O,S-Dialkyl-O-pyrazoldithiophosphorsäureestert
Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue 0,S-Dialkyl-O-pyrazoldithiophosphorsäureester,
ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß Pyrazölοthionophosphorsäureester,
z.B. 0,0-Dimethyl-O-jB-carbäthoxy-^chlor-l-methyl-pyrazol(5)ylj bzw.
O.O-Diäthyl-O-Cij-methyl- bzw. ^-carbäthoxy-l-methyl^-
methyl- bzw. -3-carbäthoxy-4-chlor-l-(2-cyanäthyl)-pyrazol(5)yl]-thionophosphorsäureester,
insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften besitzen (vergleiche USA-Patentschrift 2.754.244 und Deutsche
Offenlegungsschrift 2.219.484).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen (^S-Dialkyl-O-pyrazoldithiophosphorsäureester
der Formel

R2 für Cyanalkyl mit 1 bis A Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylteil,

je Alkyl- bzw. Alkoxyrest steht, während
R Wasserstoff oder Halogen bedeutet,
sich durch starke insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften auszeichnen.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß die 0,S-Dialkyl-0-pyrazoldithiophosphorsäureester
der Formel (i) erhalten werden, wenn man l-Cyanalkyl-5-hydroxy-pyrazolderivate der Formel

Überraschenderweise besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen O,S-Dialkyl-O-pyrazoldithiophosphorsäureester
eine bessere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die bekannten Verbindungen analoger
Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die Stoffe vorliegender Erfindung stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung
der Technik dar.
Verwendet man beispielsweise O-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-thionothiolphosphorsäurediesterchlorid
und 4-Chlor-l-(2-cyan-n-propyl)-5-hydroxy-3-methyl-pyrazol als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der

Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden l-Cyanalkyl-5-hydroxypyrazolderivate
(II) sind bekannt (vergleiche Deutsche Offenlegungsschrift 2.219.484 und veröffentlichte Niederländische
Patentanmeldung 7#2o9.o5l), ebenso wie die 0,S-Dialkyldithiophosphorsäurediesterhalogenide
(III) (vergleiche UDSSR-Patentschrift 184.863).

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter
Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen
praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls
chlorierte, Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-,
Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile,
wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate
und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, Natrium- und Kaliummethylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische,
aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und
Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen ο und IZo0C, vorzugsweise bei 2o bis 7o°C.
Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.

Bei der Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangskomponenten
vorzugsweise in äquimolaren Verhältnissen ein. Ein Überschuß des einen oder anderen Reaktionspartners bringt
keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die Reaktion wird vorzugsweise in einem der angegebenen Lösungsmittel in Gegenwart eines
Säureakzeptors bei erhöhter Temperatur durchgeführt. Nach
beendeter Reaktion kühlt man die Reaktionsmischung ab, gießt sie in Wasser und schüttelt mit einem organischen Lösungsmittel,
z.B. Methylenchlorid, aus. Die organische Phase wird wie üblich durch Waschen, Trocknen und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels
aufgearbeitet.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen in Form von Ölen an, die sich zum Teil nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes
"Andestillieren", d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter
vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt
werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen O,S-Dialkyl-O-pyrazoldithiophosphorsäureester durch
eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken gegen Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge,
und gegen Parasiten (Ektoparasiten) auf dem Veterinär -medizinischen Sektor. Sie besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität sowohl
eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie im Hygiene- und Vorratsschutz und auf dem Veterinärsektor als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel
eingesetzt werden.

Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit
und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten, Spinnentieren und Nematoden,

Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe erfolgt in
Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/oder den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von
0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen
0,01 und 10 Gew.-96 liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepaßten üblichen Weise.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

-dosen, -Spiralen u.a. sowie ULV-KaIt- und Warmnebel-Fonnulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.3. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also
flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gaser, und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung

Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator : 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolather
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt
das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) taufeucht und besetzt sie mit Raupen der
Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen abgetötet wurden; 0 %
bedeutet, daß keine Raupen abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und
verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Kohlpflanzen (Brassica
oleracea), welche stark von der Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae) befallen sind, tropfnaß besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Blattläuse abgetötet
wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.

Tetranychus-Test (resistent)
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration
.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die stark von allen EntwicklungsStadien der gemeinen
Spinnmilbe oder Bohnenspinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) befallen sind, tropf naß besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden;
0 % bedeutet, daß keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.
Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, Auswertungszeiten und
Resultate gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle 3 hervor:

Herstellungsbeispiele
Beispiel 1;

CN
In eine Anschlämmung von 17 g (0,1 Mol) 1-(2-Cyan-n-propyl)-3-methyl-5-hydroxypyrazol
rand 15 g Kaliumcarbonat gießt man 22 g (o,1 Mol) O-Äthyl-S-n-propylthionothiolphosphorsäurediesterchlorid,
rührt die Reaktionsmischung 3 Stunden bei 60 C nach,
kühlt sie ab, gießt den Ansatz in Wasser und schüttelt ihn mit Methylenchlorid aus. Die organische Phase wird 2 mal mit je 500 ml
Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, und unter vermindertem Druck "andestilliert". Man erhält 28 g (81 % der
Theorie) O-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-^i (2-cyan-n-propyl)-3-methyl-pyrazol
(5)yl7-thionothiolphosphorsäureester mit dem Brechungsindex n^2: 1,5231.

- Ansprüche
■ 1. /O,S--Dialkyl-O—pyrazoldithiophosphorsäureester der Formelin welcherR und R für gleiche oder verschiedene Alkylreste mit 1 bis 6,ο
R für Cyanalkyl mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen imAlkylteil,R für Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 oder Carbalkoxy mit 1 bis Kohlenstoffatomen je Alkyl- bzw. Alkoxyrest steht,während

R Wasserstoff oder Halogen bedeutet. - 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von O/S-Dialkyl-O-pyrazoldithiophosphorsäureestern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man 1-Cyanalkyl-5-hydroxy-pyrazolderivate der FormelR4 R3R2in welcher2 3 4
R , R und R die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben,gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren oder gegebenenfalls in Form der entsprechenden Alkali-, Erdalkalibzw. - 5. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
