Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Pyrazolo-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester,
welche insektizide und akarizide, z. T. auch rodentizide Eigenschaften haben, sowie
ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
Aus der USA-Patentschrift 2,75^.244 ist bereits bekannt,
daß Metbylpyrazolo-(thiono)-phosphorsäureester eine insektizide und akarizide Wirkung besitzen.
Es wurde gefunden, daß die neuen Pyrazolo-(thiono)-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester
der Formel (I)

Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß die Pyrazolo-(thiono)-pbosphor-(pbosphon)-säureester
der Konstitution (I) erhalten werden, wenn man (Thiono)Phosphor(phosphon)säureesterhalogenide der
Struktur (II)

wobei in vorgenannten Formeln
R, R1, Y und X die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzen,
während Hai für ein Halogen-, vorzugsweise Chloratom
steht,
in Form der entsprechenden Salze oder in Gegenwart von Säurebindemitteln umsetzt.
Überraschenderweise zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen
Pyrazolo-(thiono)-pbospbor(phosphon)-säureester durch eine /
erheblich höhere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die bekannten Methylpyrazolo(tbiono)phosphorsäureester analoger
Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungriebtung aus. Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der
Technik dar.

Verwendet man beispielsweise 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurediesterchlorid
und 1-Methyl-3-hydroxy-^-cyano-5-inethylniereaptopyrazol

Die für das Herstellungsverfahren zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe
werden durch die Formeln (II) und (III) allgemein definiert. In Formel (II) stehen R und R1 Jedoch vorzugsweise
für geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkylreste mit 1 bis
Kohlenstoffatomen wie Methyl, Äthyl, n- oder iso-Propyl,
n-, iso-, see- oder tert.-Butyl. R1 bedeutet außerdem bevorzugt
eine Alkoxy-, Alkylamino- oder Dialkylamino-Gruppe mit
1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen.
Als Beispiele für verfahrensgemäß einzusetzende (Thiono)-Phosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide
(II) seien im einzelnen genannt:
0,0-Dimethyl-, 0,0-Diäthyl-, 0,0-Dipropyl-, 0,0-Di-iso-propyl-,
0-Methyl-O-äthyl-, O-Methyl-O-iso-propyl-, 0-Äthyl-O-isopropyl-phosphorsäureesterchlorid
bzw. die entsprechenden Thionoanalogen, ferner
O-Methyl-methan-, 0-Äthyl-propan-, O-iso-Propyl-äthan-,
O-Butyl-methan-phosphonsäurechlorid und die entsprechenden
Thionoverbindungen sowie
N,O-Di-methyl-, O-Metnyl-N-äthyl-, 0-Methyl-N-iso-propyl-,
O-Äthyl-N-iso-propyl-, N,O-Di-äthyl-, O-Propyl-N-methyl-,

und die entsprechenden Thionoanalogen, außerdem BiS-(N,N-di-metbyl)-, -(N,N-di-äthyl)-, -(Ν,Ν-dl-iso-propyl)-,
-(N,N-d±tmtyl)-, -(N-methyl-, -(N-äthyl)-f -(N-iso-propyl)-,
-(N-butylO-pbosphorsäurediamidchlorid und deren Thionoanaloge.
Die als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten (Thiono)Fbosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide
der Konstitution (II) sind aus der Literatur bekannt und sind ebenso wie das Pyrazolderivat der
Konstitution (III) auch- in technischem Maßstab leicht zugänglich.
Das Herstellungsverfahren wird bevorzugt unter Mityerwendung
geeigneter Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien
infrage. Hierzu gehören vor allem aliphatische und aromatische,
gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform,
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, Äther, z. B. Diäthyl- und Dibutylätner, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise
Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, wie Acetonitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel
Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat,
-methylat bzw. -ätbylat, ferner aliphatisch^, aromatische
oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triethylamin, Dimethylamin, Dimethy!anilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin. ;

Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereiches
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 40 und 120, vorzugsweise bei 75 bis 85°C.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck durchgeführt.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangsstoffe meist in äquimolaren Verbältnissen ein. Ein Oberschuß der
einen oder anderen Reaktionskomponente bringt keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die Umsetzung wird bevorzugt in Gegenwart
eines der oben genannten Lösungsmittel sowie in Anwesenheit eines Säureakzeptors bei den angegebenen Temperaturen vorgenommen,
nach mehrstündigem Rübren - gegebenenfalls unter Erwärmen - wird das Reaktionsgemisch in Wasser gegossen, mit einem
Kohlenwasserstoff, vorzugsweise Benzol, aufgenommen und nach
üblichen Methoden aufgearbeitet.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Produkte fallen meist in Form farbloser bis schwach gelb gefärbter, viskoser, wasserunlöslicher öle
an, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes "Andestillieren'1, d. h. durch längeres
Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf
diese Weise gereinigt werden können. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient vor allem der Brechungsindex.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die neuen
Pyrazolo-(tbiono)-pbosphor(pbospbon)-säureester durch eine '
hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit gegenüber
Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlingen aus. Sie besitzen dabei sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als/
auch fressende Insekten und Milben (Acarina). Gleichzeitig
weisen sie eine geringe Pbytotoxizität und z. T. auch rodentizide Eigenschaften auf.

Aus diesen Gründen werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen
mit Erfolg als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel' im Pflanzen- und
Vorratsschütz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor eingesetzt.
Sie können ferner zur Bekämpfung von Ektoparasiten in der Veterinärmedizin verwendet werden.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse
(Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus pers.lcae), die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum
padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartofellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolil), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomysus
korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mall), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Fseudococcus maritlmus);
BlasenfüSe (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips fermoralis und Wanzen,
beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub- (Rhodnius
prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner
Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix blpunctatus.
.ei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis),
der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter (Euproctie chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacoeoma neustria),
weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brasslcae) und die Saateule
(Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißlisg (Pieris brassicae),
kleine Frostspanner (Chelmatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia lltura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta
padella*, Mehl- (Ephestia kühniella) und große
Wachsmotte (Galleria cellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera)
z.B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria),
Kartoffel- (leptinotarsa decemlineata), Ampfer- (Gastrophysa
viridula), Meerrettichblatt- (Phaedon cochleariae)t Rapsglanz-(MeIigethe8
aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentoeue), Speisebohnen-(Bruchidius
= Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck- (Dermestes frischi), Khapra- (Trogoderma granarlum), rotbrauner Reismehl-(Trlbolium
castaneum), Mais- (Calandra oder Sitophilus zeamais),
Brot- (Stegobium paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrio molitor)
und Gretreideplattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surlnamensis), aber auch
im Boden lebende Arten z.B. Drahtwürmer (Agriotes spec.) und
Engerlinge (Melolontha me1ölontha); Schaben wie die Deutsche
(Blatella germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta americana),
Madeira- (Laucophaea oder Rhyparobia madeirae), Orientalische
(Blatte orientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus) und schwarze
Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z.B. das Heimchen (Acheta domesticus);
Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes flavipes) und Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise
(Lasiue niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen, wie die Tau-(Drosophila
melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Fannia canicularis),
Ölanz- (Phormia aegina) und Schmeißfliege (Calliphora
erythrocephala) sowie den Wadeneteeher (Stomoxys calcitrans);
ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber- (Aedes aegypti), Haue- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles
stephensi).

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben
(Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius = Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die
Obstbaumspinnmilbe (Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi),
Gallmilben, z.B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis) und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe
(Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus)}
schließlich Zecken wie die lederzecke (Ornithodorus moubata).
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und
95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 %: . .
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht
in üblicher Welse, z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen, Verrauchern, Vergasen, Gießen,
Beizen oder Inkrustieren,
Die Wirkstofr'konzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zube-,
reitungen können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0",0001 und 10 %f vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 i
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 % oder sogar den 100%igen Wirkstoff allein
auszubringen.

Plutella-Test
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) taufeucht und besetzt sie mit Raupen der
Kohlschabe (Flutella maculipennis)-.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in $
bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen getötet
wurden, während 0 i» angibt, daß keine Raupen getötet wurden.

Tetranychus-Test
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen -Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 - 30 cm haben, tropfnass besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark mit allen Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinfn Spinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae)
befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der Wirkstoffzubereitung bestimmt, indem man die toten Tiere auszählt. Der
so erhaltene Abtötungsgrad wird in i» angegeben. 100 $ bedeutet,

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungemittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration. -
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 - 30 cm haben, tropfnase besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark mit allen Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinen Spinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae)
befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der Wirkstoffzubereitung bestimmt, indem man die toten Tiere auszählt. Der
so erhaltene Abtötungsgrad wird in i° angegeben. 100 i° bedeutet,
dass alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden, 0 1° bedeutet, dass
keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

und 45 g Pottasche werden in 500 ml Aceton zusammen
mit 5? g O^-Diäthylthionopbosphorsäurediesterchlorid
12 Stunden auf 800C erwärmt. Anschließend wird das Reaktionsgemisch in Wasser gegossen, mit Benzol aufgenommen, die
Benzolphase getrocknet, das Lösungsmittel verdampft und
der Rückstand andestilliert. Die Ausbeute beträgt 73 g

Das als Ausgangsmaterial benötigte 1-Mβthyl-3-hydΓoxy-4-cyan-5-methylmercapto-pyrazol kann beispielsweise wie folgt erhalten

2861 und 2870) werden in 500 ml trockenem Xthanol zusammen mit
18 gMethylhydrazin 30 Minuten auf 70 bis 75°C erhitzt. Anschließend
verdünnt man die Mischung mit Wasser und läßt das Reaktionsprodukt auskristall!eieren. Die Ausbeute beträgt

Claims (6)
1) ^ra2olo-(thiono)-pho8phor(phosphon)-säuree8ter der Foraael
in welcher
R und R* für geradkettlge oder verzweigte
Alkylreete mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen
stehen, R' außerdem einen niederen Alkoxy-, Alkyl-
amino- oder Dialkylaminorest bedeutet,
Y ein Sauerstoffatom, eine Imino- oder
Alkyliiainogruppe darstellt und
X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel ist.
2) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pyrazolo-r(thiono)-phosphor·
(phosphon)-säureestern, dadurch gekennzeichnet» daß man
(Thiono)Fho8pbor(pbO8phon)8äureesterhalogenide der allgemeinen Formel

3) Insektizide und durizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch
einen Gebalt an Pyrazole-(tbiomO-pboephorCphosphon)-säureestern
gemäß Anspruch 1.
4) Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Pyrazolo-(thiono)-phospbor(phosphon)-säureester
gemäß Anspruch 1 auf Insekten und/oder Milben bzw. deren Lebensraum einwirken
läßt.
5) Verwendung von I^rrazolo-(thiono)-phosphor(pbo8pbon)-säureestern
gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
6) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Insektiziden und akariziden Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Pyrazolo-(thiono)>phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Streck- und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln mischt.
