本实用新型涉及一种柴油机部件,尤其是一种油路外接式柴油机机体。在机体的上设置有主轴承盖和凸轮轴后端支承孔,在主轴承盖上设置有主轴承孔,在机体内底部设置有油底壳,所述机体的外壁上设置有外接油管,外接油管一端连通油底壳,另一端连通主轴承孔。本实用新型结构简单,通过采用外接油管替代原有的机体油道,有效解决了机体应力集中问题,避免机体的开裂,延长了机体的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种柴油机部件,尤其是一种油路外接式柴油机机体。
背景技术
通过对柴油机机体内部的主轴承进行机油润滑时,在沿主轴承孔和凸轮轴后端盖支承孔直径方向的机体壁厚内钻有机体油道,润滑油通过油泵将机体油底壳内的润滑油压入机体凸轮轴后端盖支承孔,然后再通过机体油道压入主轴承孔实现对主轴承和连杆瓦的润滑。但是,这种结构由于在主轴承孔和凸轮轴后端盖支承孔之间设置机体油道,在机体这部分会产生应力集中,在实际使用过程中,会在开设机体油道处的机体上产生开裂,从而使整个机体报废。
发明内容
为了解决上述在开设机体油道处由于应力集中而产生开裂的不足,本实用新型提供了一种油路外接式柴油机机体,该柴油机机体在对主轴承进行润滑的同时,有效避免了机体由于开孔引起应力集中从而导致机体开裂的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种油路外接式柴油机机体,在机体上设置有主轴承盖和凸轮轴后端支承孔,在主轴承盖上设置有主轴承孔,在机体内底部设置有油底壳,所述机体的外壁上设置有外接油管,外接油管一端连通油底壳,另一端连通主轴承孔。
考虑机体整体结构的紧凑性和美观性,进一步地:所述外接油管从主轴承盖的侧面伸入机体内部连通主轴承孔。
本实用新型结构简单,通过采用外接油管替代原有的机体油道,有效解决了机体应力集中问题,避免机体的开裂,延长了机体的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
通常的柴油机机体如图1所示,具有机体1,在机体1的上设置有主轴承盖2和凸轮轴后端支承孔3,在主轴承盖2上设置有主轴承孔4,在机体1内底部设置有油底壳5,在沿主轴承孔4和凸轮轴后端盖支承孔3直径方向的机体1壁厚内钻有机体油道7,通过油泵将机油由油底壳5首先压入凸轮轴后端支承孔3,然后再通过机体油道7将机油压入到主轴承孔4对主轴承进行润滑。
为了避免主轴承孔4的存在而使机体1产生应力集中而引起开裂,现改进机体1的油道进油方式,具体结构如图2所示,在机体1上还再设置机体油道7,而代之以外接油管6,外接油管6固定设置于机体1的外壁,外接油管6一端连通油底壳5,伸出到机体1的外壁,外接油管6沿机体1的外壁布管,从主轴承盖2的侧面伸入机体1内部,连通主轴承孔4,对主轴承进行润滑,润滑油最后回流入油底壳5进行循环利用。

1.一种油路外接式柴油机机体,在机体(1)的上设置有主轴承盖(2)和凸轮轴后端支承孔(3),在主轴承盖(2)上设置有主轴承孔(4),在机体(1)内底部设置有油底壳(5),其特征是:所述机体(1)的外壁上设置有外接油管(6),外接油管(6)一端连通油底壳(5),另一端连通主轴承孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油路外接式柴油机机体,其特征是:所述外接油管(6)从主轴承盖(2)的侧面伸入机体(1)内部连通主轴承孔(4)。
