背景技术:
随著柴油机技术的发展,人们对柴油机产品在结构、性能、质量、可靠性、服务方面都有了更高要求,已有技术中的柴油机摇臂的润滑和冷却方式为:机油从机体进入摇臂座,然后进入整体式摇臂轴油道,再通过摇臂轴给各个摇臂供油润滑、冷却。但这种润滑方式只适合于整体式摇臂轴的结构。对于分体式缸盖的柴油机,其各缸单独一个摇臂轴,并非整体式摇臂轴,上述润滑油冷却方式无法实施。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种可以用于带有分体式摇臂轴的挺柱推杆润滑油道机构。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
挺柱推杆润滑油道机构,包括有推杆焊接合件和挺柱,推杆焊接合件的上端套装有摇臂,所述推杆焊接合件的下端***挺柱上腔室的底部,其特征在于:所述摇臂上设有润滑油道,挺柱上开有进油孔,所述推杆焊接合件内开有过渡油道,所述过渡油道的进油口与进油孔相连通,过渡油道的出油口与润滑油道相连通。
所述的挺柱推杆润滑油道机构,其特征在于:所述过渡油道的进油口位于挺柱上腔室的底部,所述进油孔的出口位于所述腔室的底部并与过渡油道的进油口相对接。
润滑油从机体油道进入挺柱,并从挺柱底部的进油孔流入推杆焊接合件上的过渡油道,最后从过渡油道的出油口流入润滑油道,通过润滑油道进入摇臂,从而达到对摇臂的润滑和冷却作用。

1.挺柱推杆润滑油道机构,包括有推杆焊接合件和挺柱,推杆焊接合件的上端套装有摇臂,所述推杆焊接合件的下端***挺柱上腔室的底部,其特征在于:所述摇臂上设有润滑油道,挺柱上开有进油孔,所述推杆焊接合件内开有过渡油道,所述过渡油道的进油口与进油孔相连通,过渡油道的出油口与润滑油道相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挺柱推杆润滑油道机构,其特征在于:所述过渡油道的进油口位于挺柱上腔室的底部,所述进油孔的出口位于所述腔室的底部并与过渡油道的进油口相对接。
