Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft O-Alkyl-S-alipliatiseiles ^
Hydrocarbyl-N-aoylphosphoramidothioate und Sr-Alkyl-S-aliphatisches
Hydrocarbyl-lT-aoylphoaphoramidothioate sowie deren
Verwendung als Insektizide.
Ana der U.S. Patentschrift--3 309 266 ist es bekannt, daß
O-Alkyl-S-alkyl-pliosphoramidot'hioate insektizid wirksam sind,
Die dort erwähnten Verbindungen sind sowohl durch Kontakt ! wie fjysiemisch wirksam gegen zahlreiche· Insekten.
Wio Fiele Phosphat--Insektizide sind die Phoaphoramidothioate
gemäß U.8, Patentschrift 3 309 266 gegenüber Säugetieren in
recht niedrigen Dosen toxisch. Beisfjielsweise liegt die IDc 0
von 0-Hethyl-3-iriethyl-phosi)horoai:iidothioat bei oraler Verabreichung,
festgestellt durch Tests mit Laboratoriumatieren, "bei etwa 15 mg/kg. Me Giftigkeit setzt den wirtschaftlichen
Erfolg der Phosphoramidothioate gemäß der genannten Patentschrift
wesentlich herab. Sie kann darüber hinaus die Verwendung dieser Verbindungen in bestimmten Umgebungen völlig
ausschließen.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die li-Acylderivate von O-Alkyl-S-aliphatisches
Iiydrocarbyl-phosphoroamidothioaten und S-Alkyl-S-aliphatisches
Hydrocarbyl-phospHoroamidothioaten einen
hohen G-rad insektizider Wirksamkeit mit einer relativ niedrigen Toxizität gegenüber Säugetieren vereinen. Diese feststellung
ist sehr überraschend, da Strukturänderungen, die die I'oxizität
gegenüber Säugetieren herabsetzen, gewöhnlich auch proportional die insektizide Wirkung verringern. Durch diese
günstige Kombination von Eigenschaften könnon die neuen, acylierten Derivate zur Bekämpfung von Insekten in G-egenden
verwendet werden, in welchen die entsprechenden nicht-acylierten
Verbindungen nicht anwendbar waren.
Die Phosphoramidothioate gemäß vorliegender Erfindung besitzen die formel:

Dieses Yerfahren ist. insbesondere anwendbar auf die n-Alkanoj^lverbindungen, in welchen die
Alkylgruppe dos Alkanoylre-sts 1 - 4 Kohlenstoxfatoine aufv;eist.
Wie bereits erwähnt, sind 0-Alkyl-S-alkylphosphoreinidothioate
und deren Herstellung; in der U.S.. Patentschrift
'5 309 266 "beschrieben. O-Alkyl-S-ungesättigtes aliphatisches
llydrocarbyl-phosphoramidothioate und deren Herstellung sind
in der PatentschriftP 15 *J2 355-4 (U.S. Anmeldung 486 233
vom 9. September 1?65) beschrieben.
EUr die genannte Reaktion können konventionelle Acylierungs-*
mittel wie Acylhalogenide, Ketene und Säureanhydride verwendet werden. Im Fall der li-Alkanojrlverbindungen stellen
Alkaiioylchloride die bevoraugten Acylierungsmittel dar.

Die Acylierung; wird gewöhnlich bei Temperaturen zwischen
etwa O und 6O0C in. Gegenwart γόη Lösungsmitteln mi± wie
Iiethylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrahydrofuran oder Benzol
durchgeführt. Der Druck ist bei dieser Umsetzung nicht
kritisch. Aus Zweckmäßigkeitsgründen wird Normaldruck oder der autogene Druck verwendet. Unter normalen Bedingungen
arbeitet man mit stöchiometrischen Mengen oder einem geringen Unterseil an Acylierungsmittel. Die Acylierung ist im allgemeinen
in 2 - 24 Std. beendet. Das Reaktionsprodukt kann durch konventionelle Methoden der Extraktion und Umkristallisierung
gereinigt werde«,
Die erfindungsgemäßen N-acylierten Phosphoramidothioate können
ferner hergestellt werden durch Acylierung eines entsprechenden ϋ,Ο-Dialkyl-phosphoramidothionats, wobei das resultierende
Ij-Acyl-phosphorainidothionat dann mit einem Alkylierungsmittel
(darunter sind allgemein Mittel zu verstehen, die verwendet v/erden zur ^inführung von Alkyl-, Alkenyl- und Alkinylgruppen)
umgesetzt wird unter Bildung des O-Alkyl-S-aliphatisches
liydrocarbyl-H-acylphosphoramidothioats. Dieses
Reaktionsschema (au Beispiel eines Acylchlorids) wird durch folgende Gleichungen wid*"rgegeben:

Diese Aojrlienmr kann nach den gleichen Methoden durchgeführt

werden, wie sie oben für die Acylierung der O-Alkyl-S.
aliphatisches Ilydrocarbyl-phpsphorajuidothioate beschrieben
ist. Die Umsetzung zwischen Ä-Acylphosphoramidothionat und
Alkylierungsmittel kann nach dem in dor U.8. Patentschrift'
5 309 266 beschriebenen Verfahren erfolgen. Zur Herstellung
der bevorzugten Verbindungen gemäß vorliegender Erfindung (d.h. von Verbindungen, in denen LX und R Methylgruppen sind
und R^ Wasserstoff ist) wird Dimethylsulfat als bevorzugtes
Alkylierungsmittel verwendet,

Ist das Acylierungsmittel, z.B. Ir-X-Gl schwach, so kann es
sich empfehlen, die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen durch Amidi
erung eines entsprechenden 0,0-Dialkyl-phosphorthiochloridats
unter Bildung deo OjO-Dialkyl-ir-acylphasphoramidothioats
mit anschließender Umsetzung dieser li-Acylverbindung mit
einem Alkylierungsmittel, wie oben beschrieben, herzustellen. Dieses Reaktionsscherria wird wie folgt illustriert:

hergestellt werden durch Umsetzung von Phosphoroxychlorid mit einem Hercaptan unter anschließender Amidierung

Die obigen Reaktionen werden vorzugsweise in rJeL>enwart einer
schwachen Base, beispielsv/eise eines organischen Amins, wie
Pyridin, Dimethylanilin, Triäthylamin oder dergleichen durchgeführt.
Me Menge an Base ist vorzugsweise mindestens gleich der Anzahl Hole des Mercaptans. Ilan kann ein inertes organisches
lösungsmittel wie DiathyIHther, Tetrahydrofuran,
Dioxan, Dichloride than odör dergleichen für diese Umsetzung
vorv/ondtni. Die Iteaktionstemperaturon liegen im allgemeinen
zwischen O und 150O und vorzugsweise zwisdhon 0 und 5°G. Die
zur ueendigung der Hercaptanaddition an das Phosphoroxychlorid
erforderliche Zeit liegt zwischen et v/a- 1 und 10 Std.

Diese Reaktion wird vorzugsweise in einem inerten organischen
Lösungaiaittel wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol oder dergleichen
bei Temperatureil swischen TG und 75 0 und vorzugsweise zwischen
4C und 60°0 durchgeführt. Die BeendigTinc der Reaktion zeigt
oich durch das Aufhören der Ausfällung von Ammoniumchlorid
an. Dan iloliprodixkt kann durch Filtration isoliert und dann
durch celektive ülrtraktion mit einem Lösungsmittel v/ie Aceton,
Methanol oder dergleichen vom Ammoniumchlorid getrennt v/erden.

das Gewicht, falls niclrfcs anderes angegeben.

14,1 c (0|1 Hol) O-Eetliyl—S-methylphosplioramiaothioat vairden
in einem Kolben in-=4QG ml Benzol gelöst. Dann wurden dieser-Lesung
7,85 g (0,1 Mol) Acetylchlorid zugesetsst. Das
Gemisch wurde am Paiclcfluß gekocht, wobei Chlorwasserstoff
entwickelt wurde. Dann wurde das Gemisch über ITacht bei
Raumtemperatur gerülirt. Danach wurde die überstehende Flüssigkeit

mit der abgetrennten organischen Bane vereinigt und daa Lösungsmittel
wurde durch gelindes Erwärmen im Vakuum entfernt, wobei man 50 g Produkt erhielt. Die nach der Extraktion
erhaltene wässrige Phase wurde noch weiter extrahiert, und zwar kontinuierlich 18 Std. lang in einem Flüsßig-FlUssig-Extraktionsapparat
\mter Verwendung von 2 1 Dichlormethan als Extraktionsmittel. Beim Abdunsten des Dichlormethans
erhielt man weitere 110 g Produkt, so daß die Ausbeute insge-

20 g dieses Produkts wurden dann mit 4 £ Dimethylsulfat c.ci-iiseht,
dann \rarrle das Gemisch 1 Std. lang bei 60°C gehalten.
Das Produkt 0-I-Ietliyl-S-iaefchyl-li-docanoyl-x)lio.c:piiori:Liidotiiioat
wurde durch Chromatographie in einer Ausbeute von 9,5 {j erhalten.

Eine Lösung von 75»2 g (0,48 Mol) Phosphoroxychlorid in
300 ml trockenen Diäthyläthers wurde bei O0C in einen 1 1-Kolben
gegeben. Sodann wurde eine Lösung von 76»2 g (0,96 Mol) Pyridin und 49 g (1,0 Mol) Methylmercaptah in 400 ml
Diäthyläther im Verlauf von 2 Stunden langsam in den Kolben gegeben, wobei die Temperatur bei 0 - 50O gehalten wurde.
Das Gemisch wurde dann noch 6 Stunden lang bei 0 - 100O gerühr
b. Nach 18stUndigem Stehen bei O0C wurde das rohe Reaktion3produkfc
vom festen Rückstand abgetrennt, das Lösungsmittel wurde abgestreift und nach Reinigung erhielt man
