in Form der entsprechenden
Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze umsetzt,

R, R- und R2 die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung besitzen,

3) Insektizide und akarizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1.
4) Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1
auf Insekten und/oder Milben bzw. deren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
5) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Insektiziden und akariziden Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen
gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Streck- und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln mischt.
6) Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
