进一步地,本实用新型的冰箱中,通过增设特别设计的风道盖板,使得进入冷却室的回风气流从不同方向、不同位置进入蒸发器中,提升蒸发器的冷却效果,并且,当蒸发器的前端面结霜时,冷冻室的回风仍可从前板段与蒸发器的上表面之间的气流旁道进入蒸发器中,避免结霜影响蒸发器的换热效率,从而有效保证冰箱的制冷效果。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供了一种冰箱10,下面参照图1至图7来描述本实用新型实施例的冰箱10。在下文描述中,“前”、“后”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、等指示的方位或位置关系为基于冰箱10本身为参考的方位,“前”、“后”为如图1、图7所指示的方向,如图1、图5所示,“横向”也即是指左右方向,是指与冰箱10宽度方向平行的方向。
如图1至图6所示,冰箱10一般性地可包括箱体100,箱体100包括外壳110和设置在外壳110内侧的储物内胆,外壳110与储物内胆之间的空间中填充有保温材料(形成发泡层),储物内胆中限定有储物间室,储物内胆一般可包括冷冻内胆130、冷藏内胆120等,储物间室包括由冷冻内胆130内限定的冷冻室132和由冷藏内胆120内限定的冷藏室121。
如本领域技术人员可意识到的,本实施例的冰箱10还可包括蒸发器101、送风机103、压缩机(未示出)、冷凝器(未示出)以及节流元件(未示出)等。蒸发器101经由制冷剂管路与压缩机、冷凝器、节流元件连接,构成制冷循环回路,在压缩机启动时降温,以对流经其的空气进行冷却。
特别地,本实施例中,如图2至图4所示,冷冻内胆130的底壁与冷冻室132之间限定有冷却室,也即是说,冷却室位于冷冻室132的下方。相应地,蒸发器101设置于冷却室内,配置为冷却进入冷却室内的气流。
传统冰箱10中,冷冻室132一般处于冰箱10的最下部,使得冷冻室132所处位置较低,用户需要大幅度弯腰或蹲下才能对冷冻室132进行取放物品的操作,不便于用户使用,尤其不方便老人使用。而且,冷冻室132需要为压机舱让位,冷冻室132不可避免的要做成为压机舱180让位的异形空间,减小了冷冻室132的存储容积。
本实施例中,通过在冷冻内胆130的底壁与冷冻室132之间限定出冷却室,使得冷却室占用箱体100的下部空间,抬高了冷冻室132的高度,降低用户对冷冻室132进行取放物品操作时的弯腰程度,提升用户的使用体验;并且,冷却室可为压机舱180提供让位,而冷冻室132不再需要为压机舱180让位,避免现有方案中冷冻室132需要为压机舱180让位而导致冷冻室132存在异形的问题,从而可保证冷冻室132的进深和存储容积。
蒸发器101整体可呈扁平立方体状横置于冷却室中,也即蒸发器101的长、宽面平行于水平面,厚度面垂直于水平面放置,而且厚度尺寸明显小于蒸发器101的长度尺寸。通过将蒸发器101横置于冷却室中,避免蒸发器101占用更多的空间,保证冷却室上方的冷冻室132的存储容积。
送风机103可设置于冷却室内并位于蒸发器101的后方,配置为促使由蒸发器101冷却后的至少部分气流经冷冻室送风风道141流动至冷冻室132中。如图3和图5所示,冷冻室送风风道141位于冷冻内胆130的后壁内侧,具有与冷冻室132连通的至少一个冷冻室送风口141a。
在其中一个实施例中,如图3、图4,并结合图1和图2所示,冷冻内胆130内限定有两个冷冻室132,位于最下方的冷冻室132与冷冻内胆130的底壁之间限定出前述的冷却室。两个冷冻室132内均布置有冷冻抽屉137,冷冻抽屉137可前后推拉地设置于对应的冷冻室132内。
冷藏内胆120位于冷冻内胆130的正上方,冷藏室送风风道142设置于冷藏内胆120的后壁内侧,与冷冻室送风风道141可受控地连通,例如,冷藏室送风风道142通过风门与冷冻室送风风道141可受控地连通。冷藏室送风风道142具有与冷藏室121连通的至少一个冷藏室送风口142a。
本实施例中,冷藏内胆120内还可限定有独立的变温室,例如,冷藏内胆120内限定有位于冷藏室121下方的变温室(未标号),变温室与其上部的冷藏室通过隔板分隔。冷藏内胆120的前侧设置有冷藏室门体136,以打开或关闭冷藏室121和变温室。
如图2所示,冷藏室121的回风通过两个冷藏室回风风道143输送至冷却室中,具体地,两个冷藏室回风风道143分别设置于冷藏内胆120的横向两侧,每个冷藏室回风风道143的进口连通冷藏室121,出口连通冷却室。
在另一实施例中,如图5所示,冷冻内胆130内限定有横向排布的两列冷冻室132,两列冷冻室132之间通过竖向分隔板(未示出)分隔,每列冷冻室132包括在高度方向分布的多个冷冻子空间,每列冷冻室132的各个冷冻子空间中可通过横向分隔板(未示出)分隔。冷冻内胆130的前侧设置有左右对开的两个冷冻室门体(未示出),每列冷冻室132对应有一个冷冻室门体。
在该实施例中,储物内胆还包括独立的变温内胆133,如图4所示,变温内胆133为两个,两个变温内胆133横向分布,位于冷冻内胆130的上方,每个变温内胆133内限定有一个变温室1331,每个变温内胆133的前侧设置有一个变温室门体(未示出),以打开或关闭对应的变温室1331。
该实施例中,冰箱10还包括变温室送风风道(未示出)和变温室回风风道(未示出),变温室送风风道为两个,分别与两个变温内胆133一一对应,变温室送风风道可设置于对应的变温内胆133的后壁后侧的发泡层中,并通过变温风门(未示出)与冷冻室送风风道141可受控地连通,每个变温内胆133的后壁形成有与对应的变温室送风风道连通的变温室进风口133a。
变温室回风风道为两个,分别与两个变温内胆133一一对应,每个变温室回风风道的进口与变温内胆133连通,出口与冷却室连通,以分别将对应的变温室1331的回风气流输送至冷却室中。本实施例中,与位于左侧的变温内胆133对应的变温室回风风道可设置于该变温内胆133的横向左侧,与位于右侧的变温内胆133对应的变温室回风风道可设置于该变温内胆133的横向右侧。
该实施例中,冷藏室121可具有独立的冷藏蒸发器(未示出)和冷藏风机(未示出),冷藏风机将冷藏蒸发器周围的冷气流经风道吹送至冷藏室121中。
如本领域技术人员所熟知的,冷藏室121内的温度一般处于2℃至10℃之间,优先为4℃至7℃。冷冻室132内的温度范围一般处于-22℃至-14℃。变温室1331可随意调到-18℃至8℃。不同种类的物品的最佳存储温度并不相同,适宜存放的位置也并不相同,例如果蔬类食物适宜存放于冷藏室121,而肉类食物适宜存放于冷冻室132。
如图3、图5、图6和图7所示,冷却室的前侧形成有与冷冻室132连通的前回风入口102a,以使得冷冻室132的回风气流通过前回风入口102a进入冷却室中进行冷却。
冰箱10还包括罩壳102,罩壳102的前侧形成有前述的前回风入口102a。
在其中一个实施例中,如图3所示,罩壳102的后部敞开,罩壳102罩扣在冷冻内胆130的底部,并与冷冻内胆130的后壁、底壁共同限定出前述的冷却室,罩壳102的前侧形成有前回风入口102a,前回风入口102a可为格栅状。
在该实施例中,如图7所示,冰箱10还包括由前至后呈阶梯状的风道盖板,风道盖板位于罩壳102上表面的下方,并设置于蒸发器101的上部。风道盖板包括由前至后依次相接的前板段139a、过渡板段139c和后板段139b,前板段139a与蒸发器101的上表面间隔设置,以在前板段139a与蒸发器101上表面之间形成气流旁道,以便于进入冷却室的回风气流通过气流旁道进入蒸发器101与蒸发器101进行换热;后板段139b贴紧于蒸发器101的上表面,避免后板段139b与蒸发器101的上表面形成漏风间隙而导致回风气流直接向后流动而不经过蒸发器101。
风道盖板与罩壳102上表面之间的空间应填充挡风泡沫139d,使得回风气流无法进入风道盖板与罩壳102上表面之间的空间,从而避免部分回风气流进入风道盖板与罩壳102上表面之间的空间而不经过蒸发器101。
进入冷却室的回风气流的一部分通过蒸发器101的前端面的前方进入蒸发器101中与蒸发器101换热,另一部分由蒸发器101前端面的上方进入前板段139a与蒸发器101的上表面之间间隔形成的气流旁道,再向下由蒸发器101的上表面进入蒸发器101中与蒸发器101换热。由此,使得进入冷却室的回风气流从不同方向、不同位置进入蒸发器101中,提升蒸发器101的冷却效果。
另外,当外部环境湿度大或者蒸发器101的前端面异常结霜影响进风时,回风可以从前板段139a与蒸发器101的上表面之间的气流旁道进入蒸发器101中,避免结霜影响蒸发器101的换热效率,从而有效保证冰箱10的制冷效果。
在另一实施例中,如图5和图6所示,与前述实施例不同的是,本实施例中,罩壳102的前侧形成有四个长条状的前回风入口102a。
再次参见图2,并结合图7所示,箱体100底部限定有压机舱180,且压机舱180位于冷却室的后下方,使得压机舱180整体处于冷冻室132的下后方,如前所述,冷冻室132不用再为压机舱180让位,保证了冷冻室132的进深,便于放置体积较大不易分割的物品。
压机舱180内配置有沿横向分布的压缩机(未示出)、散热风机106及冷凝器(未示出),散热风机106配置为进入压机舱180内的气流先经过冷凝器,再经过压缩机,之后流出压机舱180,以对压缩机和冷凝器进行散热。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本实用新型的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本实用新型精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本实用新型公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本实用新型原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本实用新型的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种蒸发器位于冷冻内胆底壁与冷冻室之间的冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
冷冻内胆,其内限定有冷冻室,所述冷冻内胆的底壁与所述冷冻室之间限定有冷却室;
蒸发器,设置于所述冷却室内,配置为冷却进入所述冷却室内的气流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于
所述蒸发器呈扁平立方体状横置于所述冷却室内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括:
后部敞开的罩壳,罩扣在所述冷冻内胆的底壁,与所述冷冻内胆的底壁和所述冷冻内胆的后壁共同限定出所述冷却室。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于
所述罩壳的前壁形成有前回风入口,以便于所述冷冻室的回风气流进入所述冷却室中由所述蒸发器进行冷却。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括:
由前至后呈阶梯状的风道盖板,位于所述罩壳的上表面的下方,并设置于所述蒸发器的上部,包括由前至后依次相接的前板段、倾斜过渡板段和后板段;
所述前板段与所述蒸发器的上表面间隔,以在所述前板段与所述蒸发器的上表面之间形成气流旁道,以便于进入所述冷却室的回风气流通过所述气流旁道进入所述蒸发器与所述蒸发器进行换热;
所述后板段与所述蒸发器的上表面紧贴,以避免所述后板段与所述蒸发器的上表面形成漏风间隙。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括:
冷冻抽屉,可前后推拉地设置于所述冷冻室内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括:
冷冻室送风风道,设置于所述冷冻内胆的后壁内侧,具有与所述冷冻室连通的至少一个冷冻室送风口;
送风机,在所述冷却室内位于所述蒸发器的后方,配置为促使由所述蒸发器冷却后的至少部分气流经所述冷冻室送风风道流动至所述冷冻室中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括:
冷藏内胆,位于所述冷冻内胆的正上方,其内限定有冷藏室;
冷藏室送风风道,设置于所述冷藏内胆的后壁内侧,与所述冷冻室送风风道可受控地连通,具有与所述冷藏室连通的至少一个冷藏室送风口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括:
两个冷藏室回风风道,分别设置于所述冷藏内胆的横向两侧,每个所述冷藏室回风风道的进口连通所述冷藏室,出口连通所述冷却室。
10.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括:
横向分布的两个变温内胆,位于所述冷冻内胆的上方,每个所述变温内胆内均限定有变温室。
