一种气门摇臂的润滑机构 技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种气门摇臂的润滑机构,具体地说是实现了间歇供油的同时,又做 到各摩擦部位重点润滑。 背景技术
[0002] 在已有技术中,目前,内燃机的润滑方式有压力润滑、飞溅润滑和重力润滑三种。 传统内燃机摇臂机构的润滑一般釆取上述方式的一种或两种,这种润滑存在的问题是摇臂 机构中,持续不间断的供油,不但使气门箱内润滑油过多,而且造成润滑油的浪费。 发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种气门摇臂的润滑机构,该润 滑机构不仅能实现各接触摩擦部位重点润滑,保证了润滑的可靠性,而且实现了间歇供油, 也就是只有进、排气门打开的时候,整个润滑机构中的润滑油道才逐渐接通。
[0004] 按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种气门摇臂的润滑机构包括摇臂支座、摇臂轴、气 门摇臂衬套、摇臂、球头活块座、球头活块、气门间隙调节螺栓、推杆球槽、推杆、推杆球头、 摆臂球槽、气门、气门过桥,所述摇臂支座中压入摇臂轴,气门摇臂衬套、球头活块座分别压 入摇臂,球头活块嵌入球头活块座,所述摇臂装在摇臂轴的两端,摇臂支座固定在汽缸盖 上,推杆上设有推杆球槽,气门间隙调节嫘栓与推杆一端相连接;推杆另一端装有推杆球 头,推杆球头与摆臂球槽相连接;排气门与气门过桥相连接,气门过桥与球头活块相连接; 特征是:所述摇臂支座上设有摇臂支座润滑油道,所述摇臂轴上设有摇臂轴润滑油道,所述 气门摇臂衬套中设有气门摇臂衬套润滑油道孔;所述摇臂上设有摇臂润滑油道;所述摇臂 上的摇臂润滑油道及气门摇臂衬套润滑油道孔分别与所述摇臂轴上的摇臂润滑油道相连 通;所述摇臂支座润滑油道中的润滑袖流入摇臂轴润滑袖道和摇臂衬套润滑油道

[0012] 图中用箭头标示了润滑油路。所述摇臂支座 1上设有润滑油道 1-1,所述摇臂支座 1中压入摇臂轴 2,所述摇臂轴 2上设有润滑油道 2-1,所述气门摇臂衬套 3中设有润滑油道 3-1;气门摇臂衬套 3、球头活块座 5分别压入摇臂 4,所述摇臂 4上设有润滑油道 4-1。球头 活块 6嵌入球头活块座 5,确保球头活块座 5能够灵活转动,所述摇臂 4装在摇臂轴 2的两 端,再通过螺母把气门间隙调节螺栓 7锁在摇臂 4上,摇臂支座 1固定在汽缸盖上。所述摇 臂 4上的润滑油道 4-1及气门摇臂衬套 3上的润滑油道 3-1分别与所述摇臂轴 2上的润滑 油道 2-1相连通;从而达到间歇供油目的;所述润滑油道 1-1中的润滑油流入润滑油道 2 - 1 和润滑油道 3-1。 推杆 9上设有推杆球槽 8,气门间隙调节螺栓 7与推杆 9—端相连接;推 杆 9另一端装有推杆球头 10,推杆球头 10与摆臂球槽 11相连接;排气门 12与气门过桥 13 相连接,气门过桥 13与球头活块 6相连接,所述球头活块 6上设有润滑油道 6-1。球头活块 6通过气门过桥 13压縮气门弹簧来实现进、排气门 12的打开和关闭。

着摇臂 4的摇摆,摇臂进、排气门打开,摇臂润滑油道 4-1和气门摇臂衬套的润滑油道 孔 3-1逐渐与摇臂轴润滑油道 2-1接通,压力油通过摇臂润滑油 4-1道喷射到球头活块座 润滑油道 5-1、气门间隙调节螺栓润滑油道 7-1和球头活块润滑油道 6-1,然后再由于润滑 油的重力在摇臂摇摆中进行润滑推杆球槽 8、推杆 9、推杆球头 10、摆臂球槽 11及气门过桥 13和气门 12。 通过在润滑机构零部件中设置润滑油道,既实现了间歇供油,保证了摇臂机 构中各摩擦部位的重点润滑,又避免了气门箱润滑油过多。
